Beautiful loft located in the Historic River District, downtown Ozark, Mo. The old Bruton drug store built in the late 1800's, was in need of alot of renovation when it was purchased in 2012 from the Bruton family. The now" Market House Cafe" unfortunately is closed and is now a venue for private dinners and gatherings is in the downstairs space, and, upstairs, the place where Dr Bruton once performed surgery, is now 2 beautiful lofts.
The Lofts are nestled in the heart of Ozark"s Charmimg downtown square, surrounded by the old County Court House, many beautiful boutiques, hair salons, and restaurant's. Picturesque

Built in the late 1800s, the building was extensively remodeled from 2012 to 2014, keeping the old time charm , but enhancing comfort and beauty. Our city park is located on the banks of the Finley River, which is where a boat can be put in. There are lots of great rivers in the area, although they are typically slow moving, boat rentals are available.
Ozark is the County seat for Christian County.
It has seen emense growth in the last 10 years.
Located in the Ozark Mountains, The Mark Twain National Forest backs up to Ozark and surrounds the area.
Great local hiking is at the Busick state park just 8 miles south of Ozark. Beautiful wild flowers and creeks a great place for mushroom hunting and observing wildlife it's a relaxing getaway.

All the soaps are natural and hypoallergenic an are custom made by The Springfield Soap Refill Station. There are fresh bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your use in each bathroom and extras in the hall closet.

You can access the whole apartment, patio and south side of the yard. Since its a duplex, please only utilize your side of the yard in front and back. There is room in the driveway for two vehicles. Please be respectful of the guests next doors space.

It's not a far drive to Springfield, and if you're up for it, it's less than a 2 hour drive to Eureka Springs, Arkansas. They have a beautiful historic downtown. It was great to be able to fit that in as a day trip. This place gets a A+!"

My caretaker occupies the RV with two dog. The RV is parked out front of the Barndominium. There are no shared spaces on my property. As my guest, you have your own parking space, private fenced backyard, and the entire Barndominium to yourself.
