Two master suites make this cabin stand out from the rest, allowing everyone to have their own space.

The Space:
The spacious front porch greets you with two rocking chairs ready for sipping on some sweet southern tea! Inside the vaulted ceilings make the open living area feel extra spacious. Cozy up in front of the stone gas fireplace on a cool evening or watch a movie on the flat screen TV. Either way, plenty of room for everyone to relax. And the living room couch is a sofa sleeper that you can pull out at night to sleep those last two guests. Head into the fully stocked kitchen to cook up some of your favorites. The cabinets are full of all your normal kitchen utensils and appliances; pots, pans, a blender, mixing bowls, plates, electric mixer, etc. Pull up a chair at the bar to keep the cook company or sit together at the 6-top dining table to enjoy that home cooked meal or tasty takeout! If you’d rather enjoy your meals outside, the screened-in back porch offers outdoor dining! Or cozy up on the outdoor couch and soak in the sounds of the community lake seen through the beauty of the Ozark trees!

Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each have a king bed with their own attached bathroom. Each bathroom offers a stand up shower as well as a separate soaker tub! So everyone gets the best room in this house. There is also a washer and dryer in the home and we stock the detergent. We provide starters of everything you may need on a vacation including soap, shampoo, dish soap, towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. We have a regular coffee pot as well as a K-cup coffee maker to meet all your coffee needs. All you need to bring is clothes and food!

This location in Stonebridge is ideal! The cabin backs right up to the water so you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings or make easy use of the walking trail around the small lake! This lake/pond offers catch and release fishing, so just bring your poles! (no fishing license required) Several of the other StoneBridge amenities are in this same location including a large zero-entry pool overlooking Forest Lake. It is open seasonally, Memorial Day to Labor Day, so just bring your pool towels! There is also a sand volleyball court, half basketball court, playground, and walking trail around Forest Lake.

Swimming: The two outdoor community pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day for you to enjoy! You will find the second full-sized pool located in the Fox Hollow area. This pool is located near the basketball court and playground–the perfect place for family-friendly fun and relaxation.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, with a king-size bed in the upstairs master suite and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The master bedroom features a smart TV, full-size mirror, and an ensuite bathroom with a large jetted tub. There is a half bathroom on the main level as well!

The inviting living room features a cozy couch, a smart TV with cable, and access to the screened-in porch, where you can enjoy your morning coffee! The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, and the dining area is perfect for a family breakfast or a romantic dinner for two.

There is a map of the neighborhood in our Welcome Booklet inside the home as well as many recommendations for things to do around Branson! Parking is easy and right in front of the home!

The Neighborhood:
This location in Stonebridge is ideal! The cabin backs right up to the water so you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings or make easy use of the walking trail around the small lake! This lake/pond offers catch and release fishing, so just bring your poles! (no fishing license required) Several of the other StoneBridge amenities are in this same location including a large zero-entry pool overlooking Forest Lake. It is open seasonally, Memorial Day to Labor Day, just bring your pool towels! There is also a sand volleyball court, half basketball court, playground, and walking trail around Forest Lake!

Getting Around:
Or head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! One of the biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! The entrance to Silver Dollar City is conveniently located just one mile from the StoneBridge Village entrance!

The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 15 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!

The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!

AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! With Indian Point Marina only 15 minutes from the cabin, renting a boat or jet ski's should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

Indian Point Marina is just 15 minutes away and offers a variety of boat rentals if you want to spend a day out on the lake! The State Park Marina is only 20 minutes away and would be another great option! If you are bringing a boat with you, both marinas are available for you to set up plans for easy storage!

Interaction with Guests:
We want to give you your own space and allow you to check yourselves in through a keypad lock on the front door. However, we will be easily available if you do happen to need anything!

The StoneBridge 2BR/BA Lodge is located in Branson, MO and close to Silver Dollar City. Four Acorns Lodge is a perfect cabin in Stonebridge - at the end of the lane, so very quiet with easy parking, and pet friendly. Four Acorns is one cabin you will want to come back to time and time again! The Stonebridge cabin is all on one level with a ramp in the front and 5 steps onto the porch in the back, so no dragging your suitcase up a lot of stairs; along with a new recliner it makes it a perfect spot for those with mobililty issues. The beautiful area behind the back of the cabin is peaceful with a charcoal grill; and the surrounding nature will let you know why it is called "Four Acorns"!

