Apartment rental and garage parking "inside left side of garage" is included. There is a vintage boat on the right side of the garage. There is plenty of room but we kindly ask to be cautious with doors next to boat. Thank you.

Other things to note
The garage parking requires backing out of garage and turning around in the driveway to pull out instead of backing out. If you have a longer truck, such as a 4 door full size truck, this may require pulling back and forwards a couple of times as turn around is more for a normal sized vehicle. We feel it is worth it for parking in a sheet rocked, insulated garage "rain or shine" with direct private access to the apartment. PLEASE do NOT attempt to back out of driveway as numerous freinds, family and delivery drivers have both damaged the lawn and 4 of them had to be towed out of the ditch after "assuring us" they could back out of driveway, then backed off of the driveway.
