- "The house has lots of space. My husband, dogs and I traveled to Tulsa/Bixby area to visit our adult children. The space was great for dinner and watching the NHL playoffs. The location is good, and was convenient for us. Inside could use a few throw blankets and kitchen gadgets. The deck was in okay condition but needs work on railing and the joists on east side stairs are buckling and collapsing. Lastly the outdoor pen needs to be cleaned and table n chairs cleaned with new cushions (they are old and weathered). Gave it 5 because a little work was minimal compared to the time with family."

It comes with a king size bed and the perfect mood lighting on both the vaulted ceiling and the bed. The master bedroom also offers a 65" ceiling mounted smart TV. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and a smart TV (requires an Amazon account to log in. The house comes with a kitchen providing all of the amenities needed, including a Keurig coffee maker and kettle. The second bathroom has a full size shower. The home also offers a laundry room complete with washer and dryer. The front porch has a table and chairs, as well as a 65" smart TV where you can relax and catch up on your favorite Netflix shows )account required. The house boasts a very large wrap around deck that has loungers, privacy and everything you need to sit back and relax. Follow the deck to the large hot tub or down the stairs to the fire pit. Both the hot tub and fire-pit are not open during the summer months.

Owner lives on site in a separate house, and is also a police officer. We do not allow parties, loud music or more than 5 guests. If you do any of these things you will be escorted off the property immediately. If you're looking for somewhere to host a bachelor party this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a quiet space to relax then you have found the right spot. We require all guests to sign our rental agreement prior to arriving at the property.

This charming home is located approximately 25 miles from Tulsa, OK in the small town of Coweta. It's nestled on 160 gated acres surrounded by two large stocked ponds, hiking trails, open fields and woodlands. It offers a remote and peaceful experience free from distractions. Whether visiting the area to work or play, the Cabin is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The Cabin is the perfect escape, with an excellent location that will allow you to easily enjoy a variety of activities. It is located less than 25 miles from Tulsa, in the charming town of Coweta.

Your reservation includes full use of the entire home, the outdoor fire pit/grill/picnic area, fishing and swimming in the stocked ponds, both firepits, hiking trails, a playground, and so much more!

Even though we are located in the country, we have extremely fast 5G Wifi.

The Cabin is two stories, with the second floor being located downstairs. Upon entrance, the main floor includes a large living room and kitchen, fireplace, master bedroom, full bathroom, and laundry room with washer and dryer.

Downstairs, you'll find two bedrooms that will accommodate up to eight for sleeping. Each bedroom has its own dresser and closet area. We provide linens, towels, soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, dish soap, paper towels, and an initial supply of laundry detergent.

In total, the property has six beds (two kings, one queen, one set of bunk beds and a double bed). Couches are for day use only, and we ask that guests do not plan to make use of the couches as beds, because we are unable to wash cushion covers between stays like we do bedding. If your group needs separate beds for every guest in a group of 10, then this may not be the right property for you.

The kitchen includes seating for 6, and has an electric range, oven, and microwave. It is fully stocked with cookware, dishware, can opener, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. There is plenty of cabinet space for food and storage. We provide napkins, cooking oil, salt and pepper for seasoning, and creamer/sweeteners for your morning coffee.

There's a washer/dryer (including initial supply of detergent and dryer sheets) and more cabinet space, with iron and small ironing board.

The back porch runs the length of the Cottage, overlooking dense greenery. Plenty of chairs, tables and gas grill provide comfortable outdoor lounging space where you can enjoy coffee on a cool morning or watch the sun go down. The porch also provides the perfect vantage point from which to observe wildlife like deer, bobcats, turkeys, and a variety of birds.

A fire pit located in the front yard is the perfect way to end the day, stargazing or roasting marshmallows.

There are hiking trails that run throughout the 160 acres and two ten acres private lakes that are stocked with Bass and Bluegill.

There's also a playground for the kids!

The property is easily reached by paved state highways. The Cottage is reached via gravel driveway.

