The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is not an elevator so that's a negative but I made it. Some great antique shops that are right there. Beautiful loft located in the Historic River District, downtown Ozark, Mo. The old Bruton drug store built in the late 1800's, was in need of alot of renovation when it was purchased in 2012 from the Bruton family. The now" Market House Cafe" unfortunately is closed and is now a venue for private dinners and gatherings is in the downstairs space, and, upstairs, the place where Dr Bruton once performed surgery, is now 2 beautiful lofts.
The Lofts are nestled in the heart of Ozark"s Charmimg downtown square, surrounded by the old County Court House, many beautiful boutiques, hair salons, and restaurant's. Picturesque

Built in the late 1800s, the building was extensively remodeled from 2012 to 2014, keeping the old time charm , but enhancing comfort and beauty. Our city park is located on the banks of the Finley River, which is where a boat can be put in. There are lots of great rivers in the area, although they are typically slow moving, boat rentals are available.
Ozark is the County seat for Christian County.
It has seen emense growth in the last 10 years.
Located in the Ozark Mountains, The Mark Twain National Forest backs up to Ozark and surrounds the area.
Great local hiking is at the Busick state park just 8 miles south of Ozark. Beautiful wild flowers and creeks a great place for mushroom hunting and observing wildlife it's a relaxing getaway.

All the soaps are natural and hypoallergenic an are custom made by The Springfield Soap Refill Station. There are fresh bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your use in each bathroom and extras in the hall closet.

You can access the whole apartment, patio and south side of the yard. Since its a duplex, please only utilize your side of the yard in front and back. There is room in the driveway for two vehicles. Please be respectful of the guests next doors space.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is in a nice location close to stores. The house was CLEAN, well stocked, and is comfortably furnished. It's not a far drive to Springfield, and if you're up for it, it's less than a 2 hour drive to Eureka Springs, Arkansas. They have a beautiful historic downtown. It was great to be able to fit that in as a day trip. This place gets a A+!"

Guest Access

You’ll have access to the entire home and yard area during your stay, the only door we keep closed is to the owner’s closet. You will also have full use of the Binzebo area, but ask that you keep the area quiet between 10 pm - 9 am out of consideration for the neighbors.

The Space

There are stairs that guests need to use at the property due to the multiple levels. The front door access is through the yard and up the stairs to the porch. On the main level you will find living room/ kitchen /dining area, deck access, a full bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds. If you head upstairs to the master suite you will find the king bedroom and full bathroom. This upstairs area is a loft and there is no door. And if you head downstairs to the basement, to the right of the stairs you will find another quiet TV area with couch that has a pull out. To the left of the stairwell you will find the game room/sitting room /and access to the laundry. We have skeeball, darts, foosball, and lots of family oriented games. All bedrooms and living room areas have TVs that are smart TVs so you can log into your own Netflix or Hulu accounts. There is a great outdoor Binzebo with a gas firepit as well.

Location Description

We are at the end of a quiet private residential street. Our street entrance is directly across from the Ozark Mill, Finley Farms, McCracken Bridge and Finley River Park. I it is an easy walk down to the Mill and only a few minutes from the Ozark Square.

Getting There

We do not have a garage however there is room on the property (paved areas) to park several cars. Our home is located towards the end of the street on the left!

If you are ready to check out Bass Pro or hit Table Rock lake those are not far either. You are going to love how close we are to EVERYTHING.

You will enjoy our newest home that is ready for you. With 65" Smart TV's in each room and living room. Fast Wifi and a Kitchen that is equipped with all of the essentials to cook at home.

The space

Guest will have access to the whole house.
There are two bedrooms with one queen bed in each. Then the third oversized bedroom has two queen beds. Each room has it own personal 65" Smart TV. Master bedroom has attached bathroom.

Laundry room- Is conveniently located right next to the Kitchen. Washer and Dryer in our home with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. No heavy items are allowed in the washer or dryer.

Bathrooms
Each bathroom is clean and has toiletry necessities if you forgot yours.

Parking is always free but please don't park in the grass. You are able to park in the garage , driveway, or in the street in front of the house.
