The Cedar Cabin is nestled in the rolling hills of Jack Daniels' hometown of Lynchburg, TN. This cabin is hand crafted, including the furniture. For your comfort, there are two bedrooms with king size beds, flat screen TV's and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully furnished and the living room has comfortable leather furniture for enjoying the views, reading a book, taking a nap or watching TV. The 'Lynchburg' game room has a poker table, darts, games, TV and a sitting area. The wraparound deck has a gas grill, outdoor table and an outside fireplace for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.

Lost Creek Retreat - A spacious secluded 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home in the woods with access to Tims Ford Lake. We have hi speed internet with streaming. We offer the use of our private dock and a place to dock your personal boat on the side, not undercover though. Our cove is a mile long with very calm waters. To get to main lake body, you have to go thru a 9'6" wide causeway. The height is a problem for boats with towers, unless they are retractable. If there are any questions about this, please contact me. The home is a perfect romantic getaway or a great place to gather with friends and family. 20 mi from Shelbyville, Walking Horse Celebration. 3 miles from downtown Lynchburg where so much history is to be explored. Visiting Jack Daniels Distillery is a must. We also have George Dickle and Prichards Distillery close by. Bear Trace Golf Course, Tims Ford State Park is 8 miles away. Since Tims Ford Lake is controlled by TVA, we loose our water around the dock in the wintertime. November to March.

Our basic set rate is set for 2 guest. Anything over 2 guest is $20 a night per person x length of reservation.

It has a deck on the back facing the lake full length of the house where you can sit and watch the sun go down with a grill.. Also has a private drive down to the steps that lead out to the boat dock which is about 600ft behind house.. There's a public boat ramp less then 3 miles only few minutes by water. Mulberry Creek Cabin offers an un-plugged experience for now. This cabin offers privacy, it s quiet, serene as a hint of Jack Daniels whispers to you in the air. Tucked away within the wilderness yet conveniently located minutes from Lynchburg and centrally located to larger cities.

Our little rustic cabin is charming in it s own right. With only 576 square feet total. We have been working hard to get it right. We have updated the interior a bit but have kept the rustic cabin feel because we love it that way so much. We do have a TV with Blue Ray and a few DVDs. No wifi but if you are tech savvy you can stream thru your phone . The idea is to UNWIND and RELAX though. With a new deck on the back and a front porch with sunsets to die for, you've never heard quiet quite like this. We also offer games, cards and a few books & magazines to keep you occupied if needed.

The wood floors are real hardwood floors and have a slight slope but no worries, she is steady! You also have the option of a queen sofa bed with extra toppings to make it all comfy.

If traveling from Florida, avoid Atlanta and Chattanooga by going via the Panhandle and Alabama, absolutely no city traffic via this route and roughly the same travel time."

WINTER DRY LAKEBED EXPERIENCE
Our daughter and nephew recommend you visit us from November through March for our winter dry lakebed experience (or mostly dry) when the TVA's Tims Ford Dam slowly starts to dry up our portion of the lake. Kids (and even some adults) will love getting a little muddy and crossing to the other side of the lake where more adventure awaits. Afterward, cozy up to our firepit overlooking the lake. The exact dates of this experience vary slightly each year.

SWIMMING
The swimming season typically runs from late May-September. The water is typically 10-15 feet deep off of the dock during this season, but please wear a lifejacket at all times. Various adult and child sizes are provided, as well as two infant jackets.

KAYAKS
We provide 6 kayas for your enjoyment, including a mix of sit-in and sit-on. We also have a fun tandem one, to double your enjoyment.

LOST CREEK BOAT RAMP
For those of you bringing your own boat, Lost Creek Boat Ramp is just 10 minutes away by road and 2-3 minutes by boat (our cove is about 1 mile long). From this boat ramp, you will take a right to arrive at our home. Just be sure your boat will fit through the causeway tunnel. It's a tight squeeze, but fishing boats and some ski boats can make it through (may require some skilled driving though). As long as your boat can fit through the 9' 6" causeway, you should be ok. If not, no worries...you'll be able to enjoy your boat of any size all along the rest of Tims Ford Lake on the other side of the causeway.

Feel free to park your boat trailer here overnight, as the park is monitored Tims Ford State Park Rangers.

