Please keep in mind the balcony has a retention pond below that at times has items that have been carried in by the wind. There is no smell and it is safe; it is just water that gathers from the weather. The apartment balcony is high enough up & wrapped with faux leaves that the view below is not direct when sitting. However, if you think you may be bothered by it, this booking may not be a best fit for you. Other than that, there are 2 chairs and it is a great balcony to relax and have a serene view.
