- "Good time" - "A very nice part of Atlanta. Parts of the building are under construction, but the apartment itself is in great shape. Dealing with Hustle Estates was a breeze and I’ll definitely be coming back to this property. " - "We were in town for a baseball tournament. The location was perfect! The condo was amazing and our host was so responsive and so welcoming!! We will look to book here again!! " - "Pros: Easy, indoor parking attached to property. Cons: 1) Poor communication from host (gave wrong street name to put in GPS, didn't have any welcome letter or info about the property, and we had to message through VRBO to get WiFi info, wasn't told key was under mat because keycode was broken so wasted 2 hours trying to contact her and VRBO before getting in). 2) We've stayed in MANY VRBOs and never once have we not had shampoo and soap provided. Host indicated that supplying this would be a "liability," which makes no sense (more of a liability would be the lack of a bath mat leading to risk of falling when getting out of shower). Also have never stayed in a VRBO that didn't have a toaster, more than 5 cups/plates, a knife sharper than a dinner knife, a cutting board, etc.... lacking many things that always come standard. 3) Small investment on owner's part would go a LONG ways. Towels were small and VERY thin (could buy nice plush ones from Costco for $12); pillows were like those you'd get on an airplane; table was very cheap and the bench squeaks loudly when you move a tiny bit (and we're small people); 4) If you're a light sleeper don't stay here. The man in the unit above was SCREAMING until 2am several nights, or he was busy dropping what sounded like weights and/or blasting music. 5) Didn't end up getting in pool as it looked dirty. "

- "The property was not clean. There was leftover food in the kitchen sink. There was urine on the toilet seats. There were not enough blankets. There were only three towels. Very sparse kitchen cookware. And they actually had plastic ware for eating utensils. There was a CAMERA in the unit that was recording and on when we arrived. I disconnected it and told VRBO. This is a violation of privacy laws. We received two notices on the door that the power bill as over 50 days past due. And...this is NOT a condo. It's an apartment. I'm not sure it is even legal to rent an apartment as a VRBO. The property "owner" was quick to respond always with an excuse. It was not a good experience."

We are 2 blocks from a beautiful park with walking trails and bike path. Public transportation (bus) stops right in front, Metro Train Chamblee station only 3 miles away with direct line to ATL Airport, stops in downtown, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, GA Aquarium, World of Coke, Centennial Park, etc.

We are also 3 miles from Perimeter Mall, and 1/2 mile from 285 (Atlanta Perimeter).

The suite used to be a sunroom (now a fully independent guest house). You can still see the rustic stone floor in the kitchen/dining area!

Bugs will be waiting to get in the cool space. Expect bugs if you leave food out or leave the door open. We fumigate constantly but you may still see a bug or two specially during hot months (welcome to the south!).

I do have one dog in my house and in my side of the backyard (and 3 hens). My pets do not have access the Garden Suite's side, including your patio or yard, but you may hear them.

The suite used to be a sunroom and when it was converted to a guesthouse, we left the kitchen/dining area's original stone floor that may appear not clean, but it is the natural color of the stone and concrete. We clean the suite thoroughly and change all linens after each guest.

NOTE: This is Georgia, in a GARDEN level flat, Bugs are all over woods and they DO want to get in your cool space. Expect bugs if you leave food/trash out or leave the door open. We fumigate constantly (with natural, environmentally friendly products), but you may still see them outside or, one may figure it out how to get inside. We go by seasons, early springs is carpenter ants, when it gets hot it is water bugs and mosquitos! and fall is spiders! :) Just the south!!

The space
You will love staying in this spacious 1bd/1ba, the area is stunning and a short driving distance to great attractions. A soft Queen sized bed and a work desk area are included so you can sleep and work in peace. The kitchen is equipped with an air fryer,plates/bowls, utensils essential seasonings, pots/pans, Coffee pot and more. The bathroom has everything from wash cloths, towels a blow dryer and body wash. If there's anything additional needed, don't be shy, ask and we'll accomadate you as best as we can!
