Welcome to Grainery! This is a custom built grain bin for four, tucked in the edge of the forest in the Ozark hills. We would love to host you and hope you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

The Grainery will accommodate 4 guests comfortably, with a queen size bed on the main floor and an additional king size bed on the second floor.

You will have access to the whole house, gazebo and parking area.
Bring a friend with an RV for an additional $50 a night, which is not included in the nightly rate. Full RV hook up, water, electric and sewer. Must contact host to unlock and pay for amenities at RV site.

On-site activities are numerous and include bicycling, trail hiking, utv trail riding, kayaking, fishing, arrowhead hunting, hot tubbing, and swimming in your own personal paradise.

James River Cabin offers a secluded escape from every day stresses while still providing all of the luxuries and comforts of home. This uniquely rustic yet child-friendly cabin provides all of the amenities that you could ask for, including a fully stocked kitchen, sleeping accommodations for 6 adults, two full bathrooms, king bed in master bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in living room, twin bunk beds, washer and dryer, wood burning fire place, outdoor fire pit and dining, three furnished outdoor living areas, HOT TUB, and satellite and roku TV. Additionally, the cabin provides tasteful and comfortable linens and décor that will be sure to please even the most particular of guests.

This river front property also provides utv and kayaks/paddleboards. The river access is a short two-minute utv drive from the cabin, and kayaks are ready to launch at the picnic overlook area. The UTV is not included in the price of the rental, and is an additional fee. Please let us know if you would like to purchase use of the UTV for your stay and we will send an additional charge. A map to the river and trails is provided in the cabin for reference. Grubhub and Uber Eats deliver to the cabin if you don’t feel like cooking! The cell service is not great but Fiber internet is installed.

This 2 bedroom 1 bath lodge has a full kitchen, dining, & family area. The lodge is located in a very secluded and relaxing setting with a big yard and tucked nicely into the edge of the forest. Located down a dead end road with very little traffic but from only the landowners & residents at the other end of the property.

**The space**

Our newly renovated home is a unique, cozy and peaceful oasis. We are off the beaten path with 5 acres of beautiful land to explore and admire, yet only a short 10-12 minute drive into the city of Springfield. The home is approximately 1700sqft and can accommodate 5-6 people comfortably.

The home has 2 bedrooms that have queen sized beds and en-suite bathrooms with full tub showers. The third bedroom has a full bed, and there is one powder room (half bath).

When you step through the front door, you’ll be awed by the unique octagon/dome shape, unlike any other home in the area. The space is open and spacious, with a large kitchen complete with full sized refrigerator, microwave, electric range stove and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to create your favorite meals and serve your guests. We have a dining table that seats 6 as, well as the star of the room, the antique island in the kitchen with three stools for more seating at mealtime. This island we custom made, from an antique bar, added beautiful spaulding maple butcher block. You’ll love the living space with a comfortable sectional couch, mounted flat screen tv with access to Netflix (and other streaming services). While the couch is not a pull-out bed, we find very comfortable for a guest to sleep on at night. Help yourself to any of the books on our shelf! You’ll appreciate the spacious laundry room with washer/dryer and complementary detergent and fabric softener. We even have a pre-wash stain remover - just in case! An iron and ironing board will be available for you to use. We also have cleaning supplies just in case of any accidents that cannot wait for the cleaners to come. Two bedrooms (one en-suite, one stand alone) and a powder room round out the domed living space. We have a backyard deck for you to enjoy - feel free to use our grill and have a family cookout! You’ll find a walkway leading from the dome to our master suite. Within that space we’ve got two accent chairs and a table - a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee as you look out the floor-to-ceiling windows and take in the beauty of the surrounding woods. You’ll see two barn doors welcoming you to the master suite. Relax away from the rest of the group in your own private wing (which also has a tv) and enjoy an additional outdoor patio off your room.

Just so that you’re never without what you need, we are happy to supply shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, body soap, hand soap, body lotion, toothbrushes, toothpaste, towels, and toilet paper. Our kitchen will have regular dip coffee. Help yourself to our stash of healthy energy drinks, protein bars and bottled water - in case you need to grab something on the go.

Our water comes straight from the local well - the best and most pure water to drink. No water filters needed!

There is a fire pit, with wood for your use down by the well house in the front yard.
We also have corn hole (bag toss), in the front closet as well as a card table and a few board games.

One of our favorite things about this house is how much natural light comes in from all the windows - which also offer fantastic views of the beautiful grounds that surround the property.

Should you be an adventurous spirit, a nature lover, or just looking to explore/take in the great outdoors, we are only a few minutes drive to the beautiful Fellows Lake (read more about Fellows Lake under the ‘location’ description).

The property has a gravel driveway, with a paved pad near the house with enough room for plenty of cars. The garage, however, is off limits.

We are not local, but are readily available via phone, text or email. We have a property manager in the area that can step in should there be any emergencies or situations needing immediate presence or assistance.

Our comfortable home is located in a calm and clean neighborhood just minutes away from the inner city. Open-spaced theme to help integrate all family members together. A little piece of country right in city limits. Avoid the busy city streets and use the highway less than 5 minutes away to get to desired locations. Able to accommodate babies, children, and adults of all ages. A house that will feel like home.

- "When we arrived to the house, it felt like home immediately. We so enjoyed the whole house. The only recommendation we have is to have the baby bed moved to one of the other bedrooms. The master bedroom shower was spraying a little water sideways, but I let Ravvan know about it for him to repair before next guests. We cooked in the kitchen, we used the washer and drier, I used the desk in the spare bedroom... we used the whole house. Even the garage. Located just off I44 and Historic Route 66 this country style home sits on a little over an acre lot right in town. This house is laid out perfect for multiple guest. This house sleeps 9 comfortably, but can sleep 2 more via queen air mattress .2 twin air matresses

Our farm is home to chickens, ducks, rabbits , dogs, cats and everyone loves watching Norma and Harley, our Clydesdales, parade around the property. Staying here was much better than staying in some boring hotel for sure, and I'm sure we will be staying again when we visit."

Modern home with deck and big backyard located in the heart of Rogersville,MO. Only 30min away from Springfield and 45min from Branson,MO. Clean and bright, the house is recently renovated as you can see in the photos.
