- "Fun,long drive " - "We stayed 2 nights for a cousin float trip. Our host was great answering all my questions quickly and even connected me with the host of the cabin right next door so we could all be close to each other! There was plenty of parking and the outside sitting area was perfect! There were a lot of little touches that made a huge difference, like providing coffe pods, sugar, and fans in each sleeping area! The lofts were really spacious but the celing is low so I would keep the really tall people downstairs. There are a ton of extra blankets that were so soft my nephew asked if we could keep one. The air conditioning felt so good coming in from the heat! There is a climber with swing and a slide but the best part was a small zip line for kids! The area felt very safe and private. There were other people staying on the property but we didn't even hear them. We've stayed on site of some of the float companies before and didnt get any sleep due to the noise level. Here we all slept great! We had a great time and are so happy we stayed here! Just a warning though Apple maps will take you to the wrong place so look out for the Adventure Wilderness sign and if you come to a sign saying dead end turn around and go left and its about 3 miles away."

- "Good" - "We only got to enjoy one night. The second got a call from my Daughter that she had been hit on the highway by a semi. We had to leave immediately" - "The cabin was comfy and clean. The only issue was that the DVD player was missing and with no Wi-Fi or cable service, we couldn’t use the TV at all. The futon bed worked but one of the sides would not stay connected to the bed and if sat on, it would fall in. The other beds were comfy and there were towels, extra sheets, a lighter, and silverware which was a nice touch. The other thing to mention is that it really is one room and a loft."

- "We stayed for a weekend so we could float the river and enjoy the outdoors. I didn’t realize it was a 30 minute drive from All American Floats but, we enjoyed the drive so much, we didn’t even mind. The camp is very well kept. Our little cabin was all we needed. There were 4 of us adults and we had enough space. The upper loft bed area is pretty small and would suit children better than adults. We didn’t use it. The fold out bed was very spacious and easy to set up and down. There are extra blankets, a full refrigerator, a tv with dvd player, some dvd movies, a coffee maker and coffee. The little porch was nice in the mornings and nights. It faces the picnic table, fire pit and woods instead of other camps/the road, which we thought was a great idea. We saw tons of lightning bugs, bright colored birds, squirrels and rabbits. Really pretty area. The bathhouse is well kept, good size and a short walk across the playground. I never had to wait more than a minute or two for one of the bathrooms/showers to be available. We had a great time and would definitely book here again."

Our fully loaded 1200 sf 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom cottage sits on 1.25 acers with not a single house in site!! We have a beautiful 200sqf enclosed sunroom With a 400sqf deck to enjoy the valley view out back. River access is only 3-5 minutes away depending on where you want to swim. Flint Ridge Resort is a private gated community with 3 community pools, golf course and Restaurant, river access and float services are offered ON WEEKENDS ONLY (Memorial Day weekend- Labor Day weekend). You will need to call and confirm that your dates will be available and make a reservation. Flint Ridge Security Office requires us to submit the names of all guests and vehicles that will be entering. Guest MUST show guest passes each time entering through the security gate. There is a $200 tailgating fine you will be responsible for if you are issued a citation by the Security officers.

The space
Our cottage is very roomy with the open floor plan. The property is an UNFENCED property. Flint ridge is pet friendly but does have a leash law. There is lots of interesting extra décor to enjoy looking at. We have a awesome enclosed sunroom that is great for reading, chilling and especially great for napping lol. There is a book nook with lots of books for reading. Also there are several board game for your enjoyment as well. One shower is handicap accessible. There are 3 small steps to step up onto the front deck to enter the house. We DO offer WIFI, but not cable. The TVs are smart TVs. We have lots of DVDs and they're a few local channel that the TV picks up. This is more of a place to come disconnect from all the stress of life.

IMPORTANT NOTICE We have 3 surveillance cameras. One on each end of the house outside only. We do not live there. They are for us to monitor the property when not in use. .
