Relax with your young family or friends at this cool suite while visiting the beach. The suite is new, 650 SF, on the first floor of a 2 story structure. It is part of Old Bay Beach House compound which has been listed for 6 years. This unit and all the others are just 350 steps to the beach. The Chesapeake suite has private entrance off a spacious deck. There are beach chairs available, an outdoor shower and easy access to a laundry room. An electric golf cart to rent is also an option.

The Shangri-La Carriage House in Rosemary has been in our family for over 15 years and is approx. 5 homes off the beach on the south side of 30A (beach side). We completely self-mange the property to assure we provide a personal, elevated experience.
Included in your stay we offer 2 bikes, hot tub, pool, outdoor kitchen & tv + driveway easy parking and RB beach access passes.
We do not rent the Main House and CH at the same time- meaning these amenities will be completely private to you.
The space
Discover coastal bliss at our idyllic carriage house in the heart of Rosemary Beach's southside. Just a 3 minute walk to the beach our charming retreat offers a high end experience with close proximity to everything Rosemary has to offer. The heart of the carriage house lies in its open-plan living area, where the main room seamlessly flows into a well-appointed kitchen. The Primary Bedroom is outfitted with a Queen Bed and Tempur-Pedic mattress along with a lavish attached primary bathroom with a large tub and mirror TV.
Ascend the stairs to an airy loft space adorned with two snug twin beds with built in TVs- perfect for families or friends seeking their own cozy retreat. An additional full bathroom on this level with a glowing shower ensures convenience and privacy for all guests, completing this charming retreat.
Back downstairs you’ll find a living room that seamlessly flows into a well-appointed, full kitchen equipped with high end Frigidaire Appliances, cooking utensils and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining room table comfortably sits 4.

Please note there is no washer & dryer available in this home. The Big Green Egg is not for renter use, however we do have a gas grill available for use!
