Located just two blocks from the Bayou Texar and Bayview Park in beautiful East Hill in Pensacola, this newly constructed guest house cottage is the perfect spot four your next business trip or romantic weekend getaway. Enjoy everything the city of Pensacola has to offer while being only a short 15 minute drive to the sugar white sands and emerald water of Pensacola Beach. You will love all of the old oak trees and parks in historic East Hill, one of the most desired neighborhoods in town. Bayview Park is a 23 acre park that offers kayak, paddle board, pedal boat, bike, and hammock rentals. It is a short 5 minute walk from the cottage.

This custom guest house cottage was built in 2024 and was designed to provide a place where guests can create memorable experiences. The gorgeous full kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. With quartz counters, stainless appliances, and high end finishes any family chef would be comfortable here. The kitchen overlooks the living room and large smart TV. Just off the main living area is a queen bedroom, full bathroom, and laundry closet with a stack washer and dryer. There is an on demand water heater so you will never run out. There is also a fold out staircase that leads to a loft area. Up there you will find a built in desk for a dedicated work space. There is also a twin daybed with an additional twin trundle bed.

Outside you will absolutely love the huge covered front porch. With two ceiling fans and four adirondack chairs, relaxing is easy. In the front yard is another seating area with built in benches, an umbrella, propane grill, and fire pit. There is off street parking available for two smaller vehicles or one larger vehicle. Extra street parking is available for one vehicle.

Bring your pony and ride the trails at the infamous Coldwater Horse Trails @ Blackwater State Park or leave the horses behind and head to the beach, just 45 mins south.
