This cabin has everything that you will need to enjoy the adventures that await you. Whether it is whitewater rafting, mountain biking, hiking, zip lines, scenic train rides or just enjoying the nature of the woods everywhere around you. Maybe your not the adventurous type, you can just relax in the hot tub or sit by the fire roasting marshmallows. There are plenty of things to do If the weather turns bad, you can entertain yourself playing pool or air hockey in the game room. Enjoy being outside under the large picnic shelter by the fire pit, you might even see some of the deer, turkey, bobcat, fox, coyote, birds,and occasional bear that make their home in the surrounding woods.
This is a 2 Bedroom and 2 bath cabin, so if you have more than 2 couples then there is a futon couch. If you are renting it for just 2 people, the downstairs bedroom and bath will be locked off.
We do have a security system with a camera that only looks out at the driveway area.
We do allow pets for a small fee. ( no more than 2 pets)

The recently remodeled interior provides plenty of at-home comforts, Smart TVs, board games, darts, or corn hole while sitting at the downstairs bar. The property’s private lot is filled with fun activities to enjoy, like roasting marshmallows or reading a good book in the hammock chair.

If planning to white water raft with one of the local adventure groups, book early. These groups fill up extremely fast and for good reason, they are a ton of fun for all ages. We have provided maps and suggested groups at the cabin.

HIKING: Two amazing waterfalls are a short hike in the Cherokee National Park Mountains only 10 mins away.

FOOD: The BUS is a great place to grab a drink and enjoy live music while ending the day with family and friends. The HUNGRY HIPPY food truck can be found on Hwy. 64. LAS PLABANOS Mexican Food has amazing margaritas! G G’s RESTAURANT has amazing craft beer and great food. The BLUE HOLE CAFE is great, too!

SCENIC/HISTORIC: Old Copper Road. U.S. 64 is located on most of the historic Old Copper Road, Halfway House. An inn was once located near the mouth of Greasy Creek at Lake Ocoee, Civil War A small confederate campsite/memorial is located on Chilhowee Mountain adjacent to FS 77, Hydroelectric Power Generation. Tennessee Power Company constructed a complex around 1912. TVA took it over in 1939 are in the gorge all along Hwy. 64 (within 30 minutes)

This large cabin will sleep 18. This cabin is set up for groups who want to stay in one location and save money on lodging. The cabin has two levels, the main level and the basement level. The cabin has built-in bunk beds and two separate single beds in a private bedroom. Bedding is needed for this cabin, along with towels and wash cloths. The cabin includes a small full kitchen and two large living rooms. The bathroom on the main level has two toilet stalls and two shower stalls. One large full bath is in the basement along with two more toilet stalls and two shower stalls for a total of 5 showers and 5 toilets.

- "We really didn't realize the scope of the property when we booked. We were just looking for a place that 15 men could stay at for a Church retreat. We found a house that slept up to 18 people, had great reviews, and was about an hour away so we booked it. Now getting there was a trick, (some GPS got them there easy, but other GPS's took them off the beaten path). Anyway when we got there, it was unbelievable. Any concerns were quickly and graciously taken care of by guest services. Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. The only downside was having to leave. The Woodwose Cabin is located on our beautiful 26-acre resort that is less than three miles from the Cherokee National Forest. The cabin will sleep up to eight people. It has three bedrooms total. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third one has a bunk bed. There is also a fold out couch in the living room that will sleep two more. It has a full kitchen with an oven, dish washer, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot with coffee included. There is also a dining room that seats eight.
Welcome to the Woodwose Cabin. There is a washer and dry located in the downstairs bathroom that you are welcome to use. Please do not put any items in there are excessively dirty or overload the machines to ensure they are not damaged. In the kitchen we have provided all the basics including pots, pans, dishes, silverware and a coffee pot with coffee. Before you leave we ask that you please rinse all dishes and load them on the dishwasher. We will run the dishwasher when we clean the cabin. While you are staying with us we also ask that you please keep the doors shut so that bugs are not let inside. Please keep in mind that we have other rentals on the property and that quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure that any other guests on property that may be sleeping are not disturbed. When you go to checkout please turn off all lights and AC/Heater, leave any used towels on the floor in the bathroom, and you can leave the sheets on the bed for us to take care of. Welcome to beautiful Polk County, TN! This beautiful farmhouse has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. It is located only minutes from both the Ocoee River for rafting and kayaking and Parksville Lake for boating and swimming. The house is set up to hold 18 people. There are three King suites that have their own bathroom attached and one bunk room with a full bunk and another bunk room with two full bunks. There are three separate living areas one of which is set up with arcade games and theater seats for a theater room experience. There is a creek on the property that can be hiked to. - "This house is shockingly pretty inside and out. The rooms are big and the feeling you get is that of spaciousness and openness. This house can sleep a lot of people. I love the bunk beds that are queen or full size. I thought it was very fun for the kids in the group. It is recently remodeled so it is all fresh inside. Everything about this property is comfortable. The grocery store and “downtown” Ocoee is only 10 minutes away. River rafting and some hiking trails are also convenient to the property. Whether you are seeking a place for a comfy family gathering, a romantic getaway, or the ideal place to work remotely, High Water is perfect for you and yours. It sleeps 9 comfortably and has a hot tub!

