Only 3 miles from the renowned Fitzgerald Mountain Bike trail for cyclists or hikers. Direct bike lane access to the Razorback Greenway. Complete with a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, small fridge, and freezer. Includes outdoor seating area on the porch. TV has Netflix and Roku. Escape to nature close to the fun.

The space
This is a very spacious room complete with two comfortable queen beds, (air mattress upon request), kitchenette (fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster oven, and dishes), dining area, work station, seating area, and attached bathroom. Iron and ironing board. Coffee, creamers, sweeteners, tea, and water bottles included. Also if needed there is space in the garage to securely store your bicycle or extra luggage.

Guest access
Guest parking is off to the left halfway down the narrow driveway. Please let us know if you have more than one car and we will make convenient arrangements for you.

Other things to note
Our friendly dog comes into the main house every night, so he will not keep you up at night. Your rental is a pet-free zone. Also, being located in downtown, you may hear the occasional train or firetruck.

The house is immaculate and very charming. Anything you could need to be home away from home is there, plus plenty of interesting knick knacks to add charm and intrigue. A cozy couch and ultra comfortable bed make napping between your activities a little *too* easy, lol. The property itself is less than 30 minutes away from a plethora of interests and attractions. Jerry and Kelly are unobtrusive, but quick to help with suggestions about the area, if needed. You will not regret choosing this location!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly constructed guest house with separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, full kitchen and laundry. Close to the airport and Wal-Mart AMP and perfect for those Razorback home games. This little guest house will make the perfect stay for those out of town business professionals with high speed internet and nice little work area. King sized bed in the bedroom plus a queen sized air mattress. Pool view but not currently accessible to guests.

This 2 bedroom above Garage apartment is Custom designed with hand made pottery and Arkansas woodworking. Pet Friendly (30$ pet fee) and has a perfect Chill layout with a stunning lake view of Beaver lake. Full kitchen, washer/dryer makes for the ultimate place to recharge your batteries after hiking the Buffalo river, or Mountain biking the OZ trails. This place was built by my husband to cater to other Hikers and Bikers that want to come visit the area. 1 hour or less to every Major trailhead.

Only 20 minutes outside North Fayetteville, and 30 minutes to downtown. My Husband and I are avid Hikers, Bikers, and Backpackers here in Arkansas. And we chose this location due to the position in between all the trails here in N.W.A. We are 1 hour from the Buffalo River, and Under an Hour to Every Major Mountain Biking Trail in the Area. We would love to share with you our Favorite Trails, Waterfalls, and Gorgeous overlooks in the Area- Just ask!

Our place offers all the extras, boasting new modern amenities: 70” smart tv and blue-tooth speakers, Wifi/cable, new appliances and coffee maker (coffee, K-cups, and supplies included), luxurious mattresses and linens, a unique spa-like bathroom, vanity space, washer/dryer, and patio space with gas grill. This space was thoughtfully designed with many extras and details for your stay and pleasure.

PLEASE NOTE: We live upstairs FULL TIME. While the pictured interior is entirely for guest use (accessed via a separate side door) and while we give all of our guests complete privacy, please note that you may see us around the exterior of our home from time to time.
