There was a gap underneath the front door that allowed bugs to crawl in, one in which was a scorpion that freaked the kids out. It appeared that there were people that were not staying at the place, we're parked outside our bedroom windows within a few feet, in and out of vehicles. On actual Labor Day morning there was construction and nail guns going all morning. So.... So much for sleeping in on a holiday. Definitely not worth the couple hundred bucks for a night. The kids wanted a new place, felt uncomfortable, but I made em bite the bullet for a night."

This beautiful home located in a QUIET COVE on MM 1 of Big niangua arm has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. New floors, updated bathrooms and great sunroom, firepit, deck and hot tub for relaxation.. 2 of the bedrooms are master suites (one upstairs-King bed ( also has a pullout in sunroom) and one downstairs- Queen bed with two futons - -works great for families or extra space! Another bedroom has a Queen bed, the three main bedrooms face the lake. A bunk room for kids with a full bed on bottom and twin on top. The large comfortable family room downstairs has two trindle beds, each bed has two twin mattresses. There are board games to enjoy. There is a large family room upstairs and downstairs each with a gas fireplace. Both couches in upper family are queen size pull out beds as well. Kitchen is large with island and bar stools. Open plan into the dining and family room. Dining area has large table that seats at least 8 plus bar seating and sun room is directly off of this and has additional seating overlooking the lake.

Great private 2 slip boat dock with large swim platform and quiet cove for swimming , fishing and playing. On the dock, one slip contains our own boat on a lift and the other slip is for renters use. It is 10 ft by 26 ft. It does not have a lift.
You are only about 20 minutes from the Osage outlet mall, golfing, water parks, miniature golf, go-carting, etc. This lakefront house is on the 1 MM of the Big Niangua in a cove location with quiet waters safe for young children to swim in. The water restaurants nearby are Captain Ron's, Larry's, nauti fish , Pier 31 and Fish and Co.

Home also has grill, washer and dryer, comes fully furnished with utensils, plates, towels, bedding etc. Home is kept clean and updated and is comfortable, even for large groups. We would love to share our home with you. Please contact US with any questions you may have.

We learned that someone lived in the basement after we got to the property. That made my daughter very uncomfortable. The outside of the property definitely shows its age, overgrown trees, shrubs, bushes and grass. Very limited view of the lake. The bed in the non-master bedroom is completely worn out and should be replaced. Our daughter slept in that bed and got a terrible nights sleep. Our grandsons used the bunk beds but we're not comfortable with the sliding glass door wide open with no curtains or blinds, so we hung a sheet up to cover the door. There's no ceiling fans so air circulation was minimal. We made the best of it but I would never stay here again."

**This ranch style lake home is spacious and comfortable. There are no stairs in the home. Its open concept boasts a large kitchen with island and granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances which is open to a large livingroom area with two separate seating areas. Four bedrooms consist of 1) king bedroom with master bath-55' tv, 2) queen bed with twin bunk on top, 3) queen bed with 55' tv, 4) 2 bunkbeds twins over fulls. The livingroom has a 65" tv. The second bath is a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The third full bathroom is shower only.

**Directly across the street you have Montego Bay Marina where you can rent a pontoon, waverunner or speed boat. We have a great gas dock with snacks, slurpees, beer and drinks. You can also bring your own boat or waverunner. You have access to the swim dock, firepit, pavilion and fishing dock.

This newly renovated, stylish, 3 bedroom home gives you all the comforts you are accustomed to in addition to the beauty of the Lake of the Ozarks. Located just outside of Camdenton on the peaceful side of the Lake, within a few miles of Bridal Cave, Ozark Amphitheater, The Cave Bar and Grill, Larry's on the Lake, The Fish and Company, and multiple other dining locations. Additionally, kids can sleep in the loft.

NEW TO VACATION RENTALS 2025! Welcome to Moss Hollow, a cozy lake house nestled in a quiet cove at the 35 mile marker, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The family friendly dock features a swim platform, boat slip for guest use, and a couple kayaks for enjoying the water.

The main level included a comfortable living area with two couches, one of which is a pull-out. A small kitchen with and island and three bar stools makes for easy entertaining. This floor offers three bedrooms, two with queen beds and a lakeview king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Another full bathroom is also located on this level.

The lower level expands the space with another full living area that offers comfortable couches and a twin day bed with a trundle, perfect for extra guests. There's also a full kitchen and a dining area for six. The fourth bedroom has a king bed and a lakeview that opens directly to the lower deck, and another full bathroom to complete the space. The house offers two lakeside decks - one on each level - providing plenty of outdoor space to take in the views.
