This stunning 2 bedroom/3 bathroom cottage is located in Orange Beach, AL and is one of the most unique properties on the island! You have the best of both worlds - you can relax by the pool overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, or you can enjoy the beach. Cottage features beautiful furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, washer/dryer, and covered parking underneath. It's right down the road from some of the best restaurants Orange Beach has to offer! The pool/beach is located approximately 150 ft from the cottage. This is a low density community, with 9 cottages and 2 houses that have access to the pool, which allows for more privacy! **There is no direct Gulf view (see photos); however having your own private cottage allows you to not have to wait on elevators or worry about crowds!

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Our custom decorated free standing cottage is 1,230 Sq Ft, newly constructed with 2 BD and 2.5 BA that sleeps 6.

Enjoy a meal surrounded by family or friends on the custom built dining bench with ample room for 6, or hang out at the kitchen bar that seats 4.

Living room has 70" TV

The lower level also has a half bath.

The master bedroom upstairs features a king bed, walk in tiled shower, and 50" TV.

The second bedroom features 2 double beds, tiled tub/shower combo, and 50" TV.

Washer/Dryer located upstairs.

Private Beach Access is right across the street, usually a 2-3 minute walk. Close to shopping, trails, and restaurants. Parking for 2 vehicles max.

While we want you to enjoy your time in our home, please be considerate of our neighbors, and observe the quiet time mandated by our HOA. Quiet time is 10 pm.

-MAX OCCUPANCY is 6. Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in being asked to leave.

-No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things beyond our control, unless there is a mandatory evacuation declared for that area.

-Driveway holds 2 vehicles MAX. No trailers, boats, or motorhomes.

-No Smoking of any kind inside the home. Strictly enforced, you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee and for any damages.

-NO PETS! Host has severe pet allergies, please leave your beloved pets at home or board them. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.

-Photo ID required to book.

-MUST BE 25 years old to book reservation. Guest booking reservation must be present during entire stay.

-The community pools are USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Host is not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.

Tired of standing in line for the elevators? Being charged a fee for everything? Leaving your beloved furry family member home? Look no further than Ben's Beach Bungalow to provide a space where your whole family can be together! We are located in charming Tannin Village in Orange Beach across the street from our private entrance to the beach. You can be on the beach and in the water faster than a condo elevator ride! We are also located next to Gulf State Park, with our own private entrance, for fabulous biking, walking, and running adventures. We have a swimming pool right outside the front door, so you can relax with drinks from the porch or make dinner while you keep an eye on your kids in the pool.

After turning into Tannin Village, you'll be in a charming, walkable village with brick-paved roads, an ice cream shop, smoothie shop, and bike-rental shop. Kids ride their bikes with fishing poles in their baskets on the way to the beach or the pond. You'll pull up to our two-story white cottage and park in your own spot big enough for two cars, The porch greets you with comfy seating.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted with treats for everyone! Special taffy from the Great Salt Lake for people and cookies for pets. You can make a reviving cup of coffee in the Keurig, automatic pot, or French press. Stow your belongs in the bench or hooks by the front door to keep clutter out of the way. Gather with the family for meals at the large dining table or cuddle up for a movie on the 75-inch smart TV. If you feel like cooking, we have a fully-stocked kitchen, including a griddle for pancakes or to heat taco shells for taco night. Don't feel like cooking? There are so many fabulous restaurants nearby.

You'll find the two bedrooms upstairs, each with their own en suite bathroom. Each bathroom has a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Ben's Bunk Room has one full bed and one twin bed with a twin trundle, for versatile sleeping configurations. The beds have Casper CoolGel mattresses for ultimate plush sleeping and rooms with black out shades and curtains for a good night's rest. Pile on the daybed to play video games or watch a movie. There is also a desk, in case you need to get a little work done or hop on a zoom call. The bunkroom bathroom features a tub/shower combo in case little bittys need to be bathed.

