Nestled in the Mark Twain National Forest, just 15 miles west of Branson, you will find this amazing two-bedroom, two-bathroom home that comfortably sleeps 5 people. New deck, new windows, new countertops, new appliances. This property is on a lakefront lot that has an outstanding year-round unobstructed water view of Table Rock Lake. The location is a little bit of a drive from a lot of the attractions but well worth it if you are looking to be off the beaten path. There is a large lakeside deck attached to the home for relaxing and enjoying the view. The deck has an outdoor patio table, a bistro table with two chairs, and a propane grill for entertaining. Please no open fires or fireworks allowed. There are roughly 25 steps down a hill to the property. It is not handicapped accessible.

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo overlooking Table Rock Lake. Walk out your front door to the lake. Resort offers swimming pools, hot tub, sauna room. Boat ramp to launch your boats and toys. Fully equipped condo with 1 king sized bed, 4 full size beds. TV's in both bedrooms and flat screen in the living room for all to enjoy. Nice patio deck off the back of condo to relax the day away on. The unit is a walk in level. The kitchen has all of the cook wear and utensils you'll need. Our condo is located at Ozark Mountain Resort.

Our condo is a great place to stay if you are wanting lake front and easy access to Branson and Silver Dollar City. It is also beautiful in fall and winter months to enjoy long walks around the lake and all of the Christmas shows and lights.

Check in is after 4 pm and checkout is 11 am- unless otherwise discussed

We have a three night minimum September-May, and a five night minimum June-August. June-August you may do a three night if we are less than thirty days out and it is open.

- "Had a wonderful time, location was great. Enjoyed the lake views from the master and porch. Would come back again in the future. Trailer parking and launch ramp were a nice to have and used both of them. My only complaint which the owners have no control over is the amenities that the Holiday Inn resort offers don't live up to what was expected. They are old, dirty and run down. They are not associated with this property and I understand not in their control and are a plus for staying."

World-class fishing, indoor and outdoor pools, Six Pickleball Courts, Basketball, 2 Kids Tree Houses/with climbing wall & swings. Close to Bars/Restaurants, Pizza, Coffee, Gas & Grocery Store. Close to boat rentals and slip rentals at Kimberling Marina. The property, has several new restaurants, one is Kimberling Crossing Cafe, & Shipwreck restaurant/bar that looks like a pirate ship, with indoor/outdoor seating, with lake views!

First time opened for rental. This newly renovated unit has only three steps into the unit. The view of the bridge is expansive. It’s perfect for watching the boats go by and enjoying the fall views.
