Cool Springs Galleria mall and Franklin downtown at 5 min drive and Music city Nashville downtown at 15 min drive.
Sleeps 14 and conveniences include, free parking, WIFI, 2 living rooms, 1 game room with ping pong table & other games with a tread mill to work out, huge kitchen with all appliances and a dining area.
Game/Event Room with Treadmill and Ping Pong table. Fold up the Treadmill and Ping Pong Table, that converts to a conference hall with seating capacity of 50. Great for small group meetings or any small corporate product launch.
Half acre of hilly fenced backyard with veggie garden, sheep, chicken and dogs, entertaining our little guests as they see through windows from the bedrooms upstairs. Natural Spring water creek flowing through the front yard has a fish pond, as it cuts part of the property making an island. Artistic wooden bridge allows our little guests to cross over into the island and view / catch little fish / tadpoles.
Huge flat lawn in the backyard has been serving as a venue for many events from weddings to receptions, with great decorations outdoors.
Front lawn serves as an overflow parking for at least 50 cars.
Music city Nashville down town is just 15 min drive and Nashville International Airport is 20 min drive from the home. Have been hosting many groups of performers or attendees to many events in Nashville. Perfect getaway to stay away from hustle and bustle of Nashville downtown, but still close to many local restaurants and shopping.

- "This house was simply amazing! We had a rather large group w/ ages that raged from 1 - 50 that came from Ohio & Florida, everyone had a great time. No one ever felt like they were on top of each other as the house was big & spacious , we had so much fun hanging out back enjoying the nature , lightning bugs & watching the ducks chase the chickens which the kids loved. The host was great to work with & so accommodating in letting us check in a little early. The care taker who lived in the apartment below in the attached basement was extremely gracious in checking in on us while he was tending the duties of the outside & chickens. We honestly never saw him much so was never a problem. I would absolute recommend this property again especially w/ it being only 5 mins from Franklin & less then 20 mins from Nashville . My only recommendation would be to perhaps update the house a little on the inside as some of the decor seemed a little outdated & just didn't flow well & could absolutely use some more seating out back but nothing that I would say should keep anyone from checking this beautiful house out or keep our family from coming back to County Cove. - "The pool area and common areas throughout the property were dirty, and needed maintenance. However, the room was very spacious - clean enough, and well located for where we needed to be." - "Room could have been cleaner. There were hairs all over in the tub, nail clippings on the bathroom floor. Toilet would not flush properly and needed to keep jiggling the handle to get it to fill the tank. It was very difficult to get things in & out of the refrigerator because of placent next to the bed. - "If you are looking for a subpar hotel, this is the one. VRBO fails to mention that this hotel is rated as a 2 star hotel. We were charged way too much for what the hotel is worth. If you actually want to stay on this property, you can save money by going through Sonesta Hotels directly. We chose this property because we were traveling with 3 families and the 2 bedroom suites caught our attention. Each family would have a separate unit for privacy but we would still be all together. Even though VRBO advertised this listing as three 2 bedroom units, when we got there the hotel only had 2 when we specifically paid for 3. There were people living in this hotel. We felt awkward and unsafe at times. We were a group of 15 with 7 children. Someone living in the hotel kept complaining about the kids being kids. We stayed for 6 nights and had to take care of our own housekeeping. We had to carry dirty towels to the front desk to exchange for clean towels, we had to throw our own trash away, we had to ask for toilet paper and clean sheets and change everything ourselves. The bathroom in one room had hair from a previous guest on the shower wall. Another room had the plastic part of ring pop on the middle of the floor in the living area. A bathroom in another room looked like construction was started and never finished. There were roaches running around outside by the BBQ area. There were never any clean towels by the pool. There were piles of garbage under staircases."

Layout:
The main level is made up of the living space (complete with pull out couch), dining room, sunroom, a primary king bedroom with en suite bathroom, two queen bedrooms, and a connected Jack and Jillfull bathroom between the queen bedrooms. There is a basement on the lower level with an L shaped shaped couch, poker table, foosball table, ping pong table, basketball hoop game, poker set, board games and puzzles. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement. The backyard is accessible from the sunroom and leads to a spacious fenced in area complete with a ground fountain and patio furniture.*Special notes: 1. The fireplace is non operational.2. Any guest with a length of stay that is 6 months+ will be contacted for a walkthrough inspection to take place at some point during their stay.

Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our home is perfect for a family moving to Nashville and trying to decide where to buy. We have a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house with a family room, living room, laundry room, and dining room home. Our neighborhood is walkable to a park, dining, grocery, coffee shops, and has a neighborhood pool, kiddie pool, and play structure. A modest deck and fenced in backyard make this a perfect retreat

The space
Downstairs is a living room, family room, eat in kitchen, dining room, laundry room and half bath. Off the family room there is a small deck and fenced in back yard. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have two twin beds each and the third bedroom has a queen memory foam bed. There are two full bathrooms upstairs. The upstairs bedrooms open to a hallway/catwalk that is open to the lower level. Check the photos. This really isn’t suitable for children under the age of 3.

There is a basement on the lower level with an L shaped shaped couch, poker table, foosball table, ping pong table, basketball hoop game, poker set, board games and puzzles. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement. The backyard is accessible from the sunroom and leads to a spacious fenced in area complete with a ground fountain and patio furniture. *Special notes: 1. The fireplace is non operational. 2. Any guest with a length of stay that is 6 months+ will be contacted for a walkthrough inspection to take place at some point during their stay.

★House Rules★
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
