This @1800 square foot daylight basement apartment has two separate entrances and a gravel driveway of its own that takes you right to the door. It is fully furnished with three bedrooms, a bath and a half, a kitchen, an office, a living room with an eating area. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a sitting area. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has one full size bed. It comfortably sleeps 6 and a queen-size air mattress with all the bedding is also available for 2 additional guests, if needed ($15 fee). The main bathroom has a large jetted tub, two shower heads and a rain shower over a bench. It has two sinks and a separate toilet area. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans and dishes. It also has a toaster, crock pot, a microwave, an oven, stove top burners, and a dishwasher, as well as a large two basin sink. In addition, there is a center island and two stools in the kitchen. The main living area has a sofa, love seat, and a leather chair and a half with a large screen TV. There is also a dartboard area and a dining table with 4 stools. The office has a small desk and the thermostat for the apartment. (The rest of the office is for homeowners use only, please. )
The wifi connection is good throughout the apartment. There are extra toiletries, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, spices, coffee and fixings, and plenty of extra linens.

Parking was easy, and it was close to grocery and other stores. We would be glad to stay here again in the future.The only suggestions I have are…if you advertise a full kitchen, then it needs to be stocked with the items needed to utilize it, such as pots/pans, can opener, pot holders, etc. And, when you have an extra high bed, provide a stool for us shorter people to help us get in it.
