You will not be in a neighborhood... You will have the opportunity to enjoy a delightful 20 acres on private property with mowed nature trails, an old barn that is over 100 years old, a farmhouse with such charm, and it all sits on the shoreline of Beaver Lake.

This private property is at the end of a lane with a gated entrance, and is right on the water's edge with a 180 degree view of the lake.

Nearest grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, urgent care, & bank are 15 minutes away.

The Farm House On Beaver Lake is over 100 years old and was updated in 2014. We added modern amenities, while keeping the charm of farm house living; including orginial repurposed wood and shiplap. It has a large screened-in porch across the front of the house with a stunning view of the lake and The Barn. The living room has a 48" flat screen with OzarkGo cable & wifi, and a DVR. The dining room table comfortably seats 8; and there are additional tables, chairs, and TV trays. The kitchen has a 6 burner gas commercial range & stainless appliances; it is fully stocked with pots & pans, glasses, dishes, etc. The laundry room has full size washer & dryer with counter space for storage, and it leads to the backyard. There are five (5) bedrooms each with their own personality; one is downstairs and four are upstairs. Each bedroom has a queen bed; one also includes a crib and another also includes a twin bunk. There are two (2) bathrooms; one on each floor.

Outdoors includes an outdoor shower with hot & cold water, picnic table, gas grill, fire pit w/ 10 Adirondack chairs and string lights, tire swings, swing, and two 2-person kayaks with 4 adult life jackets. Bring your own children’s life jackets; life jackets are required when using the kayaks.

We also have LOTS of wildlife. All the posted animal photos were taken on the property by me or my husband. So bring your camera!

The shoreline is a easy stroll where you can safely swim with no steep drop-offs. We do not have a boat dock, but Hickory Creek Marina is only 5.6 miles - where you can launch your boat. We are on the south end of the lake across from point 12 where the White River and War Eagle River merge. This area of the lake is MUCH quieter than the area north of us.

And the location is GREAT. You are within 30 minutes from some of the most famous attractions in NWA.

In the yard is a wonderful cozy fire pit for s'mores and guitars by the firelight (You supply the music!) and horseshoes. The home has fiber wifi, and a 55" TV. We provide 2 kayaks, 2 adult and 2 kids paddle boards for the adventurous. Super EASY access to Hickory Creek Marina LESS than ONE mile away to drop your own boat in the water. A SUGGESTED ITINERARY FOR YOUR CABIN RETREAT
1. As you exit the Interstate and drive through the Ozark foothills, the anticipation of your week-long retreat will reach its peak. The rustic charm of our lake cabin will be apparent as you approach. Nestled on the shores of Beaver Lake, the cabin exudes warmth and coziness as you enter a world of simplicity and tranquility. You will be immediately welcomed by the porch swing and rocking chairs. The cabin, with its wooden exterior, will set the tone for a perfect family getaway. After you settle in, gather on the upstairs deck to soak in the breathtaking views and plan your first simple, yet delicious dinner on the grill. Afterward, walk the few steps to the lake shoreline to take in the night sky or maybe a late-night swim.

2. Lakeside adventure awaits on Day 2. Waking up to the gentle lapping of the lake against the shore, kick off the day with coffee on the deck and a hearty breakfast prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The expansive upstairs deck will become your go-to spot for family gatherings while the downstairs deck, with its 4 chaise lounges and table and chairs, will be the place to catch a nap and a good tan. CABIN DESCRIPTION
The cabin has two levels. The top level is accessed from the carport and road. The bottom level opens to the lake. With large-screen TV, the upstairs is mainly an open area for kitchen, dining, and living functions. The kitchen is well-stocked and a list of food-stuffs, dishes, pots/pans, etc. can be provided upon request (too long to include here. Two floor-to-ceiling picture windows give everyone a great view of the lake and the hills beyond.
With its own television, a separate bedroom (queen) and bath are also upstairs…often used by those who have difficulty with stairs. The upstairs deck area has a covered area with plenty of rocking chairs, porch swing, and table/chairs for eating or games. The connected open deck is for grilling and dining around the firepit. A gas grill is available.

The lower level has a king bed and two twins. This area can be separated into 2-3 rooms with draperies and room dividers if needed. A sitting area with table and chairs, loveseat and arm chairs are also downstairs. This level also has floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the views. It is a great area for kids who just want to get away from the adults. Just outside the door is a small covered porch with a porch swing to enjoy if the weather is rainy. A full deck runs completely across the front of the house with lounge chairs, table/chairs, and bar table and chairs. This deck is great for taking in the sun during the day as well as enjoying the night sky of late evening.