The owners also have the cabin right next door Cabin 80 so if you have a larger group it works perfect! The cabin is located just west of Silver Dollar City at the wonderful Ledgestone Golf Resort. This is a perfect spot to meet up with friends or bring your children or grandchildren. Branson Vacation Rentals always picks the best accommodations so come see why "Four Acorns" in one of those! We always offer modern amenities, free WIFI, king beds with cable and smart TVs as well. - Living Area -
The living area of "Four Acorns" is a great spot to gather and enjoy each other. There is plenty of seating, a big screen smart TV, and a bright and airy atmosphere that allows you to relax after a busy Branson day! The stone fireplace is nice all year long but definitely a favorite in the fall and winter. The sleeper sofa gives you an extra sleeping spot too. The living area is connected to the kitchen and dining areas so the chef is never left out; whether they are making a quick snack for game night or planning holiday dinners. The dining room table and breakfast bar give you lots of space. The large screened in porch offers extra seating to enjoy all year long and there are no lodges behind so there is privacy. - Two Bedrooms -
Both bedrooms have king beds and are on the main level so no stairs once inside the cabin. Mighty Oaks has a great "great room"! The living area with fireplace, big screen tv, plenty of seating, including a new sleeper sofa and recliner is in the same open space as the dining area and kitchen, so everyone can gather together! All of the tvs are smart tvs so you can enjoy a night at home with popcorn and a movie after a great day at Silver Dollar City! This is a wonderful spot to enjoy the fall view of beautiful leaves, the winter evenings sitting by the fireplace, the spring showing off the beautiful dogwoods, and especially the summer with all the fun in Branson and Table Rock Lake area! The whole lodge is all on one level, including the 2 bedrooms. It is nice that the kitchen, living, and dining areas are all right there so no one is left out! The large screened in porch is right off of the dining area and you can enjoy the rockers on the front porch as well; the back screened in porch has a large table and nice wooded areas for peace and quiet along with a new grill! WeLoveBranson always offers free WIFI, a basket of snacks, free coffee, and all the starter products you need for an easy stay!

Swimming (Memorial Day through Labor Day): There are two outdoor swimming pools for guests and visitors. The first pool, located at LedgeStone Clubhouse is a full-sized pool with plenty of deck space and the convenience of the adjacent LedgeStone Grille for food and beverages. The second full-sized pool is located at the Fox hollow area which is walking distance from this cabin. This family-friendly pool is great for fun and relaxation. Near this pool you will find a catch-n-release lake, basketball court, lake trail, and playground. Tennis is located at the Country club.

Golf: LedgeStone's 18-hole championship golf course is described by Golf Digest as "a masterpiece of mountain golf architecture". For an additional, fee you can have opportunity to try out this amazing course.

Nature Trail: Want to explore more of the creek and Ozark Mountains? There is an excellent nature trail good for children and adults. The grade is moderate and can be enjoyed by most everyone.

BOAT RENTAL OR STORAGE:
Indian Pointe Marina is just 15 minutes away and offers a variety of boat rentals if you want to spend a day out on the lake! The State Park Marina is only 20 minutes away and would be another great option! If you are bringing a boat with you, both marinas are available for you to set up plans for easy storage!

This wonderfully created roughhewn cedar lodge is up a short slope with a look through the foliage at Fox Hollow Lake and a few steps away from a pool, volleyball, basketball, playground, pavilion, and cleared running track around the lake. It includes a well-furnished kitchen, dining area, and a living room. The living room has two armchairs, a queen-size sleeper sofa, cable TV, DVD player, large flat-screen HDTV, and a gas fireplace for the cold months. The dining area has a table and six seats. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, washer/dryer combo unit, and a bar with three additional seats. Be amazed at the magnificence of the Ozarks while unwinding on the enormous screened-in back deck. The deck has a glass top porch table with six seats. This is the newest 1-Br Lakefront lodge in Stonebridge Resort and the best thing about it is that it is right next to the playground and pool. NOTE: there is a 3-Br lockout lodge that is in the same building. If you would like the whole building, let me know but for this quote, only the 1-Br side is included and the lockout door will remain locked.

