This is a studio apartment that is located behind another home. It has an incredibly comfortable sleeper sofa with a thick and comfortable memory foam mattress. This is a lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work or play.

A gated 1 acre property (where the host lives). The Studio is above My personal office and art studio, but is mostly storage now as we recently moved here. There is a stairwell in the back of the studio that leads down to my office, but I keep the door locked.
Also 10 minutes from the longest private airstrip in Florida . Jefferson airstrip. Airnav. com . My mom has a taxi way there, but she doesn’t own a plane, so it's vacant. (She may let someone park there).

Please let me know if you have allergies to certain cleaning chemicals. I typically bleach bathroom and use Lysol type disinfectant wipes. I wash linens in Tide Hygenic & w/bleach on towels. But have free & clear soap and bleach free cleaner if you need. I still do Covid standards cleaning. There is no elevator only steps shown on back deck.

The space
This Boho bungalow consist of two bedrooms—each with a queen bed, individual a/c units, and smart, flat screen televisions. The bathroom is nicely appointed and gets the job done.

The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware, and small appliances including a Keurig and tea kettle. Coffee and tea are provided. There is a table that seats four. The coffee tabletop raises for those who enjoy meals or prefer to work in front of the TV.