MARINAS
1. Lakeview Marina (1439 Tims Ford Dr, Winchester, TN 37398)-We recently rented a pontoon boat from here; it's just 11 miles away from our retreat, located inside Tims Ford State Park. They offer a large fleet of rental boats, premium non-ethanol fuel, a launch ramp, dock, quick eats, and an ice cream shop. You can also rent paddleboards, and kayaks (we have kayaks too). As I mentioned above, the pontoon boat wouldn't make it through the causeway, but fun was still had on the main part of the lake.

2. Tim's Ford Marina (175 Marina Lane, Winchester, TN 37398)-This is another option close by (10 miles away). They provide boat slips and pontoon boats as well. You may also park your boat trailer free. You can enter up until 10PM, with gates opening up again at 6AM.

WEATHER
Tennessee is a four-season state, with very warm summers and one or two snowfalls in winter.

WILDLIFE
Being in a secluded area of Tennessee, expect to spot some wildlife (including snakes). Depending on where you are, you may see bobcats, bears, red-and-gray foxes, coyotes, elk, deer, and snakes.

WIFI
While super high-speed wifi is not available in this remote location, you should be able to stream movies and music with no problem using our Viasat 2.4G internet service. You might experience problems when a storm hits and/or when you lose power, but a modem reset should do the trick.

A pack-n-play, highchair, and booster seat are provided as well as a sheet for the pack-n-play

You'll love enjoying the firepit overlooking the lake. We provide four chairs, lighters, and a starter pack of firewood. Feel free to bring additional chairs. If you're feeling in the mood for s'mores, we also provide you with roasting sticks.

GRILL
You'll love using our new gas grill found on the front deck which also includes a side burner.

PEDAL BOAT
Until our dock is extended to include a boat slip, our pedal boat is not officially available. However, if you'd really like to use it and feel confident that you can lift it carefully in and out of the water, flip it over to drain water after use, and store it as you found it, then feel free to enjoy it during your stay.

FLOATING MAT
While this is primarily at the house for owner's use, we are happy to share this as well with guests who desire a more relaxed activity.

Summer Place is located on a private 7 acre wooded lot with a private dock. There are beautiful Lake Views from nearly every room in our 3 level family lake house on Tim's Ford Lake.
Grab a cup of coffee and sit on our deck, patio, or screened in porch and enjoy lake life.

Cook in our fully equipped kitchen, on our XL Green Egg or cook on the Blackstone 48 inch griddle...don't want to cook go to any of the 4 marinas to grab a bite to eat.

We are also conveniently located only 5 minutes from lost creek boat ramp, 15 minutes from the world famous Jack Daniels Distillery and 30 minutes from the quaint downtown of Winchester.

We know you will appreciate our lake home being newly renovated—from the floors to the ceilings…the paint, cabinets, decor, furniture, 20' high fireplace, beds and sheets and linens…it’s ALL brand new! Enjoy relaxing in luxury, you won’t regret it! Sipping coffee on our deck while watching the wildlife walk past and fish jumping around our dock is one of the most relaxing things you will encounter during your stay!

You can also enjoy swimming and fishing off the dock in our super quiet and safe cove. Our kids often catch blue gill and sunfish in a matter of minutes! Welcome to the High Life Cabin!. This rustic lake front cabin is the perfect spot to getaway for a few days and unwind. Sleeps up to 8 people with comfort while you enjoy lake views from the front porch. You will have a dedicated boat slip on our community dock and a boat ramp to launch your boat with trailer parking.

The Jack Daniel Distillery is located 10 minutes from the cabin in the quaint and historic town of Lynchburg. The more than 100 year old courthouse is the center of a busy little town filled with shops, antiques, country dining, store browsing and relaxation. If you are really hungry, Miss Mary Bobo's Boarding House Restaurant has two seatings most days (closed on Sunday), but reservations are required. It's a place for true southern hospitality and home cooking served family style.

Drive a few miles and you can be at the Tim's Ford State Park and Marina, Bear Trace (a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course), the Elk River for canoeing and trout fishing, the beautiful Tim's Ford Lake (Lost Creek boat ramp), George Dickel Distillery, Prichard's Distillery, Bell Buckle, TN and more.

The Tolley House is the most storied and grand properties in Lynchburg, Tennessee. One of historic Lynchburg’s oldest antebellum homes, Tolley House was once owned by Lem Motlow and Lem Tolley, the former master distiller for Jack Daniel’s Distillery. The Tolley House is just a mile from Lynchburg’s town square, where you can visit shops and take in the beauty of the historic town.

