3 BR, 3 B condo with fabulous views sleeps 8 with sofa sleeper. BLACKOUT CURTAINS IN ALL THE BEDROOMS! I had no idea how important and rare this was until I rented other units for family gatherings. Everyone can enjoy sleeping in on vacation in this condo! Newly redecorated to create a beautiful, luxurious retreat. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are included in the rental as well as 6 folding chairs which are in the condo. Also, for your convenience, beach towels, air inflator, rafts and beach toys are supplied. also available in the condo at no extra charge are a high chair and pack and play with sheets. Granite and stainless steel spacious kitchen with top of the line appliances and equipment. A nice selection of spices are in the pantry to simplify your grocery shopping. Balcony overlooks the emerald waters of the gulf and invites relaxation on lounge chairs or dining at the table with delicacies prepared on the grill. Sliding glass doors open wide between indoor and outdoor tables for a dining capacity of 12 with 3 additional seats at the bar. Floor to ceiling, wall to wall views from the living area, kitchen and master bedroom of the ocean. Master bedroom has king bed, jacuzzi tub, separate shower. This cozy guest cottage has shiplap walls and a very warm and inviting interior. It's perfect for a quiet getaway for 1 or 2 people. Located in Pensacola's eclectic East Hill neighborhood it is close to downtown, restaurants and local shops. The cottage is best suited for guests over the age of 18 and is not equipped for small children.

I also have two sweet pups. Lily is a two-year-old white Havanese, and Hildy is a 10-year-old blonde dachshund.

The space
The shiplap walls and cozy decor make this a great little hideaway. There is a train that runs a few times a day. So if you are a light or late sleeper, I have provided earplugs.

Guest access
You will have the Traveller's Cottage to yourselves. If you have a larger group you can also reserve space upstairs in the main house (2 additional private bedrooms, small loft and a bath - listed as EAST HILL CLASSIC). Beach chairs are available as well.

Other things to note
You are welcome to park on the long concrete drive (great for travelers with kayaks). Street parking directly in front of the main house is also OK; but as a courtesy, please do not park in front of a neighbor's house. There is a train closeby, so if you are a light or late sleeper, you may want to use the earplugs that are provided.

Friendly, safe downtown location. New & clean 2nd story garage studio apartment with full kitchen & washer/dryer. Five blocks from downtown Pensacola’s main corridor. Palafox Street, restaurants, bars & shopping are a walkable 12 minutes(1/2 mile). Both NAS Pensacola & Pensacola Beach are a 15 min drive. This location offers quick access to festivals, parades, Blue Angel shows, Pensacon & the Blue Wahoo’s Stadium. Rest up for the McGuire’s or Double Bridge runs. Free parking.

The space
This new second story studio apartment for two puts you five blocks from downtown Pensacola’s Palafox Street. Completely private and separate from the main home, no shared walls or doors. No worries should you decide to forgo any of the amazing downtown restaurants in favor of a home cooked meal. Just travel over to Joe Patti’s seafood market (1/2 mile) or Ever’man’s grocery (2 blocks) and the fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all you will need. Although compact, all appliances are included: a four burner range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer. The island provides ample prep space and dining for two.

Enjoy fresh brewed morning coffee before venturing out. If you’re heading to the beach, don’t forget to take the supplied beach chairs & towels. Downtown restaurants and bars are easily accessible whether by foot or VEO scooter.

Watch your favorite streaming content on an HDTV or work remotely with fiber-optic internet. Whatever you choose to do throughout the day, a queen size bed and additional HDTV await you in the evening. Between the closet and under bed drawers you will have sufficient storage and with access to your own private washer and dryer you can pack less.

Use our space as your home base while exploring all that Pensacola has to offer. We know you will find your stay enjoyable, relaxing and memorable.

From nearby downtown restaurants, breweries, and museums, to sailboat races in the bay, Blue Angels passovers, beautiful white sand beaches, to deep history around every corner, this Cottage inhabits PENSACOLA CHARACTER and is your relaxing and unique jumping off place in Northwest Florida.