This is the one-bedroom side of largest lakefront cabin in Stonebridge Resort. It has a kitchen, dining area, living room, screened-in deck, and a lofted bedroom. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, and a bar with 3 chairs. This beautiful cabin is located in Stonebridge Village and is only about 8 minutes away from Silver Dollar city! The cabin sits right next to Stonebridge's Forrest Lake (a small lake/large pond inside the community) with beautiful views off of both screened-in back porches! The small lake has a walking trail around it and you can bring your poles for some catch and release fishing!

■ RESORT FEE: All guests will be charged a $5/vehicle per day resort fee at check-in. This fee is not included in your reservation.

■ RENTAL AGREEMENT SIGNATURE - You will be sent a Rental Agreement. Signing and returning the rental agreement is a requirement for staying at this property. If you do not sign the rental agreement within 24 hours of booking, your booking may be canceled. This includes setting up a security deposit that will be held during your stay and refunded 48 hrs after checkout, assuming there is no damage to the property.

■ HOT TUB - Absolutely NO GLASS or food near the hot tub. NO BUBBLES, NO SALTS, OR OILS can be added to the hot tub. You must shower first and wear a swimsuit (not clothes) in the hot tub. It is professionally serviced after every guest. If the hot tub needs to be serviced during your stay, just let us know.

■ AGE - All guests must be 21+ with the exception of children with their parents.

■ OCCUPANCY - Maximum 4 Persons. If you bring more people than accounted for on your reservation, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

■ NO SMOKING - This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING cabin.

■ UNCONTROLLABLE SITUATION - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage if this is a concern.

■ PETS - Pets are NOT allowed. We love pets. However, some of our family members and guests are very allergic to pet dander. Please be considerate and make alternate vacation arrangements for your furry family members. There are many pet-friendly cabins in the area that would love to host your family.

■ CHECK-IN/OUT - Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not offer early check-ins or late check-outs.

■ CRITTERS - We have the cabin on a regular pest control schedule to help minimize the possibility of insects and critters. However, this is a natural area, and some insects are unavoidable. You can occasionally expect to see critters (bugs, ants, spiders, etc.) in or around the cabin. If this concerns you, a place further from nature may be a better fit for you. Please help us by keeping the floors swept, sweets in the fridge, and trash cleaned up.

"Falling Leaf" Lodge in Stonebridge Resort is one you will visit time and time again. It is in a great location in Stonebridge close to the private lake and all the great amenities. Stonebridge Resort is one of the top resorts in Branson - gated cabin community; lots of amenities such as 3 pools, on-site golf, playgrounds, private lake for fishing, shelters, and less than 2 miles to Silver Dollar City! "Falling Leaf Lodge" is pet friendly and it is a perfect place to bring your whole family! One great thing about renting with Branson Vacation Rentals is that we have multiple units close to each other. We have 1-6 bedroom cabins in the same area and have hosted family reunions, dance teams and church groups - they love being able to gather together but also having privacy and not having 15 in a bedroom.

PLEASE NOTE: ONLY 2 dogs older than 1 year and together weight must be less than 100 lbs. Do not make a reservation if you don't meet these guidelines! The pet fee is $15/night per pet. This is a gated community and the rules are enforced.

"Falling Leaf Lodge" has an open concept living and kitchen area. Big screen smart tv over the fireplace, plenty of seating and recliners in the living area and yet the cook can enjoy everyone while putting breakfast together. It is a great spot to enjoy a movie together, the Christmas tree that goes up in November or the crispness of fall. Guests split their time between the great room and the large screened in porch which also has seating and a great breeze. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for preparing popcorn for game night or a holiday dinner. We provide all cookware, serving dishes, pizza pans and even a crock pot. The dining table seats 4; there is extra seating at the bar as well. WeLoveBranson also offers free WIFI, a complimentary basket of snacks, free coffee and all the starter paper products you need for a wonderful stay in Branson!

- Two Bedrooms -
Both bedrooms are on the main level and have upgraded baths with double jacuzzis and separate showers. The first main bedroom has a king bed and really gives you the cabin feel. The second main bedroom is a great choice with a second king bed so noone has to compromise! Both bedrooms are very quiet on opposite sides of the cabin. You will have luxury linens, super comfortable beds, and a smart tv in each room if you need some private R and R. There is also seating in the bedrooms, so if you need to get some work done or just have some down time, it is a great place to recharge your batteries.