A wonderful alternative to Lynchburg, Tennessee hotels, guests can rent the entire 4 bedroom (one bedroom functions as a private den with sofa bed), 3 bath, all have luxurious pillow top mattresses with featherbeds. Welcome to Hasty Hollow Haven, our private waterfront home beautiful Tims Ford Lake! The home is on the quite side of the lake and sits on top of the hillside for breathtaking panoramic lake views! Amazing sunrises to start each day of your stay and beautiful skylines to view when the sun sets. This is the perfect year-round vacation spot for families, holidays, long-weekends, fishing trips, corporate retreats, boating/jet-ski/water fun, romantic couples’ getaway, or cozy winter retreats. You are going to love it here!

THE LAKE- This is truly Lake Life Paradise – boat, float, fish, ski, surf, tube, paddle board, kayak, dock socials, boat/people watch, picnic, or sun bathe. The dock features one slip with lift where you can store your boat or rented boat from one from a local marina. It is year round and in deep water so when the water levels are low in the winter months, it is always on the water. Tims Ford Lake features three marinas (Tims Ford, Twin Creeks & Holiday) that can be visited by water or road. The marinas provide gas, food, supplies, live music, seasonal dining, boat launch and rentals. There is also a public boat launch minutes from the property. The dock is private and year-round with a paved driveway (no stairs) leading from the home down to all the lakeside amenities. You can relax in the covered dock-side pavilion, sun on one of the dock side decks, or fish, swim, and float from the dock. There are three steps from the pavilion deck to the gangway that leads to the dock.

THE AREA- What more can we say…It’s Tennessee and we think that in itself is pretty cool. But if you don’t know, there is plenty of nature/wildlife, biking, hiking, trout fishing, historical locations, amazing live music, movies (there is even an outdoor drive-in movie theater), golf, shopping, and dining are all nearby. Nashville is only a quick trip north and Huntsville, Alabama is only a short drive south. Tullahoma, historic Lynchburg, historic Winchester, and Estill Springs are just a hop away. Hasty Hollow Haven is minutes from the Historic Jack Daniels Distillery (a must on the to do list is to tour of this amazing operation!) and State Parks that feature hiking trails, caves, waterfalls and suspension bridges.

OUTSIDE LIVING SPACE- As you enter our home you will be greeted by a large rose garden and beautiful trees in a serene park-like setting. This is your first moment to relax and rejuvenate during your stay. The upper level features a huge lakeside wrap around deck with several seating areas. The lower level features exquisite paver patios that wrap around, all with views of the lake. The patios feature a gas fire pit with seating, grill area with a grill, and outdoor dining area.

OUR HOME- Our professionally decorated home features settings and accommodations for up to 14 guests with 5000 square feet of interior living space and plenty of outdoor living areas to enjoy all the exterior beauty. Guests will have access to a two-car garage. Our driveway is a level entrance to the home and garage (no steep hill to drive up or down). We are in a quite community of Lost Creek where friends and neighbors enjoy the peaceful surroundings and beauty of the area.

UPPER LEVEL -First of all THE VIEWS from every room! Let’s just say spectacular for now and let you see it for yourselves. The upper level features a Master Bedroom Suite with a walk-in closet, huge en suite bath that has a jetted tub, and walk-in shower. The best part is waking up to the sunrise view over Tims Ford Lake before you even step out of the king bed. There is a second king suite with full bath that has a tub/shower and large vanity. The third bedroom in the upper level has two twin beds. The sunken living room features a vaulted ceiling with huge windows overlooking Tims Ford Lake, a gas fireplace (not in use during warm weather months), a 75” Smart TV and a huge sectional couch. This is open concept into the kitchen area. The kitchen – an entertaining dream come true! All GE Café appliances, French Door Refrigerator, Double Electric Convection Wall Oven, Double Oven Dual Fuel Range with gas Cooktop 6 Burners (that’s four ovens – that can make a lot of pizza). On our website we provide information about local attractions including Lynchburg's very own, Jack Daniel Distillery. They offer tours of the distillery every day 9 am to 4:30 pm. Please visit their website to view and book your tour before you come. If you choose one of the Sampling Tours (where you are allowed to sample the Jack Daniel Family of Brands) you have to have a form of identification with you to take the tour. Guests are not allowed to carry in a purse or backpack so be sure to grab your ID so you don't have to go back to the car. A full list of their safety rules can also be found on the website.

