Nice Cozy 2-bedroom lodge in a peaceful gated community with plenty of amenities for quietness and relaxation with family or friends while on vacation or for a business trip. - "This apartment is a great stay for the price, it was clean and has everything you need to prepare your meals if you want to, there is a Publix store and restaurants less than 5 min away. The host stayed in touch and was helpful in guiding when needed. The only reason I gave it a 4 stars on location is because the community is not well cared for, there is a dog park in the community but doesn’t look like they pick up often. It didn’t bother us as much because there are plenty of parks close by. I definitely would stay here again."

Our home is located in the vibrant town of Sandy Springs-PRIME location, a small urban suburb 5 min from Buckhead in the North Atlanta area. Minutes from Dunwoody, Downtown Atlanta, and the Atlanta Braves Stadium!

Our two bedroom (715 Sq ft) guest suite is attached to our main house by a closed and locked door. It's completely private, no shared spaces with private entrance!

The bedrooms and full bathroom are spacious. Please note that the living area is combined with kitchenette (dorm style).

- "This suite was exactly what we needed during our stay in Atlanta for a Braves game! The location was perfect; not too close to the city to have to deal with traffic, but not too far away from the stadium if we needed to take an Uber or Lyft. Also, the directions to this suite were specific and super easy to follow; as well as, the instructions on entering the suite were not difficult at all! Inside the suite, we literally had everything we needed for our stay and so it was so clean! The owners of this suite were very quick to respond and super accommodating. One thing we really liked was how most things in the suite were labeled, making everything user friendly! We definitely will be repeat stayers when we return to more Braves games!"

- "DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY OR ANY OTHERS BY THIS HOST! Now for the why. On the Wednesday before check-in, I reached out in the app requesting to check-in an hour early since we were going to be able to arrive sooner than we thought. James said that was fine, but for quicker communication, contact him via his direct number that was listed on the app. After sending an initial text, James told me that I hadn't paid for my stay. I had already received an invoice from VRBO and it had been taken out of my bank account. I forwarded a copy of the invoice, to which he replied, "well, I haven't seen any of that money." I informed him that usually VRBO doesn't release funds until at least a day after check-in just in case something happens and we aren't able to make it, etc. He proceeds to tell me he is having issues with VRBO and inputting a payment method and he hadn't received funds from multiple other stays. I told him that while I understood, I had paid and didn't know what else to tell him other than to contact VRBO about his payment. He then told me everything was fine and he just wanted to see if I would pay outside of VRBO for a discount but not to worry. Upon arrival, he refused entry and we had to scramble to find another place to stay on another app because a hotel for one night was too inconvenient via VRBO. All he had to do was correct his tax form, but instead, he almost ruined my trip. TERRIBLE!!!!"

- "Days were marked available and I reserved the rental. Owner responded immediately and told me it wasn’t available. It’s been 2 week and I’m still waiting for a refund."
