We are a blended family with 5 grown children who adore each other. When we built our place in Roswell we were so fortunate to be able to include a private, upscale carriage house on our property. When our kids were younger they collaborated on a blended family name so we named our carriage house the "McGoldlers Carriage House" to represent the love of our family and the "home away from home" experience we want to share with you when you stay with us!

My husband and I love to travel around the world, and we always take note of all the fine touches others have used to make our stay 5 star. We are delighted to have infused all the "best practices" into our carriage house experience.

Our place is completely private and we have worked hard to have lovely landscaping and comfortable places outside for you to enjoy the many beautiful birds and relaxing view.

The beautifully furnished, squeaky clean carriage house, has two cozy bedrooms with super comfortable mattresses and only the best linens and bedding. You will also find a full bathroom and kitchenette - all with high end finishes. Great amenities include a coffee maker, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, a desk for working, and of course, snacks and bottled water! Your stay includes private parking on the property for multiple cars. Our property is just a few miles from Georgia 400 and wherever you would like to go in the area.

While our place is completely private and secluded, it's just a 7 minute walk from everything downtown Roswell has to offer - great restaurants, breweries or shops - all just steps away!

This designer decorated home (approx. 1500 sq ft ranch) is the perfect "home away from home" for anyone in town for family gatherings and re-unions, for business, weddings, events, house hunting, etc. It is comfortable and cozy, and bright and airy with lots of natural light. It is perfect for entertaining!
The family room with big screen TV is well appointed with French doors leading to a large deck on one side of the room and a large dining area on the other side. The dining table seats 6 and has large windows looking out to 6 beautiful Bradford pear trees. The happy kitchen is fully equipped and very bright. Off of the kitchen is another living/reading/study area with a nice sized desk and a sleeper sofa. The bedrooms are luxurious with high end linens and spacious closets. The master has a large bright bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bathroom also has a shower/tub combo. We have a huge laundry room with a washer and dryer.
We are pet friendly (for a little extra) and have a nice sized fenced back yard that has a second fenced in area on the side of the deck. The deck is large with a table for 6 and lots of seating and an outdoor grill. The dog park is just around the corner. Walk your dog there and then head to one of Canton Street's dog friendly restaurants!

There are two private bedrooms upstairs, each with their own full-size bathrooms. The main bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and 60” 4K Roku TV mounted on the wall. The master bathroom includes a walk-in closet with full length mirror and a large walk-in shower with rain head and sliding glass door. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, study area, walk-in closet and luxurious private bathroom with tub/shower and sliding glass door.

Parking
There is ample space for guests to park up to 4 cars behind the townhouse and parking on the street in front of the townhouse is also permitted.
