Stay in and stream your favorite shows/movies or take a walk down to the lake and enjoy recreational fishing or a quiet place to read and reflect. Cute and spacious one bedroom basement apartment with private entrance in a family neighborhood home. LVP floors throughout, a kitchenette with a mini-refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine (not a full kitchen) A bedroom with a queen and twin bed, and to top it all, it features a projector in the living room. A deck with a firepit table and 4 chairs with a view to a beautiful creek.
This house is located in the prime Roswell area with less than a mile distance to stores, and restaurants.
Guest has access to one parking spot next to the house, down the driveway.

Upon arrival at the property after a day of driving with my wife and our 2mo old son, we were greeted by overflowing trash bins and a rough smell next to where you park the cars. We grabbed our bags and headed up into the shared stairwell that leads to the apartment we rented. In the stairwell there were 5-10 bugs (Stink bugs and roaches) crawling on the stairs and walls. Hoping that the apartment would be better we entered in the apartment and while it was clean, the bug problem was the same. We counted about 10 bugs in the first few minutes that were on the walls, windows, ceiling, and crawling in the kitchen. There were also stains on some of the bed sheets, not wanting to risk our infant son in the apartment and frankly not wanting to sleep with the bugs, we got a hotel down the street. When we reached out to the host, they said that in the house rules they mention that they do pest control, but cannot guarantee no bugs in the apartment so we were given no refund. Maybe it was a fluke, and the apartment and location really are great. But if I knew then what I know now about the bugs, I would have avoided this property..."

- "Communication with host was excellent. The studio is well equipped for 2 adults. Properly is listed as having a “garden”. It has a large deck that backs up to secluded wooded area. The path that leads to the studio door is uneven and slippery when wet. Might be difficult for someone to navigate if not agile. Overall pleasant stay."