On either side of the cabin is a yard swing and picnic table. These are great, too, if the kids want to eat on one side of the house and the adults on the other.

Despite sitting just off the road, the property is very private. A chain-link fence with a tall hedge runs the entire length of the property separating it from the road. A privacy fence bounds the property to the north, and the south side is bounded by a chain-link fence.. The lakeside is completely open to the water. The grass is cut to the Corps of Engineers property line.

PARKING is limited to three, possibly four spaces.
The property uses 3 OUTSIDE SECURITY CAMERAS. One camera monitors the road, one monitors the front door, and one monitors the area south of the cabin.

Our cottage-like home is located at the end of a beautiful, windy drive through a quiet lakeside neighborhood in Lowell, Arkansas! Enter through the front door and you'll be greeted by a set of stairs leading up to the second floor. Walk a little further to enter our living room. Enjoy stunning vaulted ceilings, an open concept living room, and two sets of double doors leading out to our fully furnished patio.Our living room is the perfect setting for enjoying conversation with friends, snuggling up to watch a movie on our Roku Smart TV, or sitting next to the fireplace with a good book. Off the living room, you'll find our fully stocked kitchen, perfect for creating your favorite meals or baked goods. Next to the kitchen, our dining table is set near our bay window, which looks out over our front lawn. Down a couple of stairs off the dining room, there's a set of double doors leading out to one of our porch seating areas.

At the end of the day, settle into one of our five private bedrooms:

(5) Our fifth bedroom - or the 'Bunkhouse' - is located on our bottom floor and is host to two Full-under-Twin bunks. This room features a fully stocked kitchen, a seating area, and bathroom. Please note that this room can only be accessed through a private door located on the bottom level of our porch.

Across from the 'Bunkhouse', you'll find our Game Room. The mecca of entertainment iscomplete with a pool table, arcade-style basketball game, dartboard, cozy seating area, Smart TV, and bar. If you can't find the kids (or the kids at heart) - we bet they're here. Please note that the bunk house and game room can only be accessed through a private door located on the bottom level of our porch.

Our outside living area is the highlight of our home. Directly off the living room, you'll find two sets of double doors leading to our porch area. Here, you'll have access to a fire pit, BBQ grill, dining area, and multiple seating areas. The views from our porch are truly jaw-dropping. Once you're standing on the porch, it's impossible to miss the wooden staircase leading to Beaver Lake access.

As you enter the house, immediately to your right is our spacious living room with epic geometric wood detailing. Furnished with a plush chaise sectional, cozy floor cushions, oversized bean bag chairs, and more, this space is centered around our home's wood burning fireplace (available for use by all guests). Our living room also features a 65" Smart TV, books, and games. Through the living room, directly access our back deck - a hexagon shaped deck built specially for this house, complete with an octagonal picnic table and outdoor lounge seating. A massive nearby shade tree provides the perfect sun cover during the summer months.

Back inside, the upstairs floor of the house is home to the kitchen & half bath. Complete with gorgeous terrazzo tile flooring, a custom geometric butcher block island, and a locally made dining table. Our home is stocked with new appliances, plus all kitchen and cooking essential goods so you can whip up your favorite breakfasts, lunches, or dinners. The kitchen is also our favorite place to enjoy the dome's geometric sky lights and wood trimmed ceilings. Our kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and 2-in-1 coffee maker.

Make your way downstairs to find our home's three private bedrooms - a King, Queen, and Full-size room. Immediately at the bottom of the stairs is our Full-sized bedroom - complete with an upholstered day bed, memory foam mattress, and luxury linens. This room has a ceiling fan, clothes rack, and black out blinds. Next, find our Primary bedroom, complete with a King-size bed with luxury linens & memory foam mattress. This bedroom has a 55-inch Smart TV, seating area, black out curtains and blinds, and a closet with dresser. One of our favorite thing we enjoy about the Creekside Hideaway is listening to the creek run while relaxing on the oversized porch swing, and the inside of this home is cozy and inviting!

This home has been completely updated and gives a modern feel to enjoy throughout your stay. We have an abundance of tables and lamps throughout the home that has plugins for your computer and phones.

