Fishing is NOT permitted from inside the pool areas over the lakeside railings. The patio provides a view of the 8.5 Mile Marker of the Big Niangua Arm. Enjoy your morning coffee with a view! The patio is perfect for relaxing and lots of boat watching! Whatever you do, enjoy your time in privacy!

Our family has decided, in order to provide the best possiable stay, this will only be allowed for 5 days minimum if you wish to stay longer please message us for availablity. This allows you to get the best opprotunity to enjoy the lake and the surrounding attractions.

The master bedroom has lake views, along with a patio door to the patio. The master bedroom has king-sized bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a pocket door leading to the second bathroom. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living area for an additional 2 guests. The fully equipped kitchen and BBQ grill are available for all your cooking needs. There is also a dining table along with three bar stools at the kitchen counter. A washer and dryer are also available for use in the condo.

Bed linens, bath towels, paper towel rolls, garbage bags, toilet paper, and soaps, including shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and laundry detergent are provided.

The condo complex has a playground for children and a sand volleyball court. It also sits right next door to Lake Valley Golf Course and Kinderhook Golf Course. Located less than 5 minutes from hiking and HaHa State Park.

Niangua Hills Resort, located on the 5MM of the Big Niangua at the Lake of the Ozarks in Camdenton, offers the ease of booking a vacation rental with the amenities of staying at a resort. The space
Old Linn Creek Cabin #12 is named after one of the long forgotten towns in the area, sunk to the bottom of the lake during the intentional flood, which created what is now Lake of the Ozarks. This cabin is a duplex-style cabin right at the water's edge. Your party will enjoy the open space living room/dining room and kitchen. This entire duplex was completely renovated as of April 2022. The dining table offers seating for 8 guests. The kitchen offers new appliances including a retro style fridge and microwave, a 4 burner glass cooktop and oven. Additional appliances include a coffee pot, a hand mixer, a blender and toaster. All supplies needed to cook meals can be found in this kitchen. A new mini-split unit was also installed, providing an easy solution to cool and heat this cabin.

Bedroom #1 has a twin over twin bunk bed. Bedroom #2 has two queen beds. Bedroom #3 has a king bed and also offers a window AC unit, for additional cooling measures during the hot summer season.

Contactless Check-in: Keypad is located on each door and guests are provided with a personal access code for their stay.

Other things to note
Resort amenities include a swimming pool, boat slips, kayak and paddle board rentals, an enclosed fish house, a community swim dock, self-serve ice chest, an updated playground, a boat trailer parking lot, laundry facilities, Direct TV, a community pavilion, community fire pit, a charcoal bbq grill, linens also provided, and we boast a no-wake cove location.

Wi-Fi is currently not available, although will be installed as soon as it becomes available. Guests are encouraged to use this time to truly unwind.