As far as where to eat while in Lynchburg: We do not provide breakfast at our Guest House. We do provide the makings for coffee and have snacks in our kitchenette that has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and dishes. Breakfast is served on the square at Southern Perks Coffee Shop and Fixin's restaurant is still open as of now but will soon be changing owners. Breakfast is also served at Woodard's Market & Deli (turn right onto Hwy 55 (Majors Blvd) ...it is about a mile on the left)

If you want to buy a few groceries to eat-in ~

Just around the corner, within walking distance of Magnolia Cottage, there is a Dollar General Store that carries grocery items. Woodard's Market and Deli described above is a full-line grocery store with fresh meats and vegetables. They also sell gas and their Deli inside has grilled items, hot plate lunches daily for eating-in or take-out. The deli is open early for breakfast and until 7 or 8 in the evening for supper.

If you want to gather the full Jack Daniel, Lynchburg experience, (and you enjoy good ole southern cooking) we encourage you to make reservations to have lunch at Miss Mary Bobo's. Seating is by reservation only and you used to have to make the reservation by phone. Now you can make a reservation online Miss-Mary-Bobos-Restaurant . They are usually booked well in advance. Miss Mary Bobo's in not open on Sunday.


Lynchburg is a small town and we joke that we roll up the sidewalks after dark; most of the businesses on the square do close at 5 or 6 pm. For supper, Barrel House BBQ, just below the square, is usually open the latest. Other restaurants on the square in addition to those named include: BBQ Caboose, Ice Cream and Pizza shop and The new outdoor baked pizza across from the post office, We have When turning right on Hwy 55, Majors Blvd, (like you are going toward Woodard's) you'll see we have a Subway sandwich shop and a locally owned Chinese restaurant. They are open later in the evening.

Lynchburg is a dry-county, meaning we don't have a liquor store and we don't have liquor-by-the-drink in any of our restaurants. Those licenses are handled at the state level. Beer Permits are governed locally and recently there have been on-site beer permits issued to some of our restaurants. You can also buy beer to take out from Woodard's Market, Dollar General and other locations in town. The White Rabbit Bottle Shop is located in the Visitor Center at Jack Daniel's where you can buy selected brands of Jack Daniel's and we also have the new Lynchburg Winery and American Craft Distiller's on the square where you can buy their bottled products to carry out and they offer a samplings.

Our neighboring city, Tullahoma, does have liquor by the drink and major chain restaurants including Red Lobster, Ruby Tuesday and Applebee's. Some of the local favorites in Tullahoma are Casa Mexico, Camino Real, Yamato Japanese Steakhouse, Emil's Restaurant, Daddy Billy's and others in downtown Tullahoma near Lincoln St. There are also a wide variety of fast food choices in Tullahoma.

Another fun something to do while in the area is to go to a drive-in movie! Montana Drive-in is on the outskirts of Tullahoma, has 3 screens with 2 current movies a night showing on each. It is affordable and the concessions are fantastic! Pull out of the Cottage, turn left, and it's just 12 miles to Tullahoma, dead-end on Hwy 41A, turn right, and the drive-in 4.8 miles on your right. Welcome to Lynchburg and Sunshine’s house! Forget your worries in this spacious space. Park and walk two blocks to the historic Town Square and Jack Daniels distillery. This 1935 remodeled bungalow has the modern conveniences yet maintains the old-time charm. Enjoy the front porch, screened in back porch or the comfortable living room. This is your location for exploring Lynchburg, Moore County and the Tims Ford Lake area. Staying here will allow you to experience “growing up” in Lynchburg.

The space
This three bedroom, one bath bungalow is spacious with a very large yard. It’s conveniently located in the downtown area and one block from the Dollar General. Best of all, it is one of the few pet friendly properties in the downtown area. Please tell me about your pets before you book! Maximum number of dogs is two, max weight 60 lbs and pet fee is $30 per pet. We ask that you don’t allow the pets on the furniture or bedding and if you leave them in the house alone, please bring your crate.
Also, there is a RV hookup with water and sewer ($35 per night) in the back yard that is behind a wooden privacy fence. Occasional it will be occupied short term. Please ask if you need more details at the time of your stay or if interested in renting the RV space

The guest are allowed to access the washer/dryer if needed. I will provide your keyless entry door code 2 days before you arrive.

There is a keyless entry door lock on the back door, you will be provided the door code a couple of days before your arrival.
Please wash dishes before you leave, hang up all wet towels and put the garbage in the outside can. Don’t strip the beds, The cleaners will take care of that job.
If you have pets, please pick up outside after them .

