- "We really enjoyed this cottage, the location was perfect for my golf tournament at Magnolia Grove GC (5 mins down the street!). Will do it again next year if available. Thanks for the deal!" - "Very accommodating" - "We travel often for tournaments and try find rental properties that are clean and give us the ability to have healthy, convenient meals, as well as to do laundry when needed. I usually book with a different platform but tried this one due to proximity and the reviews were very high. Since I rely heavily on reviews, I felt inclined to leave one as we would never have chosen it had it been accurate. The home reeked of (non-cigarette) smell, and was not maintained at all. All surfaces were sticky and tacky with grime, the floors looked like they had not been mopped in ages, every counter surface I wiped came up black. Even doorframes and light switches were dirty and splattered with grime. When I tried to crack a couple windows, trying to air out the property, the sills were dusty with grime and dead gnats. Additionally, be aware that the wall between the bedroom and the bathroom and rest of the property is not totally sealed off, so if you are looking for any privacy, etc. this is not an ideal setup."

- "Nice" - "This place is not for those who expect luxury. It is an uninsulated, small room that has a kitchen, toilet and bedroom all in about a 8x12 space. That said, it is well equipped, clean and serviceable for a single occupant looking for a short stay. It is a fun spot that reminded me of summer camp as a kid. The host is very accommodating and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Her recommendations for food and attractions were right on. Only suggestions are to consider it if weather is abnormally cold as the heat is a small heater and the shower is outdoors. That said, it is a great choice if you have a sense of adventure and are an old scoutmaster like me."

It’s close to Target and the mall, very close to a Publix as well. I’m from Mobile and this is a convenient location to many things, my Dad was having surgery at USA hospital and this was a short drive to the hospital for us to drive back and forth multiple times. The check in/out process is so easy and contact free. Even though the complex is close to a lot of things, it felt tucked away. The pool area is very nice as well. The walking trail in the complex was great too and we never had an issue finding a parking spot right in front of the unit. The unit itself was very clean and well decorated. It’s just the right size for two people. The bathroom is quite large for a one bedroom apt. The TVs are good quality. Fast wireless internet. There were toiletries available and plenty of towels, paper towels and even laundry supplies for the in unit washer/dryer. The only suggestion that we could think of, as a previous guest said also, would be a mattress change. Thank you Da-Shawn for a great stay!"
