A Partridge in a Peartree - welcome to Waverly, AL! Our sweet little guest house is nestled right between Auburn University and Lake Martin. A quick 15 minute trip & you can find yourself in downtown Auburn, Opelika, or the Standard Deluxe in Waverly.
The guest house is located separately from a private-residence house with your own space to relax and unwind.
The space
Our guest house was built in 2022 so it features updated furnishings and appliances. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee with our complimentary k-cups as you relax in the front sitting room. There is also a microwave and mini-fridge stocked with water upon arrival.
The front sitting room and queen-sized bedroom are separated by a sliding barn door. Both rooms are equip with room-darkening curtains plus a white noise machine, and an air mattress is available upon request to host 2 more guests if needed.

For those that want to be close to all the activities surrounding Auburn University but don't want to stay right in the middle of all the crowd and rat race, this is the place for you! Fully renovated guest suite attached to our home but with all the privacy you desire! Comes with full kitchen, washer and dryer, one queen bed and one full bed. We are approximately 12 minutes from downtown Auburn & 12 min to Opelika!

The rustic cottage is located behind the Main House facing the parking lot. The primary sleeping room features a king bed. Above the king bed is a loft which features a full size bed. There is also a side room with a twin bed. The bath has standard tub/shower facilities. Also included in the Thach Room is a mini kitchen including a kitchen sink, full size refrigerator and a microwave. The rate is based on 5 person occupancy and includes breakfast.

The Pat Dye Cottage is a two room stand alone cottage located on the back half of the property. This two room suite includes two bathrooms with a tub/shower in each. For sleeping accommodations there is one queen sized bed and 2 built-in bunk beds in the living area. Outside, a 400 square foot private deck is perfect for enjoying the outdoors, and enjoying the 20 plus trees planted by legendary Coach Pat Dye.
The rate is based on 6 occupants and includes a full hot breakfast.
