Enjoy our carriage house privacy and rural feel in the Milton/Roswell area. The birds, squirrels, and occasional deer will keep you amused as you enjoy your coffee/tea on the private deck. Exercise anytime in our gym, which is next to the guesthouse. The queen-sized bed provides a comfortable sleep. The kitchen is fully outfitted. The pantry is full of spices, coffees, teas, and hot chocolate. You can drop off luggage before your check-in time if needed.
The space
The Airbnb sits 3 acres and is next to our main house. There is the option to enjoy a walk around small lake in the back. It has a circular wooded path at ~0.1miles from start to finish. The clothes washer and dryer are in the garage and are outfitted with detergent and dryer sheets. There is plenty of free parking on the property. If you are towing a trailer, we have plenty of space for it. The gym is a one-minute walk to the barn, where there are dumbbells, plates, and various cross-fit items. The stairs to the Airbnb are well-lit, providing easy access at night. The neighbors are quiet. There is more wildlife around than humans.

Access to the carriage house is by the private flight of steps on the left of the garage. The washer and dryer are located in the garage below the carriage house.

Our Carriage House is so private we often don’t meet our guests. We added a purifier system to the space to ensure air is continually fresh and germs destroyed, for the health of our guests. You’ll see it in the kitchen area.

Roswell Riverside Guest House located just 300 feet from the Chattahoochee River! We are close to Roswell's popular Canton Street, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, and Atlanta.
Don White Park is directly across the street for tube/kayak launching, volleyball, and free outdoor amenities. Riverside Park is 1/4 mile away with playground and picnic facilities. Great location for fishing, water sports, and enjoying the Chattahoochee National Recreation Area just outside our door.

Spread out and chill in our bright and airy living area with our huge glass doors - that open alllll the way if you want! Relax on the new couch and enjoy our 75" smart TV with soundbar.
Use the dining table for enjoying a meal or set it up as a desk for remote work. (Note the nearly 2,000 smashed beer cans mounted on the wall - from Scofflaw Brewing, their Dirty Beaches brew - hence the name on our neon sign "The Dirty Beach"!).
The huge bar area is great for use as your mini-kitchen. We have a micro/mini-oven combo, ice maker, full fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Use our induction hot plate for cooking with provided pot, pans, utensils. Please note while the bar area is large, the cooking supplies are modest. You can get by with preparing simple meals but you won't be whipping up a huge Sunday feast here.
A coffee maker and blender are provided for your beverage needs. You'll be stocked with coffee fixings upon your arrival.
If you need it, we can provide a queen air mattress and linens to accommodate an extra guest.

Attached to the bedroom is our fancy schmancy black and gold bathroom with glass shower, vanity, toilet, and urinal (!!).
You will also have closet space and a full size washer and dryer. All linens are supplied.

Enjoy our saltwater pool which is seasonally open May-September! In Fall/Winter, the pool will be covered and is not accessible. Our large patio is yours to bask in the sun on our sun loungers or make use of our chairs and tables around the pool area. The patio and outdoor areas are usable year-round. The pool is unheated so water temps may be brisk at times.
Make your way up the outside stairs to the rooftop! Enjoy view of the River, the pool patio, and chill on the rooftop furniture.
Our fully featured gym is available by request. We tend to be in there ourselves daily and will be mindful to be out of your way during your stay. We will let you know when we may be in the gym so you won’t be surprised to see us out there. Should you wish to use the gym, we have a free weight full squat rack, bench, oly-grade barbells, dumbbells, cable weights, and a Concept 2 rower.

The Chattahoochee River is just across the street 300 feet away! Walk over and enjoy the Riverwalk trail that is miles long and flat for getting in some fresh air, a walk/run, and to see the ducks and turtles that live nearby. We can lend you our river-ready tubes, kayak, and SUP available by request.
You will have a dedicated parking space for 1 car in our driveway. A paved walkway to the guest house is easily accessible from the driveway. You will need to manage 8 concrete/stone stairs to access the guest house.
The guest house is wired with fiber internet for fast wifi speeds. The TVs are connected to an external antenna that gets lots of free channels - vital for watching NFL broadcasts on the big screen!
We are adjacent to Riverside Road which has occasional vehicle traffic noise. Ear plugs are supplied if you need them.

**MINIMUM 2-NIGHT STAY** Welcome to the “Bread & Butter Barn” located just steps from Canton Street within Roswell's Historic District. We are the closet house on our street to Canton Street! This spacious open studio concept features a full kitchen, stacked washer & dryer, and an abundance of warmth and character delivered with Southern hospitality. The space is open and airy with natural light and features 10-foot high tongue & groove ceilings and cozy spaces.
The space
You will sleep well on the queen-size Casper bed and high-quality linen/bedding. Six soft/firm pillows are provided for your comfort. The stainless steel appliances include a full-size oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. This free-standing carriage house is located directly behind the owner’s main residence with its own private entrance and designated parking space located at the very back of the property.
NOTE: YOU MAY BRIEFLY HEAR THE GARAGE DOOR OPEN/CLOSE NEAR 8:00 AM MONDAY THRU THURSDAY.
The Barn is very private and quiet and is nestled between the owner’s residence and a newly constructed high-end luxury apartment complex. A tall brick wall between our property and this luxury community provides additional security. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private deck!
The Barn is one of the closest residences to Canton Street within walking distance to numerous chef-driven restaurants, bars, coffee houses, galleries, wonderful locally-owned boutique stores, entertainment and other shopping destinations. We are located near the quieter northern end of Canton Street just steps away from several restaurants including Lazaros Cuban Cuisine, NOCA Eatery & Bar, Gracious Plenty Bakery & Breakfast, The Fickle Pickle (Gourmet Southern Cafe & Deli), and The Corner, a convenience store which also offers a wide variety of craft beer and wine. Breakfast, lunch and dinner options are all located within one block!
