This @1800 square foot daylight basement apartment has two separate entrances and a gravel driveway of its own that takes you right to the door. It is fully furnished with three bedrooms, a bath and a half, a kitchen, an office, a living room with an eating area. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a sitting area. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has one full size bed. It comfortably sleeps 6 and a queen-size air mattress with all the bedding is also available for 2 additional guests, if needed ($15 fee). The main bathroom has a large jetted tub, two shower heads and a rain shower over a bench. It has two sinks and a separate toilet area. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans and dishes. It also has a toaster, crock pot, a microwave, an oven, stove top burners, and a dishwasher, as well as a large two basin sink. In addition, there is a center island and two stools in the kitchen. The main living area has a sofa, love seat, and a leather chair and a half with a large screen TV. There is also a dartboard area and a dining table with 4 stools. The office has a small desk and the thermostat for the apartment. (The rest of the office is for homeowners use only, please. )
The wifi connection is good throughout the apartment. There are extra toiletries, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, spices, coffee and fixings, and plenty of extra linens.

Parking was easy, and it was close to grocery and other stores. We would be glad to stay here again in the future.The only suggestions I have are…if you advertise a full kitchen, then it needs to be stocked with the items needed to utilize it, such as pots/pans, can opener, pot holders, etc. And, when you have an extra high bed, provide a stool for us shorter people to help us get in it. When you come into your place. You will be greeted into a huge open space, where you will find the living room and bar on one side and on the other side is your dining table and pool table. You have a full kitchen available, nice size bedroom, remodel bathroom and a washer/dryer room to do your laundry.

Guest access
Access to your basement apartment is on the lower level back side of the property. Follow the pathway leading downstairs from the driveway to the lower entrance to your front door. There will be steps required to access the basement entrance.

Other things to note
Your parking will be assigned on the left side of the driveway only. You will be able to park two vehicles on the left side driveway. The main house of the property will be listed and may have potential guests staying.

The space
2 Bedrooms with 2 full size bathrooms is on the 2nd floor. You will have 1 flight of stairs to reach the unit. There is no elevator.

Master Bedroom has a Queen sized bed and private bathroom attached. Bathroom features large soaking tub & Shower combo. Large walk in closet in your master bedroom. Full length mirror. A smart Tv in the bedroom for your downtime.

2nd Bedroom has a queen sized bed with walk in closet. 2nd Bathroom is just outside of the bedroom. Full length mirror included in bedroom 2. A smart tv is in the bedroom for your downtime.

There is a Twin size fold out portable mattress and bedding set for a 5th sleeping area.

Both bedrooms and the living room has a ceiling fan for your comfort.

Community is gated. Property offers a community pool & gym for your use when it is open. Gate card will allow access. Close to downtown Suwanee & Downtown Buford areas for dining & entertainment. Mall of Georgia is only 4 miles away. Gas South Arena is less than 9 miles away.
Ashton Gardens in Sugar Hill, is only 4 miles away.

Kitchen is stocked with all items to cook full meals. Full size fridge so you never have to dine out if you prefer. Full size washer and dryer in the unit.

There is a Ring camera on the front door just to make sure the property is secure and monitor package deliveries.

Absolutely no parties.

No smoking in the Unit. A $500 Cleaning charge will be added to guests caught smoking in the unit.