Stare at the beach (okay, it's our wall mural) from the comfort of your king size bed with lush mattress in Ben's Big Room. There is also an XL-Twin trundle bed that you can pull out for versatile sleeping arrangements. Ben's Big Room is also equipped with black-out shades and curtains to block out sound and light. The view from the windows overlooks the swimming pool. It also features sound machines and phone chargers. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and hair dryer.

There are plenty of Instagrammable moments throughout the house. Every detail is thoughtfully planned, from the 5' x 7' reproduction of an old Orange Beach advertising campaign to our custom neon sign and mural of Orange Beach.

There is a washer/dryer in the hallway for your convenience. We provide laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, and garbage bags. We also have a pack and play, high chair, and baby gate on hand for little ones. Other amenities include beach towels; a little library; games; community beach toys; chairs, wagon, umbrellas.

When you are ready to go to the beach, load up the wagon, hit the crosswalk button on the light, head across the street to the path to the beach. White sands and sparkling blue water await you. After a day in the sun, you can head back across the street, grab some ice cream at Pete's Ice Cream shop, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and settle in for the evening.

Who is Ben, you may wonder? Ben is our little schnauzer that was rescued from a cruelty situation by our local animal shelter. We adopted him after fostering him, and due to the extent of his injuries and the treatment required for them, we could no longer travel without him. In order to continue our annual family vacations to the Gulf Coast, we bought this house for him and other families like ours who can't or don't want to leave their furry family members behind. We are passionate about animal rescue, and your stay here does more than provide incredible memories for you and your family, it supports pet rescue. I would also suggest to the mgmt co. to have cleaning crew routinely check that tv remotes are working (batteries not dead) and the light over the stove is not burnt out. This seems to be a very common; this is a recurring problem with rentals in general and this one was no exception. Overall fantastic stay!! We hope to come back."

The lazy river and pool, as well as the pond in the back with the long bridge just add to the allure of the resort. This particular unit was very clean, other than the floors. The floors were visibly dirty and everyone’s feet were black just walking on the floors. There were a few very dirty dishes as well on the shelf. Also, we had an issue with the Internet password and contacted the property management company. They responded with the password and said they would follow up. They never did follow up. Luckily it ended up working, but they were unaware of this. All in all, I would recommend this resort and unit. I think these issues may have just been flukes and I hated to mention them."

The drivers of the shuttle (a jeep) were super nice and helpful. They were easy to get a hold of. Chairs were easily rented for our beach days. I was glad we brought extra blankets because there were no extra linens at all (no even any for the trundle). Luckily we did not need to use the trundle or couch bed. Also, there are only minimal kitchen ware and no seasonings or coffee so make sure to bring yours (which we did). I would definatley stay here again."

- "The home is wonderful for a family vacation and the pool cabana is a must in this community. I don’t want this review to say anything negative about the owner because that wasn’t the problem. The week got better as it went along but upon arrival, the master bed had been cleaned that day due to the prior guest and was wet with a fan blowing on it to dry. After a series of texts and calls with the management company we were moved to another location for the night and were not able to check into our unit until 4 pm the following day. We essentially lost an entire day of our vacation just waiting to get into the unit. "

Close to everything in Orange Beach!!! Our 1478sq ft. 2 BR/3 full BA cottage features 2 MBR suites and a sleeper sofa. It features wood grain ceramic tile, shiplap walls on the main level, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room. The full-size washer/dryer, a comfortably furnished balcony, and key less entry are very convenient. Stay with us for a relaxing vacation!

The space
You will love the upscale decor in this new cottage. We are located in a small community of just 11 cottages and the location is amazing. The beach is just past the community swimming pool that offers a private boardwalk to a great quiet area of Orange Beach. Beach views from the cottage are great for morning coffee, reading a book, or listening to the surf.

You will find all the comforts of home and more. A fully stocked kitchen, en suite bedrooms plus an extra full bath, access to beach supplies and a beautiful shared beachside pool.