The space
The Cottage is a studio guesthouse just right for one or two people. It is located behind a 1930's era duplex in old North Hill.

Opening to the back for privacy a bamboo garden patio is a secluded sanctuary and the entrance to the cottage. This is your private space, great for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

The living area feels spacious and airy with an open ceiling, beams, and a wall of French doors looking out to the garden. There is a futon that can make a double bed when needed.

Off the living area is the kitchen with a full refrigerator, microwave, one burner induction cooktop, toaster oven, blender, and toaster, as well as everything you will need for morning coffee and tea. WiFi and a Roku TV are provided, and for rainy days or nights in, there are game boards with game pieces, Netflix and Amazon Prime for movies, and plenty of reading material on the bookshelves.

On the other side of the bookshelf/room divider the "bedroom" has a cozy, yet king size platform bed accessed by steps (see photos), a wardrobe closet, and chest-of-drawers. For more privacy or sleeping in, the bed can be closed off to the living room by curtains.

Off the "bedroom" is the bath with shower. The countertop was made from old beams that came out of a building on Palafox Street when it was refurbished after Hurricane Ivan.

Created with fond memories of charming little beach cottages from back in the day and old fashioned Gulf Coast gardens when people spent the majority of their summers outside, this Cottage exudes PENSACOLA CHARACTER.

The Cottage was built out of old heart pine from the abundant virgin forests that existed in this area around the turn of the 19th century. Timber was a major industry and provided handsome incomes for timber barons to build their grand houses, still seen in the neighborhood today. There are indications the wood used to build this structure might have been salvaged from another older building. To honor its history the inner wall's heart pine was left exposed... just another example of the aura of Pensacola's past you'll encounter in the area.

While the private patio behind the cottage is exclusively for guests, they may also use the patio to the side of the cottage at any time and the communal BBQ GRILL in the shared yard space. (We kindly ask the favor of letting us know if you intend to use the grill.)

An ELECTRONIC LOCK allows guests to check themselves in with the four digit code that will be provided before arrival.

We do not allow PETS. But in special situations if we communicate with you before hand and OK your pet, we do occasionally allow them. If we allow your pet, there is a fee of $50.

For longer stays or special situations a WASHER and DRYER can be made available.

Welcome to our renovated 1950s carriage house, tucked privately behind our home in East Hill. Steps from scenic Bayview Park with paddle boards, canoes, and bikes for rent, and a short ride to bars, breweries, and restaurants on 12th Avenue. Historic downtown Pensacola offers shopping, dining, and live music at Vinyl Music Hall and performances at The Saengar Theater. Plus, the stunning white sands of Pensacola Beach are a short and stunning drive away.

The space
The Carriage House is a studio style space. including a kitchenette with adjoining bathroom with walk in shower, perfect for two. The space has been newly modernized and is nestled behind our home, your very own East Hill Hideaway. Enjoy cocktails on the porch with your own birds eye view. There is great wifi for work and streaming, there is no tv so be sure to bring your own devices.

Welcome to the Mahi Manor! This is a cute little guest house centrally located in East Hill near ALGA Brewery, Jitterbug Coffee Shop, East Hill Pizza, downtown, the beach, and more! It is a VERY SMALL guest house with a spacious outside area. There is a queen size fold down murphy bed. There are are board games and books for your entertainment. There are cooking utensils, spices, hot sauce, and sparkling water. Outside there is an electric grill, sink, games, shower, couch, and bed. Enjoy!

The living area contains a memory foam queen size sofa sleeper ( this is not your parents sofa sleeper) for night time but during the day a comfortable couch to watch your smart 50" screen TV with full house wireless. To learn more about the area just ask your personal assistant or play your favorite music with spotify on a personal assistant. A kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, Nija Foodie, coffee maker, and a portable induction stovetop. Plus a fully stocked kitchen.
Outside your front door you will find a private deck with barbecue and beautiful views of the Gulf.

The Beach House with its private dog friendly beach and private fishing pier just out your door with a very large fenced yard to keep the furry family members close.