-Area-
Stonebridge is one of the best resorts in Branson and Branson West. It is a perfect spot to enjoy Silver Dollar City, but also have the peace and quiet and avoid the traffic on Indian Point. When going to Silver Dollar City you are moving in the opposite direction of the traffic coming from Branson, so it takes way less time to get there! Great restaurants to try in Branson West are Danna's BBQ, Tequila's for some of the best Mexican anywhere, and Pizza by the Chef - you will want to try it early because you will want to go back! Two dogs are allowed to stay with you with a total max weight of 50 pounds, they need to be preapproved before confirming your stay. Stonebridge Resort is a gated community and you and any guest will need to pay a $5/night parking fee per vehicle. This is paid at check in at the resort.

If you love the lake, lodge 68a is for you! This one-bedroom/1.5 bathroom lodge sits lakefront with amazing lake views from the screened-in back deck. The first level of this duplex style lodge features a spacious living room, dining room, and well equipped kitchen. The living room has two arm chairs, a queen size sleeper-sofa, gas fireplace for the cold months, cable TV, wireless internet, and a half bathroom. The dining room table has seating for four people. The kitchen is complete with a full size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer combo unit, and a bar with three more chairs. The screened-in deck is accessible through the dining room and features a glass top patio table with four chairs and great lake views. Go to the second floor of the lodge to find the Master Suite. The bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV, separate air conditioning/heating unit, and an attached master bathroom with large Whirlpool tub and walk-in shower.

Your trip begins by stopping at the StoneBridge Welcome Center to check in and present the guest pass that we will provide you for access. From there, it's a short, beautiful drive up and down Ozark hills and around beautiful resort ponds and rivers to your cabin.

There is plenty of parking next to and in front of your cabin.

RESORT FEE: All guests will be charged a $5/vehicle per day resort fee at check-in. This fee is not included in your reservation.

■ HOT TUB - Absolutely NO GLASS or food near the hot tub. NO BUBBLES, NO SALTS, OR OILS can be added to the hot tub. You must shower first and wear a swimsuit (not clothes) in the hot tub. It is professionally serviced once or twice a week, depending on the season. Our service technician will have to enter the cabin to service it. They have their own code. Guests do not need to be present. If the hot tub needs to be serviced during your stay, just let us know.

■ AGE - All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.

■ OCCUPANCY - Maximum 4 Persons. If you bring more people than accounted for on your reservation, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

■ NO SMOKING - This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING cabin.

■ UNCONTROLLABLE SITUATION - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage if this is a concern.

■ PETS - Pets are NOT allowed. We love pets. However, some of our family members and guests are very allergic to pet dander. Please be considerate and make alternate vacation arrangements for your furry family members. There are many pet-friendly cabins in the area that would love to host your family.

■ CHECK-IN/OUT - Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not offer early check-ins or late check-outs.

■ CRITTERS - We have the cabin on a regular pest control schedule to help minimize the possibility of insects and critters. However, this is a natural area, and some insects are unavoidable. You can occasionally expect to see critters (bugs, ants, spiders, etc.) in or around the cabin. If this concerns you, a place further from nature may be a better fit for you. Please help us by keeping the floors swept, sweets in the fridge, and trash cleaned up.

Child Friendly

Nestled in Branson West, this lodge features an open floor plan with rustic yet modern furnishings, a front deck that is perfect for catching the morning sunrise and a very spacious screened back porch overlooking the Ozark Mountains and the community lake.

This house sleeps 12 comfortably. There are 4 master bedroom suites, each with their own king size bed. Each en-suite bathroom features a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Each of the two upper level bedrooms have a twin daybed with a twin trundle bed, offering additional seating or sleeping accommodations.

Kick back and relax by the fireplace in the living room and enjoy watching your favorite show on the large smart TV.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. There is plenty of cabinet space for all your supplies. The combo grill & smoker outside off the front porch gives you an option to enjoy cooking outdoors. Bring it all together at the hardwood dining table, where everyone in your group is sure to find plenty of elbow room.

The screened-in back deck is fully furnished and is great for entertaining. Sip your morning coffee on the back deck while taking in gorgeous views of the Ozark Mountains and the community lakes.
