OUTDOOR RECREATION AREA : While staying at The Mellow Marigold within Taylor Hills Hideaway, guests will have exclusive access to the entire guest suite on the ground floor. The outdoor recreational area (including the hot tub) is shared with guests from neighboring suites within the hideaway, necessitating mutual respect among all visitors. Kindly consider others to ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the amenities. If you are bringing a dog, it is required that you notify us as hosts, clean up after your pet, and keep your dog leashed the entire time they are in our outdoor spaces. Practicing common courtesy is essential for ensuring a pleasant experience for all.

Outdoor Insect Awareness: The Missouri Ozarks are home to a variety of insects such as chiggers, ticks, and mosquitoes. While our suites are regularly sprayed for insects, it's not possible to completely eliminate them. We recommend being prepared for outdoor activities by using bug spray and taking other necessary precautions.

SURVEILLANCE: For the safety of our guests, we have eight exterior security cameras in place. There are five cameras around Unit 1: a "Ring" doorbell camera by the front door, two on the west side, one on the east side, and one on the north side. Units 2 and 3 each have exterior "Ring" cameras by their main entrance doors. In the backyard, there is one camera in the pavilion and another on the back exterior side of units 2 and 3, facing the yard. All cameras are outward facing and record video and audio.

Half mile out of town, Private entrance, private parking. studio apartment is one large room plus bathroom with shower. One queen bed and a futon that opens into a twin bed. (Floor mattress can be added if necessary) Kitchen consists of a full size refrigerator, electric cook stove, microwave, kitchen sink, kitchen island, dining table, desk for work space. Cooking utensils and all linens are provided. Big screen tv and fast wifi internet connection, Close to the road but surprisingly minimal road noise. No other houses nearby. The other part of the building is my workshop for hand dyed garments. Located centrally to Current River and several state parks.

Guests of The Dazey Dojo will have the entire indoor suite to themselves, with no shared indoor spaces. Outdoor space (Fenced-in yard, basketball court, hot tub, firepit, picnic tables, grills) will be a shared space with guests staying at adjacent suites of Taylor Hills Hideaway. This guest suite is located on the ground floor and is your own private space with its own entrance and exit. There is an additional unit located above above and separate from you, which may house additional guests.

Your access will be: a fully equipped kitchen, a large bright living room, a primary bedroom with king-sized bed and a marvelous daisy-wallpapered bathroom, which opens from the kitchen.

The kitchen has a toaster, keurig coffee maker with coffee and tea options available, coffee creamer and sweetener, blender, oven, microwave and kitchen island with bar stool seating. All pots and pans, plates, cups , and cutlery provided.

Drawn to the tranquil beauty of the Ozarks, where we raised our two children amidst these scenic surroundings, we felt inspired to create something truly special for travelers passing through.

OUTDOOR RECREATION AREA : While staying at the Dazey Dojo within Taylor Hills Hideaway, guests will have exclusive access to the entire guest suite on the ground floor. The outdoor recreational area (including the hot tub) is shared with guests from neighboring suites within the hideaway, necessitating mutual respect among all visitors. Kindly consider others to ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the amenities. If you are bringing a dog, it is required that you notify us as hosts, clean up after your pet, and keep your dog leashed the entire time they are in our outdoor spaces. Practicing common courtesy is essential for ensuring a pleasant experience for all.

OUTDOOR INSECT AWARENESS: The Missouri Ozarks are home to a variety of insects such as chiggers, ticks, and mosquitoes. While our suites are regularly sprayed for insects, it's not possible to completely eliminate them. We recommend being prepared for outdoor activities by using bug spray and taking other necessary precautions.

SURVEILLANCE: For the safety of our guests, we have eight exterior security cameras in place. There are five cameras around Unit 1: a "Ring" doorbell camera by the front door, two on the west side, one on the east side, and one on the north side. Units 2 and 3 each have exterior "Ring" cameras by their main entrance doors. In the backyard, there is one camera in the pavilion and another on the back exterior side of units 2 and 3, facing the yard. All cameras are outward facing and record video and audio.

Welcome to the Sapper Lodge. A cozy basement apartment located in a country family oriented, established community just a few miles from the main gate of Fort Leonardwood MO. Perfect for visiting for Graduations AIT PCS moves and schools. We also welcome all sappers as fort Leonardwood hosts best sapper and sapper school. This cozy retreat is located near access points to big piney river and mark Twain national forest. Ask for more details.our home situated in a quite family neighborhood, in an extremely friendly and safe area. Located a short drive to fort Leonardwood. Perfect for family days.

The home is located on a large lot with a large grassy backyard. A fire pit is available for your enjoyment. Close by you will find access to the national Forrest and river access points.

You will find a paved two care driveway on the side of the home with your own private access door with key pad lock.
Inside you will find master bedroom with queen bed. One bathroom with wall in shower fully stocked kitchen, with stove top full size refrigerator with ice machine and a generous sized stainless sink. Coffee machine and simple breakfast supplies offered.
We do have a sofa couch available for a single person. Please ask about extra bedding if needed.

This is a multi level home featuring a basement guest house. Noise may be heard between levels, but not expected. Back yard may be in use by other guests.
Back deck is private and used by upstairs guests only.

Due to this proximity, you might occasionally hear sounds from neighboring units. To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, we observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. If you have any noise concerns, I'm always just a text or call away to help address them promptly.

Private open plan basement close to Fort Leonardwood Uranus, with easy highway access. Come enjoy our cozy guest apartment with a modern couch and large smart tv. King size memory foam mattress in the master bedroom with a dedicated work space. An extra sleeping area with a queen memory foam mattress is located off of the bedroom. In the beautiful bathroom you will find a walk in rain shower, towels and soaps. Enjoy making simple meals with our full size fridge, induction cook top and convection microwave. We also offer simple breakfast items. Apartment features fast speed wifi and access to our fire pit.
There is on street parking only. We are a basement apartment with the main house above. The main house also has tenants with pets and children.
