Upon arrival you are greeted by "Walt", a massive trophy 6 x 6 Elk. He is mounted over a native rock fireplace where you can enjoy a real wood burning fire on the large sectional couch while watching a movie from our collection or through your streaming account on the smart tv.

The main floor master bed room has a plush King size bed and custom bedframe. En suite bathroom has high end imported Carrera Marble incorporated thorough out. Included in the space is an oversized stand up shower, large jetted tub, and separate toilet room. Ample toiletries including towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, body wash, and shampoo included.

One of two private lofts includes a Queen size bed and closet. Dedicated bathroom has custom tiled stand up shower with therapeutic river rock floor. Second of the two lofts is furnished with a twin bed as well as twin bunkbeds. This loft also has its own bathroom including a tub/shower combo dressed in subway tile and one of a kind tile inlayed floors. As with the master en suite these also include ample toiletries.

Chefs kitchen complete with a must have 48 inch Thermador Gas Range and double oven. Kitchen is also provided with pots, pans, cutlery and many more much need essentials.

Spanning over 1000 square feet the back deck is complete with outdoor sectional, chairs, and dining tables. While there you can enjoy the outdoor speakers as you play a few games of cornhole.

Other added features include indoor games, kayaks, and stand up paddle boards!

This property sits on Beaver lake and during certain times of the year ( early fall and winter) the lake levels change, should you have any questions feel free to contact us to discuss further prior to booking. Please note that the property is located down a little over 1 mile of county maintained gravel road that is easily navigated by cars, trucks, and SUVs.

Also every effort is made to ensure the decor and amenities match accurately at all time in relation to the listing picture but some times things happen and we may have a different color pillow or throw blanket than advertised. This means it will be hotter or colder in the Observatory Tower than the rest of the home. We do have a larger mini split up in the tower to help heat/cool the area. This also helps circulate to the lower part of the tower in the TV room. Guests should be aware that the Observatory Tower’s main purpose is for stargazing and may not be your ideal temperature. The rest of the structure (main dome) is not affected by this and will be a normal comfortable temperature.

Beautiful, secluded log home 10 miles from NWA, 30 miles from Eureka Springs, and 5 miles from Beaver Lake. Our home has easy access to hwy 412, but is secluded on 20 acres with wonderful 360 degree views. Huge wraparound deck for grilling and enjoying sunsets. Hot tub open year round, pool open May 1- Oct 20 (not heated). Gas fireplace available Oct-March.

The space
Hardwood Chalet sits on a beautiful hilltop surrounded by farmland and nature. You can sit on the large wraparound deck or upstairs master suite balcony and enjoy 360 degree views with wonderful sunrises and sunsets. Deer often come up in the pasture close to the house and the hilltop is a birders paradise. We have huge windows overlooking the pool, woods and pasture. Both bathtubs also have excellent window views.

Location- You are in the country with great privacy, yet close to everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer. We are 10 miles east of Springdale about 2 miles off 412, near War Eagle Mill, Hobbs State Park, and right down the road from Eureka Springs. You will travel down a paved road off the
highway until you get to our gravel drive, which is about 200 yards long and suitable for cars or motorcycles. See mileage chart below for local attractions.

In the warmer months, enjoy our well kept salt water pool, open May 1. Pool will close mid- October. Hot tub will be open all year. The pool has a fence and gates- the deck is also gated.

Fireplace instructions are printed on mantle- easy on/off toggle switch. Turn switch off when not there, pilot light stays on.

We live locally and will be responsive to your questions or needs. Absolutely no parties or large gatherings. If you are planning to bring extra people please let us know for approval. Please respect our check in/out times as most times we have same day turnarounds.

The space
Custom one of a kind log cabin updated with all the modern luxuries of a 5 star penthouse suite. Placed in rural setting minutes from town with views from every room and plenty of space to call your own both inside and out. We spared no expense in bringing the comforts of your own home on your stay.

Upon arrival you are greeted by "Walt", a massive trophy 6 x 6 Elk. He is mounted over a native rock fireplace where you can enjoy a real wood burning fire on the large sectional couch while watching a movie from our collection or through your streaming account on the smart tv.

The main floor master bed room has a plush King size bed and custom bedframe. En suite bathroom has high end imported Carrera Marble incorporated thorough out. Included in the space is an oversized stand up shower, large jetted tub, and separate toilet room. Ample toiletries including towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, body wash, and shampoo included.

One of two private lofts includes a Queen size bed and closet. Dedicated bathroom has custom tiled stand up shower with therapeutic river rock floor. Second of the two lofts is furnished with a twin bed as well as twin bunkbeds. This loft also has its own bathroom including a tub/shower combo dressed in subway tile and one of a kind tile inlayed floors. As with the master en suite these also include ample toiletries.

Chefs kitchen complete with a must have 48 inch Thermador Gas Range and double oven. Kitchen is also provided with pots, pans, cutlery and many more much need essentials.

Spanning over 1000 square feet the back deck is complete with outdoor sectional, chairs, and dining tables. While there you can enjoy the outdoor speakers as you play a few games of corn hole.

You will see pictures in the description of the swim platform and boat dock area, it is important to know it is a shared ownership with 1 other family and to please be respectful of any and all guests that they may have as well.

Other added features include indoor games, kayaks, and stand up paddle boards!

We know that vacations are important and can be costly. Eliminating the worries and stress of travel is the reason we have over thought the essentials needed. Great care and pride has been taken to ensure our home is your home away from home!
