My wife and I purchased this apartment in 2021 as a getaway place to relax and enjoy all that downtown Paducah has to offer without having to drive anywhere.

We invite you to enjoy our penthouse house apartment located in historic downtown Paducah with amazing views of Broadway from the front windows or an overview of the city from the large outdoor deck in the back. 4 story walk up. The living area is a spacious place to relax and kickback boosting a 3 bed and 2 ½ bath apartment with over 2500 square feet. The apartment is located within walking distance to local shops, gym, coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries, museums, Carson Center and much more.

The master bedroom features large open concept with skylight and a new king Casper mattress hybrid with adjoining jet tub and marble shower and 2 large walk-in closets to store all your luggage.

The first guest bedroom features a new queen memory foam mattress with skylight and adjoining tub/shower bathroom with large walk-in closet.

The second guest bedroom features a new full size memory foam mattress with a skylight.

There is also a second living room where you can go read, relax, and get some alone time in the back part of the apartment.

Historical Wallace House is included on the National Historic Register. A magnificent restoration of a historic 1889 Queen Ann Victorian home with one of the most interesting, significant, commercial & historical contributions in the development of Paducah. The former location of the House of Grace and the 9th Street Restaurant, this is a one of a kind home that has been preserved in all its glory! A couple blocks from the convention center and historic downtown. Bring your dogs, their crate, and come enjoy!

The entire home is on the second floor of the Historic Wallace House. You will experience the charm of a historic property with all of the modern touches you need.

All inside spaces that are pictured are private to you. The 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry space, kitchen, living room, and hallway pictured are all your private residence during your stay. Outside there is a patio with a table and 4 chairs that is exclusively for you. You also have 2 reserved parking spots in the parking area. The only shared spaces are the yard space and

This property is located in the center of the historic Arts District among many other gorgeous Victorian homes.

There are a lot of one way roads in Paducah if you are traveling to the area for the first time! There are 2 complimentary parking spaces inside the gated area of this property with the unit number on them, if you have more than 2 cars please park the rest on the street out of courtesy for the other units.

This cute, newly renovated little cabin apartment is the perfect spot for a couple (or a couple of friends!), hunters and fishermen to get away.

This is a studio apartment on the floor level of the cabin. Just adjacent to the apartment is Cabin Pizza (shared parking lot, but you will have two dedicated parking spaces). There is one queen size bed and sofa with chaise lounge that can be used as a sleeping space if needed (it is small, so only small adults or children would be comfortable there).
Kitchenette includes a compact refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, utensils and drinkware. There is also a charcoal grill out back, and we have grill utensils. You will need to bring your own charcoal. Village Market just down the street carries charcoal, starter, and other supplies you may need!
Because this is a shared parking lot with a restaurant on site, please be aware that we cannot control noise levels. We do provide a sound machine and there are ear plugs in the night stand next to the bed.

Built in 1882, this studio apartment boasts of brick walls, original wood floors, and a claw foot tub. A king-sized bed, 3 twin couch beds, a dining room table that seats 8, a full bathroom with walk-in shower, (a full bathroom with claw foot tub downstairs) and a full kitchen occupy the studio apartment located upstairs from our event venue in this historic building. There will not be an event (wedding shower, birthday party, rehearsal dinner, etc) scheduled on the same night that the guesthouse is reserved. Situated in the heart of Paducah, many excellent restaurants, original to Paducah, are within walking distance. Boutiques and antiques are also “just around the corner.” The Carson Center is one block away which overlooks the Ohio River. The National Quilt Museum is just a 5 minute walk away. Because of the steps and breakable items, we only accept reservations for families with children over 12 years of age or infants under 4 months.

The kitchen had everything we needed to fix breakfast before heading out on adventures. Access is permitted solely for passage when using the elevator; it may not be utilized for entertaining or gatherings

The private bedrooms are located in the loft on the 3rd floor, providing a beautiful, elevated view of downtown Paducah. Comfortably reflecting the grandeur of a bygone era, with 14-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, plaster walls, and expansive double-hung windows, the space is sure to delight.

The Apartment Lounge and Kitchen are located on the 2nd floor and are a pass-through to reach the private loft bedrooms on the 3rd floor.

Two full bathrooms are located on the 3rd floor among the bedrooms. 1 full bathroom adjacent to Bedrooms 1 & 2 and 1 full bathroom adjoining Bedroom 3.

Additionally, a pair of venue restrooms are located in the hallway just outside of the Apartment entrance on the 2nd floor that are also available to you.

When you book your stay, don't miss the grand architectural details: stone quoins on the first-story corners, keystone lintels over the third-story windows, Ionic-capitaled brick pilasters, and a dentilated and modillioned cornice at the roofline.
