Half acre of hilly fenced backyard with veggie garden, sheep, chicken and dogs, entertaining our little guests as they see through windows from the bedrooms upstairs. Natural Spring water creek flowing through the front yard has a fish pond, as it cuts part of the property making an island. Artistic wooden bridge allows our little guests to cross over into the island and view / catch little fish / tadpoles.
Huge flat lawn in the backyard has been serving as a venue for many events from weddings to receptions, with great decorations outdoors.
Front lawn serves as an overflow parking for at least 50 cars.
Music city Nashville down town is just 15 min drive and Nashville International Airport is 20 min drive from the home. Have been hosting many groups of performers or attendees to many events in Nashville. Perfect getaway to stay away from hustle and bustle of Nashville downtown, but still close to many local restaurants and shopping.

- "This house was simply amazing! We had a rather large group w/ ages that raged from 1 - 50 that came from Ohio & Florida, everyone had a great time. No one ever felt like they were on top of each other as the house was big & spacious , we had so much fun hanging out back enjoying the nature , lightning bugs & watching the ducks chase the chickens which the kids loved. The host was great to work with & so accommodating in letting us check in a little early. The care taker who lived in the apartment below in the attached basement was extremely gracious in checking in on us while he was tending the duties of the outside & chickens. We honestly never saw him much so was never a problem. I would absolute recommend this property again especially w/ it being only 5 mins from Franklin & less then 20 mins from Nashville . My only recommendation would be to perhaps update the house a little on the inside as some of the decor seemed a little outdated & just didn't flow well & could absolutely use some more seating out back but nothing that I would say should keep anyone from checking this beautiful house out or keep our family from coming back to County Cove. However, the room was very spacious - clean enough, and well located for where we needed to be." - "Room could have been cleaner. - "This was such an oasis. Great pool area! Great kitchen to enjoy friends and family. ABOVE offers professional personalized services that are above and beyond what I expected. Spencer was our personal conceive for the trip. He came daily and cleaned up the kitchen a bit - took out trash, and picked up items for us if needed. He ordered and picked up a birthday cake for my friend. I had a couple of friends forget their swim trunks. Spencer went and bought swim trunks. ABOVE was awesome to work with from booking through the stay. They recommended a chef for our stay. Great idea! Thank you.!"

- "If you are looking for a subpar hotel, this is the one. VRBO fails to mention that this hotel is rated as a 2 star hotel. We were charged way too much for what the hotel is worth. If you actually want to stay on this property, you can save money by going through Sonesta Hotels directly. We chose this property because we were traveling with 3 families and the 2 bedroom suites caught our attention. Each family would have a separate unit for privacy but we would still be all together. Even though VRBO advertised this listing as three 2 bedroom units, when we got there the hotel only had 2 when we specifically paid for 3. There were people living in this hotel. We felt awkward and unsafe at times. We were a group of 15 with 7 children. Someone living in the hotel kept complaining about the kids being kids. We stayed for 6 nights and had to take care of our own housekeeping. We had to carry dirty towels to the front desk to exchange for clean towels, we had to throw our own trash away, we had to ask for toilet paper and clean sheets and change everything ourselves. The bathroom in one room had hair from a previous guest on the shower wall. Another room had the plastic part of ring pop on the middle of the floor in the living area. A bathroom in another room looked like construction was started and never finished. There were roaches running around outside by the BBQ area. There were never any clean towels by the pool. There were piles of garbage under staircases."
