The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Bentonville close to Crystal Bridges. I don't remember everyone's name but the gentleman who checked me in my first night could not have been more helpful. Dayton, the museum manager did a great job of explaining the 21c concept on our guided tour of the current art exhibition. He does a great job of explaining complex works of art to guests from a wide variety of backgrounds. I had a much better understanding and appreciation of the collection after his tour. Also of note was the daytime doorman, Logon who looked somewhat like Thor and was super friendly and helpful to all the guests. Everyone who works there is exceptional. Hotel 21c is pricey but it is worth every penny. If you are going to Bentonville to see the museum or for any other reason, treat yourself by staying there because it is unique experience that you will remember for years to come. I can't wait to go to some of the 21c properties to experience them as well."
