The first level of our home has an open floor plan and features a gorgeous, red brick fireplace. Our living room is newly decorated with plush furniture and a 50" Samsung TV, pre-loaded with some of your favorite streaming services. A few steps over you'll find yourself in our fully-stocked kitchen with bar seating. Right off of the kitchen is our dining room that comfortably seats 7. Upstairs, you'll find the 3 fully furnished bedrooms. Our master bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed and luxury lines. The master bedroom also has an en suite bathroom, fully stocked with amenities and linens. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and opens up to the upstairs patio. Our third bedroom has a full-sized bed and a twin-sized trundle pull out bed.

Step out of the hustle and bustle of every day life and into the tranquility of our lakefront vacation cottage. The peaceful surroundings allow you to relax as you spend evenings on the deck watching the sunset over the lake or the beautiful serene mornings as the cool breeze blows over the water. Swimming and fishing are just steps away as it is only 100 feet to the water's edge with easy off access; as well as access to tie-off a boat or jet ski during the day.
This chalet is truly an all-season getaway! Summers are filled with fun whether you are swimming, fishing, skiing, or boating. Spend sunny days soaking in the sunshine or evenings relaxing by the fire pit perfect for roasting hot dogs and making complimentary s'mores!

The living room has black out curtains for your privacy and comfort. The MBR has a King bed w/ Purple mattress, 32" TV w/ Roku, dvd, ample closet and drawer space. The 2nd bedroom has a King bed, Roku Smart TV and plenty of closet and drawer space.
Outside is a beautiful deck with patio furniture and a Propane BBQ grill where you will enjoy the spectacular view and beautiful sunsets.
Downstairs offers a large family room with leather reclining sofa and reclining love seat. 55" Roku Smart TV, DVD player and electric fire place and blackout curtains as well for your privacy and comfort.
The 3rd Bedroom is also located downstairs and has a Queen bed w/ purple 2 mattress, closet, 1/2 bath. Laundry room is located through a door of that bedroom and has both a washer/dryer.
There is a King blow up portable mattress and twin portable bed for extra guests located in the closet under the stairs.
Step out of the sliding glass doors onto the lower deck where a picnic table is waiting for family picnics and walk 75 feet directly to the clear water lake.

This is a beautiful new home that sleeps 12. It has four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Every room in the house has the same beautiful view of Beaver Lake. Off-season rates. Lake access a short drive down the hill. Use of kayaks and canoe. Lifejackets provided.

Each bedroom has a queen sized bed and sliding glass doors opening to either the upstairs or downstairs back deck overlooking the lake. The two downstairs bedrooms each have a twin bed and a queen.

The large living area upstairs is an open living, dining, kitchen area with a fireplace. It also has a flat screen TV and the sofa makes into a queen sized memory foam bed. The upper level is handicap friendly with one low step through the garage entry. There are two bedrooms and bathrooms on this level. The upstairs master bath has a step-in shower and grab bars by the toilet. There is also a jetted tub in this bathroom.

The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, cookware, and utensils. Linens are provided for the beds and baths.

The laundry and pantry rooms are on the upper level.

The downstairs living area has a regulation pool table, small air hockey table, flat screen TV with DVR, and double sliding doors out to the deck.

There are also two bedrooms on this level, and two bathrooms. Each of these bedrooms has a queen bed and a and twin bed.

A deck runs the length of the back of the house facing the lake and is accessible from both bedrooms on the main level and the living area. There is an outdoor dining table and other seating plus a BBQ grill on this deck.

The lower level has a patio/deck that runs the length of the house under the upper deck. It is accessible from both downstairs bedrooms and the downstairs living area. It also has a good view of the lake. There is a fire pit accessible from the lower deck.

The lake is just a short drive down the hill. It is possible to drive right down to the water.

Plenty of room so you’re not always in each other’s way. Beautiful view of Beaver Lake from the back deck; not too hot as we usually got a cool breeze. Easy driving distance to Bentonville, Eureka Springs, and many other attractions. Don’t miss the Bachman-Wilson House and the Daisy Airgun Museum. Prairie Creek Recreation Area has a great beach and is only $5 a carload. Kids and adults had fun watching the fireflies and deer. We’ll definitely consider going back to this area and this house."
