That morning, I wanted to get our room changed but my husband said the hotel is not crowded and it should be fine. Needless to say, it wasn't. It was worse than the night before. Is it the hotel's fault? In some respects, yes. However, I am just as much at fault for not being more persistent in getting the room changed upon checking in. That will most certainly NEVER happen again. Pillows are awful. Shower was great. Other than that, the hotel is fine and the staff is nice."
