Welcome to the Chestnut Cottage! This sunny and spacious home is nestled on a 1.5 acre lot in the beautiful Nashville suburb of Brentwood, making it the perfect rental for your longer term stay of 90 days or more. With great features like a large fenced in backyard, charming sunroom, and finished basement with tons of game activities, you and your family will have no trouble settling in to call the Chestnut Cottage your Nashville home away from home.

Layout:
The main level is made up of the living space (complete with pull out couch), dining room, sunroom, a primary king bedroom with en suite bathroom, two queen bedrooms, and a connected Jack and Jillfull bathroom between the queen bedrooms. There is a basement on the lower level with an L shaped shaped couch, poker table, foosball table, ping pong table, basketball hoop game, poker set, board games and puzzles. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement. The backyard is accessible from the sunroom and leads to a spacious fenced in area complete with a ground fountain and patio furniture.*Special notes: 1. The fireplace is non operational.2. Any guest with a length of stay that is 6 months+ will be contacted for a walkthrough inspection to take place at some point during their stay.

There is a long driveway and a parking pad available for parking.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Interactions with Guests:
We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! Rental Policy:

Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Our space is newly renovated with no close neighbors. You will have plenty of privacy yet still be close to restaurants and retail. Please note that even though it looks as if the parking area is big, it cannot accommodate large trucks like Uhauls nor trailers.