High Water is on the Ocoee River itself, minutes away from some of the best whitewater in the US, and only 45 minutes from Chattanooga and its many attractions.
It is 5 minutes from Dam 1 and 25 minutes from Dam 2.

High Water is bright, spacious, and clean, with plenty of different spaces to enjoy inside & out! From dining and gathering (and even yoga) on the back porch, to curling up in a quiet spot with a good book, introverts and extroverts alike will have a space. Enjoy conversations or games around the spacious dining room table or go for a walk in the woods for a breath of fresh air. Recent renovations have breathed new life into this home, and now we are excited to share it with you.

We have new furniture and bedding, a new hot tub in which to relax, spacious indoor seating, large TVs, views of the river from multiple vantage points like our fire pit and our back porch, and a large wooded lot to explore! A personal favorite is taking in a view of the river on the back porch at sunrise while enjoying a warm beverage.

1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are located on ground/bottom floor of the house, and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located on the second story. Please note, the upstairs bathroom has a tub only. The downstairs bathroom has a shower only. The bunk bed and the single bed are located upstairs.

Guests have access to the entire property, from the road to the river, during their stay. There is even a trail down to the river that is currently moderately strenuous in parts. Strategically placed fences enhance the home's privacy, for peace of mind.

Entry is through the kitchen door on the left side of the house when looking at it from the driveway. There is an electronic lock with a keypad that lights up upon touching, allowing you to put in the code unique to you and your party as part of our welcome communications.

Please note that guests will have to negotiate stairs down from the parking area and up onto the deck to enter the house. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, and on the second floor (accessible by stair case) is another bathroom and the other two bedrooms.

Other things to note
The river water level rises and lowers based on the TVA Ocoee Dam #1 Release Schedule, which is updated every 24 hours. If the water level is low, please know it can rise quickly and without warning. Please check the Release Schedule by Googling it, and planning accordingly. Also please note the current flows more swiftly than it may appear, swimming is at your own risk and if you get into the water, we recommend a life vest. We want your visit at High Water to be a safe one!

Unless your cell service is through Verizon, you will need to enable Wi-Fi calling on your smartphone after signing into the Wi-Fi. We tried installing a cell signal booster, but cell service didn’t improve at all. High Water is remote enough that cell service is spotty (except Verizon), so you'll need to enable Wi-Fi calling on your phone. That being said, SOS calls will work!

While we welcome groups of friends, we ask that you not hold events or throw parties at High Water.

We highly recommend travel insurance, so that your trip is not interrupted by unexpected events.

Cherry Cabin is located on the main outpost road of Outdoor Adventure Rafting. It's perfect and convenient for any group and any activity you may have in mind! Cherry has two wings, separated by a large open communal space. The cabin is surrounded on three sides by trees with a large grass area in front with picnic tables, a grill and a fire pit. This is a rustic wilderness experience! Not a traditional cabin! Bring your own bedding, Bunk beds and mattress pads are provided.

- "The keys were not left out like they were supposed to be. Another group in a different cabin also did not have a key left out for them. Thankfully, a door was left unlocked so that we could get in (which is horribly unsafe). I tried to contact the host about the keys and never got a response. It was pretty bad all around. Wish I could get my money back. "

Located in Benton, this cabin is in a rural area and on a river. River Maze and Morris Vineyard are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Hiwassee-Ocoee Scenic River State Park and Ocoee River. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching. The Yowie Cabin is located near the Ocoee River in the beautiful SE TN mountains & is less than 3 miles from the Cherokee National Forest. On our 26 acre property we have a Frisbee Golf course, a covered pavilion with grills & picnic tables for cookouts, a basketball goal, & a ping pong table for your enjoyment. We regularly see deer wandering through the property & have an abundance of wildlife. We also have some amazing spots for star gazing that will not be dimmed city lights. Wi-Fi in cabin.

The Yowie Cabin is connected to our Yeti Cabin with a shared wall, but they have separate entrances and are two totally separate rental units. For the renovation of the cabins, we used reclaimed wood, tin from a local barn that was treated to prevent rust and seal it and have sourced all materials in the most sustainable way possible. Our cabin rentals, campground, Frisbee Golf course, and covered pavilion with grills for cookouts are open all year. In addition to whitewater rafting, the Ocoee River area offers great hiking trails including several spectacular waterfalls, boating on nearby Parksville Lake, top notch mountain biking trails in a scenic setting, glider rides, geocaching, and more. We offer whitewater rafting trips on the Ocoee River March through October. The Ocoee River was the site for the 1996 whitewater Olympic events and has action packed class 3-4 rapids. It is one of the top whitewater destinations in the entire country. Our property is located just two miles off the main road, so it is very accessible, but is also in a beautiful country setting. We are literally less than three miles from the Cherokee National Forest that offers all kinds of additional outdoor activities.

