Because this home is located on the mountain side at the lake, we get to enjoy all sorts of beautiful wildlife and birds around us. That being said, although we keep the home very clean and have the home and property professionally treated, it is not uncommon to see bugs and critters here too- please be mindful of keeping the doors closed to help keep them outside.

This custom built home is in quiet exclusive Lake community. You arrive thru the front door to overlooking the lake and your own private pool. You'll want to pour a glass of wine and let the stress disappear overlooking the amazing view and beautiful sunsets. In the mornings, take a swim in your private pool. This home has over 3800 sq. ft sleeps 10 to 12 people comfortably . The master has a romantic fireplace, your own private deck over looking the lake. The kitchen offers all the you need to prepare a delicious meal for your family and friends, along with a outdoor grill. One huge living room that makes any family time enjoyable with floor to ceiling view of the lake.
There are restrictions from the HOA, please NO commercial events and NO parties of any kind. This home is for family and friends that want to enjoy a relaxing and fun time. Because of HOA, NO boats, trailers, RV can be parked in the neighborhood, I have made arrangements for those that need to park any boat, trailer, or RV within walking distance from the house.

Community expectations
This is NOT the home to rent if your looking to have loud parties. It is located in a quiet community on the lake with magnificent views, and enjoy the peacefulness of the sunsets. Please be mindful of other homeowners who live in the area by minimizing the noise after 10pm.

The house is located on Skiatook lake only 6 minutes from small town but sits in Osage county the biggest in Oklahoma. The house is only 22 minutes to south of downtown Tulsa and 25 minutes north of Pawhuska, Oklahoma.

This house sits above the water line, but just take a semi steep hike down through the trees to reach the peaceful shore line. Whether you are looking for a family gathering space or a private weekend away, this house has everything you will need including amazing lake views on all 3 stories.

This house is a three story home with 3 bedrooms upstairs and a shared bathroom. The master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom is located on the main floor along with the living room, kitchen, and dining space. The main floor has a large deck with plenty of outdoor seating for all guests and great lake views. The finished basement with two full bathrooms and a bedroom is equipped with a projector screen, games, bumper pool/poker table, and sauna. TV's are located in the living room, master bedroom and one upstairs bedroom. Each TV is equipped with an Amazon fire stick or Roku to allow the guests to log in to their accounts.

There are 2 cameras outside on the property. One at the front door and one on the back deck. These are strictly for security purposes only. This house is located in a rural area with corp land all around, so it is not unusual for different wildlife and bugs to be around sometimes. We treat this property for insects on a regular basis; however, there still may be a bug or two seen during a stay. We do everything we can to repel them, but sometimes a few still get inside.

It was a short walk or drive away from such views. It’s not luxury; it’s appropriately quaint, exactly what I needed while on a retreat. The cabin can sleep 6 or 7, but it should be noted that the two beds and two couches are all upstairs in a single space. This wasn’t a problem for a solo traveler, but others should be aware. My only complaint with the sleeping arrangements was that the upstairs can get toasty, even if the AC is turned to 68. I’m no electrician, but I think a fan would fix this. The living space was always comfortable and cool, and I took several naps on the comfy couch. The TV was a bit small for my liking, but I didn’t come to the lake to watch TV. That being said, there is great WiFi, should you need it, and cell service. This is not true of most of the area, so I appreciate the property owner not making this an unplugged retreat. The kitchen was well furnished had I needed to cook, and I appreciated the tea bags each morning. The fridge came in handy for all of my treats from Tulsa, which is appropriately far away, about 25-30 minutes. My only other qualm was that I feel like the nightly rate was a bit expensive for the cabin, especially considering the beaches at the lake were closed. I think $100/night would be fair, but I have no understanding of the effort that goes into this, so take this with a grain of salt. The property owner is 10/10 though."

- "From the start, Juan was very communicative and promptly answered any questions we had. The house was relatively easy to find, though it took us a few minutes of searching, which was expected given that it’s a new build. The owner provided helpful screenshots to guide us to the location. He was also quick to respond when we had a question during our stay. For those with low-to-the-ground cars, it's worth noting that the side street is rocky and unfinished. I had no issues with my SUV, but my boyfriend had to drive slowly in his coupe. The house itself was exactly as pictured. Upon arrival, the house smelled clean, was comfortably cool thanks to the air conditioning, and we appreciated the outdoor lights as a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the double-headed rainfall shower was a great feature! Overall, the property could use a bit more fine-tuning, but this is to be expected with a new listing. Regardless, the stay was five stars and we recommend staying here. We had a great time, and the price point was very fair. We would definitely consider staying here again if we're in the Tulsa area. Thank you for a pleasant stay; we really enjoyed ourselves."

No hot water for more than 48 hours so unable to sanitize the mouse poopy dishes or take showers. Had to ask for check in details on our way to property as they were not provided. Although listing stated noon, check in was not until 3:00 so we had to kill time til check in. It was 80 degrees in house when we arrived. Pool was still being filled & cleaned. Landscaping people arrived after we did. Mowed, etc for two hours while we were in the pool. Microwave did not work. Gas grill was GROSS. Had contractor change a couple of exterior doorknobs while we were there. Departure day, more contractors at property. Property is a great space but hosts seem to lack basic understanding of what it means to be a VRBO host."
