- "Very nice studio condo that we stayed in. Close to everything and the golf course is very nice! Buildings are connected so ut is doable,just inconvenient. Parking is poor. Find a close spot and don't move. Outdoor pool close but have to drive close to a mile to their nice indoor pool. Beds comfy, 3 TVs so no arguing, could cook for picky child and washer/dryer so didnt have to take wet things with us.A few games for them which was nice. Stayed in Bldg 1 unit 6.You do have to take your trash out and they ask you start dishwasher with any dirty dishes when you leave. "

- "The Presley Penthouse was wonderful. It was a fun place to spend our vacation in Branson. Conveniently located. Little disappointed that the description offered two bathrooms, but it was 1 bathroom and the other was 1 toilet room. The juke box didn't work, but it was still fun to see the lights on. Breakfast was simple, but the service was wonderful. Robin checked us in and she was absolutely wonderful. She offered and gave us help with all our needs. One thing that was a little troubling was I had prepaid for the room and at check-in I was charged again for the condo, but it was easily resolved when I took a photo of the cancelled checked- thank goodness for internet and having computer. Just the same, we had a wonderful, fun time. We look forward to future vacations and telling our family and friends about making reservations here."

His tall order was for me to find a room with a king bed and for each of our girls to own their own bed without them having to sleep in a sleeper sofa. Y’all, this is impossible!!! I couldn’t believe it when I found this place. I booked it without knowing the location of how far it was from the main strip. To my huge surprise, it was only minutes away. This is a delightful place to stay. The amazing part was my husband (dearest the hotel snob) was so happy with this fabulous find! I got a huge compliment!!! He says we should forever remember this place in the future. It was perfect for our family and the price didn’t break the bank. We enjoyed staying in such a nice place. I’m very thankful to have found it. Our girls loved having their own private bathroom and my husband and I loved having so much privacy. It’s such a blessing to have a washer and dryer while your traveling as well. My new fav place to stay! Now, I know you are wondering why I gave it only 3 stars for check in. Well, the check in location was in a different place from the condos. It wasn’t a problem to drive over to check in, but you want to be aware that it’s at the main Wyndham property. Also, because I booked on VRBO, I was expecting to get check-in instructions, and I didn't receive anything. I had to call the day before we left and found out that it's like a hotel - they have a 24-hour check in desk where you get your key. It would have been helpful to know this, because I have stayed at similar properties that did not have a check-in desk and you were emailed a key code before hand, so that is what I was expecting. Overall though, the place was immaculate, and I would definitely recommend, and would stay here again!"

Rental Agreement

OCCUPANCY
- Guest agrees not have more guests than the rental can accommodate
- Responsible party must be 21 years of age or older.

ADA ACCESSIBLE UNIT POSSIBLE
- We do not own a specific unit with the resort, rather work from their live availability.
- Our listings include both standard and accessible units, as these units have similar layouts
and
accommodations.

GUEST NAME CHANGE POLICY
- Guest name changes on the reservation must be made more than 15 days prior to check-in.
- The resort charges a $99 guest name change on the reservation.

RESERVATION CHANGE POLICY
- All date, unit, or location changes made are subject to a $30 change fee.
- Any changes are subject to the resort’s availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- A full refund will be provided for cancelations that are made 31 days prior to check-in.
- A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations 15 to 30 days prior to check-in.
- No refund will be given within 14 days of check-in.

LOCAL CHARGES (MOST RESORTS)
- $150.00- $360.00 Security Deposit will be paid on arrival and be refunded on departure.
- Parking Fee: Most resorts have free parking, but it is not guaranteed.
- Resort Fee: Most resorts do charge a refundable security deposit.
