The duplex does share a door with the main home, but is secured on both sides, so you have full control on access and is never used by us.

It is conveniently located within minutes of I-75, I-575 & Kennesaw State University. You will find yourself surrounded by upscale shopping, an abundance of entertainment, and over 150 area restaurants. Take a walk, run or bike ride along the 7-mile Noonday Creek Trail that connects to the property, a rare amenity in an urban environment.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment home can sleep 4 guests with 1 king bed and 1 queen. It is perfect for a short get-away or a longer stay. We are pet friendly! Amenities include a pool, fitness center, dog spa, business center, car wash, clubhouse and access to the Noonday Creek Trail which features Zagster Bike Share. You will enjoy a dose of fresh air sitting from the balcony on the third floor.

Comes furnished with a comfy couch, lazy boy recliner, 55" flat screen tv (includes Directv Netflix HBO and you can hook up your laptop to the HDMI 2 input).

Sleeping arrangements start with the "pull down from the wall" Murphy bed (Queen size) sleeps two. Comfy couch will sleep one. Maximum accommodations: 3 guests.

If you need extra sleeping space or you just want to splurge a little more this is the Add-on for you. This beautifully furnished giant bedroom has a queen size bed with ample seating space, giant wall tapestries, a door to outdoor seating amongst the trees for coffee on a hanging bench swing. All this can be added to your stay for an additional nightly rate of $30.00 per night.

- "Check in process was simple and straightforward. The apartment is well laid out and roomy. Everything appears to be in very good condition. Nothing appears to be old and worn. The kitchen has no stove or oven but that is not something we needed. It does have a microwave and toaster oven. The apartment met all of our needs. The only issue we had was that the owners which live above the apartment go to bed later than us and we would hear them walking around over our bedroom. It did not keep me awake but if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area."

This loft studio is in the upstairs of a newly built detached garage. The main house houses our current 4 bedroom Airbnb and this studio was built this January 2023. Every detail was thought out for our guests comfort. The garage guesthouse is completely separate from the main house and used only by the LOFT guests.

The driveway and backyard are the only shared spaces. Main house parking is in front and garage parking is either just to the left outside of the garage, or in the garage if guests feel they can pull in and out safely.