Distiller’s Cottage is in the historic district of Lynchburg, TN. It has been an nightly rental since 2016 and listed on AIRBNB since 11/2017, but changed ownership in May 2018. It's a short walk to the town square and the Jack Daniel Distillery. There is a private courtyard with a fireplace (wood provided)and a gas grill. The backyard is completely fenced in for your pets (limit 2, 25 lbs. maximum, $35 pet fee). Let's discuss the pets before you book.

The space
This home is full of amenities and located one block from the town square and two block to the Jack Daniels Distillery. Woodards Market for groceries is 1.5 miles and Dollar General is just a walk across the main highway.

The cabin is five miles from Tims Ford State Park, eight miles from Jack Daniels Distillery and downtown Lynchburg, eleven miles from Tullahoma, and fifteen miles from Winchester.

The cabin is on land that used to belong to my great grandparents. They had a cattle farm where the lake is now. My grandfather built this log cabin in the 80's.

The height is a problem for boats with a tower unless they are retractable. You can walk to dock or park 30 feet away. Rates are for 2 guest.

For longer stays, you'll appreciate the convenience of our brand-new washer and dryer, located in the utility room on the main floor. In this room, you’ll also find a pack-n-play/crib, highchair and booster for your baby or toddler.

Downstairs, a beautiful spiral staircase leads to three more bedrooms and a second living area. This space is ideal for movie nights on the 55" Roku Smart TV, listening to music on the second 50-watt speaker, or simply enjoying the view of the lake. The “Bird Room” is perfect for kids or friends, with twin-over-full bunks and a pull-out trundle, plus access to a full bathroom with a rain shower and double vanity.

Next, the “Tree Room” offers a cozy queen-size bed and a modern desk, while the “Paddle Room” features a charming black-and-white theme with a queen-size bed. For added flexibility, the downstairs futon and ottoman convert to additional sleeping spaces for up to three guests.

Other things to note
SWIMMING
The swimming season typically runs from late May-September. The water is typically 10-15 feet deep off of the dock during this season, but please wear a lifejacket at all times. Various adult and child sizes are provided, as well as two infant jackets.

KAYAKS
We provide 6 kayas for your enjoyment, including a mix of sit-in and sit-on. We also have a fun tandem one, to double your enjoyment.

PEDAL BOAT
Until our dock is extended to include a boat slip, our pedal boat is not officially available. However, if you'd really like to use it and feel confident that you can lift it carefully in and out of the water, flip it over to drain water after use, and store it as you found it, then feel free to enjoy it during your stay.

FLOATING MAT
While this is primarily at the house for the owner's use, we are happy to share this as well with guests who desire a more relaxed activity.

FIREPIT
You'll love enjoying the firepit overlooking the lake. We provide four chairs, lighters, and a starter pack of firewood that we keep by the lakehouse towels on the lower deck. Feel free to bring additional chairs. If you're feeling in the mood for s'mores, we also provide you with roasting sticks.

GRILL
You'll love using our new gas grill found on the front deck which also includes a side burner. We provide a spare propane tank in the garage, for your convenience

BOATING
For those of you bringing your own boat, Lost Creek Boat Ramp is just 10 minutes away by road and 2-3 minutes by boat (our cove is about 1 mile long). From this boat ramp, you will take a right to arrive at our home. Just be sure your boat will fit through the causeway tunnel. It's a tight squeeze, but fishing boats and some ski boats can make it through (may require some skilled driving though). As long as your boat can fit through the 9' 6" wide causeway, you should be ok. If not, no worries...you'll be able to enjoy your boat of any size all along the rest of Tims Ford Lake on the other side of the causeway.

Feel free to park your boat trailer here overnight, as the park is monitored Tims Ford State Park Rangers.

MARINAS
1. Lakeview Marina (1439 Tims Ford Dr, Winchester, TN 37398)-We recently rented a pontoon boat from here; it's just 11 miles away from our retreat, located inside Tims Ford State Park. They offer a large fleet of rental boats, premium non-ethanol fuel, a launch ramp, dock, quick eats, and an ice cream shop. You can also rent paddleboards, and kayaks (we have kayaks too). As I mentioned above, the pontoon boat wouldn't make it through the causeway, but fun was still had on the main part of the lake.

2. Tim's Ford Marina (175 Marina Lane, Winchester, TN 37398)-This is another option close by (10 miles away). They provide boat slips and pontoon boats as well. You may also park your boat trailer free. You can enter up until 10PM, with gates opening up again at 6AM.