Outdoor pavilion with picnic tables and grills, frisbee disc golf course, basketball goal, and ping pong table can be used by any of our guests and are a shared resource.

I live on the 26-acre property where our cabins are located and am here most of the time. If a guest needs something we are happy to accommodate. The phones are always forwarded to either my cell phone or my manager's cell phone, so we are easy to get in touch with.

DIRECTIONS FROM I-75 Take Exit 20 from I-75 – onto the Cleveland By-pass (APD-40). Follow it for approximately 8 miles. You will pass a McDonald’s and several traffic lights. Stay on the Cleveland By-pass until you see the big green sign Hwy 64 East – Ocoee Exit. Do not take any other Hwy 64 exit. If you miss the exit, the Cleveland bypass will continue into Cleveland. Exit onto Hwy 64 East – Ocoee Exit (You will be on this road appx 13 miles) In approximately 9 miles, you will cross over a large bridge over Hwy 411. DO NOT EXIT. About 3-miles after this, the road narrows to 2-lanes and you will then cross a much smaller bridge over the Lower Ocoee River. Take the next left onto Welcome Valley Rd. If you pass The Ocoee Gondolier Restaurant, on your left, you have gone too far. Come 1.5 miles down Welcome Valley Rd and you will see the Bigfoot Outfitters sign on the right. Our main office and check in area is the first building on your right once you pull on to the property.

Welcome to the Yowie cabin. There is an air conditioner unit in the cabin that can be turned on in the summer. In the winter, there are a total of two heaters that can be used to heat the cabin. There is one heater in the bedroom and another heater in the bathroom. Use both at the same time or one at a time depending on the time of year.

The cabin has a Wi-Fi network name Yeti-Yowie Wi-Fi and the password is Welcome1. There is smart TV that is already connected to the Wi-Fi network. Login with your account to use any of the apps on the smart TV including Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, Disney, etc. Please be sure to log out before you check out of the cabin.

We have charcoal grills and a fire pit located at our covered pavilion with picnic tables that you are welcome to use. Please be sure to put out all fires before leaving and do not leave a fire unattended. We have extra camp chairs available upon request that can be used by the fire. The covered pavilion is a shared area that can also be used by other guests. Additionally, we have a nine-hole frisbee disc golf course that you are welcome to play. Located at the first building on the right when you pull onto the property you will see a basketball goal that you are welcome to use. On the porch of that same building you will find a ping pong table that can be used by all guests as well.

We have a climate controlled sunporch. Cable, Wi-Fi, Netflix. Handicap accessible. Kayaks and tubes available; about a 2 mile float from Ocoee dam #1 down to the dock. There are three levels of docks at the river. Gas/charcoal grill. Also, there is a fire pit with plenty of wood. The river is controlled by TVA, it's usually down in the morning so you can explore and swim, kayak and fish. Most afternoons the river is flowing for a lazy float down to our easy and accessible dock.

Close proximity to many rafting companies for rafting down the upper Ocoee River. See where the 1996 Olympics (whitewater) were held!
There are stables nearby for horse back riding.
There is an area on top of the mountain for picnics swimming and hiking on Chilhowee Mountain.

Enjoy a rafting trip on the Ocoee River or head over to catch some live music at The Bus Bar and Grill on weekends.

Up the Creek is a pet friendly rental. There will be $50 non-refundable payment, if you wish to bring one 4-legged family member along. We do ask that you bring a kennel to keep your dog safe if you choose to leave the bungalow without your pet.

The Driftwood is a lovely bungalow cabin situated in the back of our wooded campground. The space is a great location for rafting enthusiasts during the warmer months and a quiet little getaway during the cooler months as we are moments away from the Ocoee River and the Cherokee National Forest.

The Firefly is a great place to spend time in Ocoee and is located at Adventures Unlimited, a 30 acre whitewater rafting resort.

The cabin sleeps four guests, has a complete bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave, stocked coffee station and satellite tv. The Firefly has a wonderful gathering area with adirondack chairs and firepit outside the cabin to soak up some East TN fresh air.

Enjoy a rafting trip on the Ocoee River or head over to catch some live music at The Bus Bar and Grill on weekends.

The Haystack is a one room cabin - similar to a hotel room. It comes complete with two double beds, separate bathroom, mini refrigerator, microwave and a stocked coffee station. Satellite TV is also available in the cabin.

The front porch has seating for four people as well as the front yard area with four adirondack chairs and a fire ring for campfires.

Once Upon a Pine is a one bedroom, one bath on main level. Along with a loft that has a full size bed and two floor futons. The loft has curtains that can be closed for privacy.