Parking is allowed in the carport, driveway and surrounding gravel areas.

You can use my kitchen & all the pots, pans, & dishes in it. Please put used dishes in dishwasher & clean up any cooking messes.
Spices are on the cart next to the fridge as well as the Berkey water purifier. Bottled water is also in the fridge- help yourself to either.
Washer & drier available if you have your own detergent.
Necessary toiletries & some amenities are stocked in the bathroom to make your stay more comfortable, if you need them. This isn’t a hotel- don’t clear it out- only use what you need :)
Extra pillows & blankets available in guest room closet. For longer stays, several extra sets of bedsheets are in the closet, as well. Just put used sheets in my laundry room.
Do not park in my driveway, as I need to get in & out of my garage. I would recommend parking directly in front of the front door.

There is a large “rain” shower head in the guest bathroom.
There is a Keurig in the kitchen for guests with coffees, creamers, teas, & hot chocolate. I don’t drink coffee- so it’s just for you!
There is a 32” HD smart television mounted on the side wall & can swivel away from the wall. It has apps & streaming connections, with only Netflix & Disney+ signed in under my account (you may sign into any app with your own account). Samsung TV Plus has over 100 channels & you can look up the channel guide online.

We require TOTAL transparency to be able to answer the question. One or two additional guests is different than a “few” so please Expect a price difference before booking.

-The awkward subject of cameras : No, we do not have indoor cameras. Yes, we have several outdoor cameras for good reason. Wouldn’t you if you lived among wild animals, and don’t want to be known as the neighborhood Airbnb who allows wild parties?
Smoke grass or whatever you want, just don’t light the grass on fire. Get the point? Thanks for understanding 🙃.

- We are out in the Country folks, this ain’t the beach🏝️. Please be sure you pack appropriate footwear🐍 🦂 🕷️ . If you are not an experienced hiker, we DO NOT recommend parts of the trail. We are working on clearing trails, which may take some time to complete because of the steep terrain, and abundance of boulders 😬.

- You are more than welcome to come see our Beautiful Chaos (Farm Animals) 1/2 mile down the road. This is of no cost to you as a guest, and usually a hit with the kiddos. Make sure you communicate ahead of time so we can arrange this for you 😊.

- The closest gas station, grocery store, and donuts are about 10-15 mins away 😋🍩

Spacious 2-story house with 4 good-sized bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms downstairs have king-size beds - one of those has a crib in the room as well. The upstairs bedrooms have queen sized beds and one has a twin loft bed as well. There are two full bathrooms downstairs and one upstairs.

Queen bedroom has a new modern sofa.

1. Guest's Airbnb profile picture must match with how guests look. There is a Ring bell camera to ensure registered guests come and number of registered guests. Guest who booked has to stay with their group.

2. No visitors are allowed.. only exception is if guest request us for their visitors before they invite them.

3. Unregistered guests and visitors not allowed to sleep over. This is Airbnb rules for guest and host safety.

4. Please take off shoes in the house.

5. Parties with large events are not allowed.

6. Be mindful of neighbors.
Quiet hours is from 10pm to 6am.
Keep voices low when going in and out of the house.

7. Do not use towels to wipe spills or dust. Only for bath and face use. Do not wipe makeup on towels.

8 Do not eat on fabric couch.
Do not bring food to the bedrooms.

9. Leave a clean bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room.

10. No smoking is allowed

11. No pets are allowed

12. Close and lock all windows, front and back doors when you leave the house.

13. Turn off the lights when you don't use the bedroom, bathroom, game room, kitchen etc. during your stay.

14. Due to the large size of the house, do not leave kids under 5 years old unsupervised.

15. For infants and babies:
Please have babies wear diapers during the whole stay.

16. For all children:
Do not draw on wall. Do not touch walls when hands are dirty.

17. Guests with LONG TERM STAYS will need to buy their own products after initial providing of products run out.

18. Turn off all lights before leaving.