The living room has ample seating with couches, love seats and electric recliners. We have a ton of blankets to enjoy while you are watching TV, playing games or just reading a book.

The kitchen has a huge breakfast bar with ample counter space and all the appliances you may need through your stay. The coffee bar has a Keurig and a drip coffee pot (it makes hot or cold coffee) several coffee syrups, creamer and sweetener.

The master bedroom has a queen sleigh bed, its own TV and remote and has easy access to the restroom. Adjustable bedside lighting with a charging station is delightful. Plenty of area to put your clothing and suitcases.

The freshly renovated bathroom is so pretty and inviting. You have a double vanity. A huge claw foot tub to enjoy while watching a movie, reading or enjoying a glass of wine or if you choose the stand up glass enclosed shower it is comforting too. We have provided an abundance of towels and toiletries to complement your stay.

The utility room has an abundance of storage area for you. Clothes racks to hang clothing with velvet hangers. A safe for securing your valuables (You set the Code… it is clear for a reset after our stay.) Frontloading washer and dryer for your convenience. We store bottled water here if you choose to use it. Your cornhole set is located here as well.

Entry to the back patio for your relaxation needs include an abundance of seating with the love seat and rocking outside seating while enjoying your meal or drinks around the glass fire pit in the evenings. The patio grill is included for all your outdoor fun with your family and friends.

The upstairs loft has 2 queen beds and a double bed. Each bed has new mattresses and pillows decorated differently so you can choose your style. Each bedside has a plugin for computers and a charging station. Enjoy the 55” TV in the sitting area with swivel chairs. A makeup vanity is provide with different lighting .Enjoy the essence of the outside upper deck.

From our home you can be almost anywhere in NWA in less than 20 minutes: Pinnacle Prominade, Hogs game, Bentonville Biking, Crystal Bridges, Wal-Mart, JB Hunt, Tyson, etc. It's all easy access from Park View Place since we're only 2.5 miles off of I-49! Then once you've settled in for the evening you'll enjoy a new, cozy, well furnished home in a quiet neighborhood!

As you arrive to Park View Place you're greeted with a beautiful new construction home in a great neighborhood! The driveway is flat and can easily accommodate 2 vehicles. Additional vehicles are welcome to street park.

Stepping into the home you'll find an open entryway where you can drop your shoes and hang your coats. The entry leads into the open concept living/kitchen/dining area where the whole group can hang out and enjoy great company. The living room has a comfy couch and love seat where you can lounge and enjoy the large ROKU smart TV and cozy up to the gas fireplace on those cold nights. Gravitating to the beautiful brand new kitchen you'll find it fully stocked for all of your cooking and baking needs. Enjoy drip or Keurig coffee on us! We also have a large pantry for plenty of food storage during your stay. Our dining room accommodates 6 guests so the whole group can fit around the table for meals. With the large sliding glass doors there's plenty of natural light pouring into the whole kitchen/dining area. As you step out of those glass doors onto the covered patio you've got 4 cushioned patio chairs surrounding a propane fire pit so you can soak in the great outdoors while you stay. We also have a gas grill for guest use and a large, fully fenced, flat back yard.

Stepping back inside I'll take you to the oversized master suite located separate from the other two bedrooms. Here you'll find a cozy king size bed, ROKU smart tv, rocking chair, dresser drawers, tray ceiling and more. The master bathroom has dual sinks, walk in shower, shower soaps, a large walk in closet and of course plenty of bath linens.

At the front of the home you'll find bedrooms 2 & 3. Bedroom 2 has a plush queen size bed, ROKU smart TV, dresser drawers and a walk in closet. Bedroom 3 has two twin size beds, dresser drawers, double door closet and a dedicated work space. Inside the closet off bedroom 3 you'll find lots of fun games, cards & kids toys! Accessed from the hallway you'll find the second bathroom which bedrooms 2 & 3 share. This bathroom is fully stocked with bath linens, shower soaps, etc.

And of course we can't forget the 2 car garage which we have setup as a game room with a basketball arcade, air hockey table, corn hole boards, bike rack and 4 bikes that you're welcome to enjoy! We also keep a high chair and stroller in the garage if you're traveling with the little ones.

Guests will have access to the entire home (minus cleaners closets) and yard. The garage is setup as a game room and we ask that no vehicles be pulled into the garage. Bicycles only.
