The house was clean; the kitchen is small but stocked well enough for cooking basic meals. It was great - we got groceries and cooked, and I LOVED the couch. Also the garage! That was lovely. We both thought the beds were super comfy, and I got a lot of work done. There were 4 regular plates, 4 small plates, but 8 coffee mugs. We really enjoyed it, and thought the apartment was well decorated and comfy. We do not charge extra for a service animal, nor do we increase the security deposit if one was required. Guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or the service animal.
Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control by the handler at all times therefore never left alone at any time.
If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice.
In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent.

Guests who 's renting must submit identification prior to check. All guest names must be listed through the app prior to check in. On stays longer than 14 days. Bi-weekly cleaning/ and or inspections will be required at the expense of the guest. Clean is available for $20 hour. We strive for cleanliness at all of our properties to avoid ants and other bugs.

Guests are expected to treat the property with respect such as no throwing objects inside the property. Keeping windows and doors shut and locked at all times when not in use.

Guest are expected to smoke in the designated smoking areas.

Guest will be charged for any items missing from the unit. Which includes towels, linen, supplies, fans, etc. as well as any damages.

For companies renting unit you must go over all house rules with staff and must have a designated person in charge of the house. Anyone violated the house rules may cause that person or the entire group to be removed from the property.

No pets are allowed inside or outside of the property.

There will be a $500 pet fee for any undisclosed pet.

The bedroom hosts a king size bed with all linens provided. In the closet you will find a twin mattress that is easily moved to the floor space with provided linens and blankets. You do have your own personal entryway space with a keypad lock for easy entry. The kitchen provides towels, pans, pots, utensils, dishes, and some cookware items. This spacious, luxury loft is part of the historic Reichert building that was built in 1879 by the Reichert Family. You will love the fine details of this historic loft, including the original, burled wood doors and impressive woodworking details throughout the second floor. Large windows throughout the loft let in natural lighting. The 2400 square foot second floor was once used as a mercantile and a boarding house. During Prohibition, the 2400 square foot third floor was converted to a speakeasy. The building was completely renovated while keeping the original trim, doors and windows. There is a commercial space below the loft that houses a small wine and whiskey bar with retail wine. We have acoustic music Thursday through Saturday. Its is open to the public so come and enjoy. You may hear some music upstairs on the 2nd floor from 7-11pm.

Kitchen
This gourmet kitchen is complete with granite counters and a built-in breakfast bar. Guests always comment on the impressive, modern fridge and freezer. The 6 burner gas stove is perfect for cooking up a family dinner, and we provide all the cooking and dish ware you need. Enough seating for everyone to sit together and enjoy a delicious meal.

The Bedrooms
We can sleep up to 8 guests in 4 separate bedrooms and one futon. One king bed, one queen bed, one double bed, one twin bed and one futon. One bathroom each floor. All rooms have multiple windows with ample natural lighting. Three of the bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Laundry
Washer and dryer are available for guest use, and are located on the third floor. Detergent is provided, free of charge.

Parking
The home has one private parking space, located in the back parking lot which is attached to the building. Additional street parking spots are available.

Accessibility & Security
There are 4 stairs outside the unit and roughly 28 stairs going up to the unit itself. From the second floor to the third floor also has stairway. The 2nd and 3rd floors do not have an elevator so you must be able to climb the staircase and carry luggage. This is a historic building, so the stairs are steep. Cameras are in the parking lot and entrance way of the building, including the foyer. Please note: only registered guests are allowed at the unit.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the second and third floors of this loft and one private parking spot in the attached parking lot. This booking allows access to the space for the guests staying in the loft only. No family events or parties allowed. You must list your guests in the reservation for insurance purposes. PLEASE NOTE: Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
