- "It was roach infested with holes on the wall. Tub and toilet was really dirty and disgusting. To put the cherry on top I brought out my food for one second then roaches came out of nowhere and crawled all in my food" - "I did not stay at that hotel. The access card for the room did not work and they said they would have to open the door with a crowbar for me to even enter and stay there. The hotel is not safe it is not clean and I’m going to expect a full refund for the stay. If I do not get that within seven days, I will file a dispute with my credit card company directly."