RURAL WIFI
While guests can use the internet to stay connected and stream content, due to our rural location, we are not able to provide unlimited streaming at high speeds. Our satellite internet provider's 2.4G internet service should provide you with basic access, but you might experience buffering when streaming video, difficulty connecting multiple devices, and other possible issues from time to time. Extensive use of gaming devices will also cause issues with the overall service and may result in the throttling of data.

Also, when a storm hits and/or when you lose power, a modem reset should do the trick.

BABY/TODDLER EQUIPMENT
A pack-n-play/crib, highchair, and booster seat are provided as well as a sheet for the pack-n-play

WEATHER
Tennessee is a four-season state, with very warm summers and one or two snowfalls in winter.

WILDLIFE
Being in a secluded area of Tennessee, expect to spot some wildlife (including snakes). Depending on where you are, you may see bobcats, bears, red-and-gray foxes, coyotes, elk, deer, and snakes.

WINTER DRY LAKEBED EXPERIENCE
Our daughter and nephew recommend you visit us from November through March for our winter dry lakebed experience (or mostly dry) when the TVA's Tims Ford Dam slowly starts to dry up our portion of the lake. Kids (and even some adults) will love getting a little muddy and crossing to the other side of the lake where more adventure awaits. Afterward, cozy up to our firepit overlooking the lake. The exact dates of this experience vary slightly each year.

Tims Ford Lake is the best family vacation all year and we have the best view on the lake. We're on Lost Creek with 4 bedrooms, a bunk room, 3 full baths, game room, 2 large decks, a dock with a Hydrohoist and Jet Ski lift. Our cove is off the main channel so no direct boat traffic. It's 10 minutes from Jack Daniels Distillery and the State Park with hiking/biking trails and the fabulous Bear Trace Golf Course. We're on a cul-de-sac in a secluded neighborhood with the best sunsets.

The space
rsrsrrsrsrsrsrrsrs call it Southern Comfort, but when the wind is blowing the right direction, you can smell the Jack Daniels distilling. The views are outstanding, the lake is clean, the furniture is comfy, and the first rule is to relax and have fun. We are only 9 miles from the world famous distillery, about 7 miles to Tims Ford State Park and the amazing Bear Trace Golf Course, 7.5 miles to Tims Ford Marina, and only about 12 miles from Tullahoma where you'll find grocery stores, WalMart, Lowes and lots of restaurants. The best eating on the lake is close by at the Hard Dock Cafe or the Blue Gill Grill where you can pull up in your boat and enjoy the lake while you dine.rdt

Guest access
You will have full access to the lake house with the exception of a couple of our storage closets and the garage. We have to have a place to store our stuff. The hydrohoist will hold up to 5,000 lbs. If your boat is over 24 feet, it will be necessary to tie off to the side of the dock. We have a lift for a jet ski as well, but you'll have to crank it up. It's easy to do, and will help protect your toys. Rental boats are available at Tims Ford Marina. Ask for Chris. Our dock has a ladder and the water is approximately 12' deep off outside of the dock. We do not have a lifeguard on duty and it is understood that by renting the property, the renters accept that they and their guests swim at their own risk and accept the responsibility for their collective safety.

Other things to note
There is a new gas grill that will be full of fuel, a gas fire place that sets a nice atmosphere, a game room with a pool table, air hockey, foosball and darts, 2 big screen TVs, a DVR with movies saved, a selection of board games in case it rains, two large open decks and an enclosed private deck off the master (we call it the martini deck). Also, we have solid ramps available for wheelchair access up the one step to the front door and for over the threshold of the sliding doors for access to the deck. Let me know if you need these and we'll have them ready.

Guest access
You will be able to drive a vehicle down to the dock on the concrete path. There is a turn around spot so you can drive back up the hill. The hill is steep, but you can walk to the dock if you would like.

Other things to note
-TVA begins pulling the water level down in November to winter level. November-March you will not be able to pull a boat into the slip, but you can still go to the dock and water for activities.
-The concrete path going down to the dock is steep and caution should be used at all times. We do not recommend trying to drive up and down the path when it is wet.
-2 of the bedrooms shown downstairs do not have windows

You’re welcome to dock your boat at our brand new dock during your stay! You can also have a boat delivered right to our dock through one of our four boat rental agencies on the lake. We recommend Boat Winchester or Tim's Ford Marina for boat rentals. We are also conveniently located only 5 minutes from lost creek boat ramp, 15 minutes from the world famous Jack Daniels Distillery and 30 minutes from the quaint downtown of Winchester.
