The caretaker's treated us like family and were friendly and helpful. This place is quirky, unpretentious and relaxing, perfect for families - almost like staying at a an uncle's place on the lake. We were even shown where to get extra linens and towels if we needed them. Chairs outside the rooms were perfect to take in the lake or just sit and visit.
