ARRIVAL:
When you arrive at JET'S HANGAR you park in your own driveway and enter with our secure digital door lock. Our 1200 sq ft offers a fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, and any appliance you may need.
We've found it so nice to roll Toomer's after a big win and then grab food to go and relax at the condo instead of waiting 1-2 hours at a downtown restaurant on game days. Of course, cooking your AU student's favorite meal is always an option too that you just can't do at a hotel.

GATHERING:
The kitchen, dining area, and living room are all open for easy flow, and it's so beautiful to open the double french doors to the back yard on cool nights and enjoy indoor/outdoor living. In the winter, cozy up with the wood burning fireplace in the living room.

SLEEPING:
All of the bedrooms are upstairs, but if you need extra beds, our new sofa has a queen pull out, and we have a queen blow up mattress upstairs also. Smart TVs with Roku are in each bedroom, and in case you do have to work while visiting- the larger bedroom has a full desk and lamp for a quiet work space.
Relax in Bedroom #1 in a new King bed and ceiling fan. Your full bathroom is attached, and all linens are provided.
Bedroom #2 has a new Queen bed, ceiling fan, and a full bath in the hallway.

Should you feel like doing your student's laundry (or your own), use our full sized washer and dryer downstairs in the half bathroom.

AUBURN SPIRIT:
Our 3 kids have all loved their time at Auburn, and we've fallen in love with the town. Game day crowds downtown are fun to experience, but you'll be so glad you can walk home and not have to fight the traffic! Off-season visits to JETS HANGAR are just as special with long walks on campus, in the parks nearby, or slow mornings at local coffee shops like Well Red that are a 5 minute walk away. We've celebrated engagements, weddings, 21st birthdays, graduations, reunions, and lots more at THE HANGAR. Our goal is to make your time there just as memorable as ours has been. 3. No “ragers.” The neighbors will notify us, the police will be called, and you will have to leave immediately.
• Small gatherings/quiet parties are permitted, but noise must be kept to a minimum starting at 10PM.
4. Please pick up after your pets. We provide baggies for your convenience.
5. No smoking of any kind inside the property. There is a 100$ penalty for smoking within the Airbnb.
• Smoking outdoors is permitted, but please do not flick butts into the yard.

Welcome to our home on the Plains! Comfortably decorated and furnished, this home has everything you need for any visit to Auburn. Watch TV on the smart TV's(cable tv and Netflix), watch movies (DVD player) and Bluetooth your music to the surround sound system. There is a selection of DVD's, board games and the dining room table flips into a poker table (cards and chips are with games). Visit with friends around the fire pit, grill out, cook and bake in the fully equipped kitchen. We have plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, heck there is a crock pot and a blender! Perfect for those moms who want to do some home cooking for their college student when they visit. AND there is a Keurig and plenty of pods with sugar and creamer for the coffee lovers among us.

Home, Sweet Auburn, Home, is a stand alone house, with privacy fenced back yard, which is ideal for a large family, a small group or a few couples visiting Auburn together. Each bedroom is spacious and has a private bathroom and walk -in closet. Each bedroom has a traditional bed that sleeps two adults plus we offer a twin 12" thick foam mattress, a twin fold out bed, a queen size air mattress and two 2 couches in the living room. Linens are supplied (sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels) and the Laundry room is available to guests. Beds have foam toppers and mattress covers so they are clean and comfy. Bathrooms are stocked with towels (bath, hand, wash cloth, makeup removal washcloths, and bath mats). As well as soaps, shampoo/conditioner, blow dryers, toilet paper, and tissues.
The home has a key-less entry on the front door that provides unique access codes for every guest. A security system is in the home with a video doorbell on the front door.
This home is zoned for multiple unrelated occupants and the owner has a business License, zoning permit, and is fully compliant with local codes and taxes.
We use a strict cleaning and sanitizing protocol between every guest stay. Cleaning supplies, soaps and hand sanitizer are available for guests. Home is a no vaping and no smoking property.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of these storage areas; Garage Closet, Media Closet, Hot water heater/storage Closet and the attic storage. Guests will have full access to all three walk in closets, one in each bedroom, as well as laundry room.

While we are fine with guests having friends visit during their stay, we ask that no more than 15 total people be at the house at any time and only the guests listed on the reservation stay overnight. The City of Auburn has noise ordinances that restrict loud noise from
++10 PM until 7 AM ++ and we require guests to observe these QUIET HOURS out of respect for our neighbors.

No Pets!
We have a family member with cat allergies so we cannot allow cats. An adult service dog is welcome, but must be pre-approved at time of booking and copy of AKC CGC card provided.

No Smoking inside! Vaping or smoking any substance in the house is prohibited.
We do permit smoking outside and simply request guests not throw butts on the ground.

During stay and at check out guests are asked to remove any trash they created. Bags and trash bins are provided.

Guests are asked to not move furniture.

When making the reservation, please accurately include all that will be joining you on your stay. It is important that we know how many to expect. Note that accommodations are listed as for 4 to sleep comfortably (2 queen beds). However, we have full and single sized inflatable mattresses with bedding available, upon request prior to arrival.

Please be reminded that we have no cable television service. Guests may access their own streaming services/accounts for Netflix, YouTube tv or other.

Guests will notice a Ring security camera monitoring from the front door. We are aware of the arrival and departure of guests, along with the keyless entry sends a notification of use. This is for the protection of owner and guests.
