Smart ROKU TV with Netflix enabled. It also has an antenna with local channels, but it depends on the weather and mood. There is a DVD player with some movies available. Wifi is available, but it can be spotty due to the remote area.

The Hibernation Station Room is equipped with a King bed and a Twin over Full bunkbed. It’s the perfect place to spend a family vacation. The bathroom offers a shower and tub combination and one sink. The dresser has plenty of drawer space to accommodate 5 people. You’ll enjoy the nice 65-inch Smart TV for the King bed where you can watch all the local channels through cable, or login to your favorite streaming services. The bunkbed faces a 55-inch Smart TV where streaming services can be utilized. This room is on the main level of the front side of the building, and the second level from the back side. There is an interior and exterior entrance to this room.

The Ozark Family Retreat is a private daylight walk-out BASEMENT APARTMENT of the Hummingbird Estate. It is ground level and easily accessible with NO stairs to navigate.

Our trails and backyard are available to all guests as well as our tree house (treehouse available after 10am until sunset WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES)

Other paid options: Some amenities are available FOR A FEE. These include the sauna, massage chairs, gym and golf cart. This is because these amenities are booked privately & require reservations and setup/sanitization.

Other things to note
The Ozark Family Retreat is designed as a vacation rental- a space where families and groups make themselves at home. The newly remodeled living area features a family fun game room, including a large selection of games for all ages! We are excited to offer this new addition for groups & families to have fun and create memories together! The full kitchen allows for the freedom to prepare meals your family enjoys. Down in Branson, there are several stores for groceries including several Walmart’s, Country Market, Target (although this Target doesn’t carry produce items) to name a few. Coming from the north, your last stop for groceries would be in Ozark.

This space has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (master bedroom has a small office space), a full kitchen, dining & living area/game room, and a laundry room.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, bathroom and a spare mattresses in the walk in closet that can be placed anywhere. (full sized)

The other bedrooms have twin sized beds- 3 in one room, 2 in the other (can be converted into a king upon request)

There is also a (twin) sofa bed in the couch.

To be courteous to our other guests, we do have quiet hours from 10pm-8am.

-Gym adults only, subject to daytime hours.

-Massage chairs. Adults only, we have 2 chairs on the lobby floor in a private room. Subject to availability.
