One step inside and you will be delighted with the beautiful decor, fully-equipped upscale kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A separate private bedroom containing pillow-top king-size bed with upscale bedding, MEDIACOM cable TV in living room and bed room, a beautiful dark wood high dresser; and, full adjoining bathroom with bathtub/shower. There are two decks. A private, covered balcony is off the living area with rocking chairs and a bistro table and chairs. Another slate covered patio with table & chairs, wrought iron bench, and gas barbeque is at the private carraige house entrance. A washer/dryer for your personal use is located off a protected area under your slate deck. You can also use this area to store your bicycles under cover if you prefer to bring your own.

Mustique is a spacious (over 800 feet) luxurious beach escape suitable for a couple. It is located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on the Scenic 30A and a short 5 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the swimming pools.

The carriage house is set on 2 floors with downstairs being an open plan living area with kitchen boasting brand new modern appliances, cooktop and cooking utensils, granite tops, double-door fridge with an ice-maker and water filter. We have both a keurig and drip coffee maker and supply filter papers.

The living area is fully tiled and has a comfortable sofa and large flat screen TV, which leads out to a secluded patio with gas grill and seating area. This is also the perfect setting to wind down with sundowners. The upstairs area has a full bathroom with his and hers vanities. The bedroom has hickory hardwood floors with vaulted ceilings and several windows allowing the natural light to shine in. The bedroom deck overlooks the trees and green area where you will hear the tweeting of birds awakening you each morning.

All linen, soaps, bath, beach towels and amenities for a couple of days are provided. Use of beach chairs and an umbrella are also provided.

Destin and the outlet stores are only a 20 minute drive away. During the Spring and Summer months there are several free outdoor concerts in the area, many within walking distance form the carriage house.

Seacrest Beach boasts a huge recreational area and have 12 000 feet of swimming pools, only 80 yards form your front door. The accommodation is a short 5 minute walk to the beach, or you can catch the free golf tram service directly from your front door to the beach. We supply 2 backpack style beach chairs and an umbrella. After the beach you can rinse off with the hot/cold outdoor shower right outside your front door. Seacrest also has a gravel walking/jogging trail surrounding the community, else one can run or cycle the 17 mile Scenic 30A.

- "We enjoyed a very lovely time here. The bed was comfortable and everything was as is listed. It was great having a half bathroom downstairs as it is more than a few steps to treck upstairs to the bedroom. Good for getting those steps in every day. The kitchen is tiny, as shown in pics. There is a small stovetop with a pot and a couple of skillets great for breakfast or quick meal if you desire, and a microwave. Also a kuerog coffee pot which we always enjoy having. The refrigerator and freezer were nice size with plenty of room for drinks etc. There is no icemaker, so grab a bag of ice on your way in and you're good to go. There are more than ample dishes and silverware. The extra beach towels, wagon, ice chest, and chairs were especially great when going to the beach. We had a great time and enjoyed a comfortable stay."

This delightful, sunlit carriage house is only a few steps from the Town Center, Barbados pool, and the beach! Upon entering you will find a cozy living area with HDTV for your entertainment. Welcome to Our Carriage House named Emerald Court! Emerald Court is nestled above a single car garage. The private quarters are well appointed with a living room, a Queen sofa sleeper, 2 TVS, a kitchenette, 1 bedroom with a Queen Bed, and bathroom.
The Living Room features include a sofa which converts into a queen sofa bed, coffee table, ceiling fan, TV, & TV console that folds out into a table and with 2 dining chairs for your use. The kitchenette which is in the living room has a mini frig, sink, microwave, keurig, blender, George Foreman Grill, electric griddle pan, dinnerware/silverware, pots/pans etc. Does NOT have a dishwasher!
The bedroom is well appointed with a closet and dresser drawers under the TV console (does not have a door. It is all one space) and separate full bath which has a private door.
Our Carriage House includes all the amenities one desires:
-2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, and a pack n play
-Living Room and Bedroom TV with HULU for cable, NETFLIX, and DISNEY PLUS.

Great breakfast place literally buts up to the property. Felt like I was staying in Rosemary beach because the tennis courts are literally right there. House was clean. Instacart delivers here. I stayed with my husband and 1 year old daughter and it was a wonderful set up for us. Came with nice chairs and beach umbrella. Do bring your own coffee mugs and k cups because there weren’t any. Owner was supper helpful and check in and out was a breeze."

The space
This Carriage (Guest) House has features not often seen in nearby accomodations and functions as a large one bedroom apartment. The open concept great room has 10 foot high ceilings, a beautiful "carriage house" chandelier, multiple pendant and recessed lights- all on dimmers.
The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen has a 7Ft island with 4 base cabinets with pull out trays that make an ideal pantry. The island provides counter high seating for two for casual dining. All appliances are stainless and counter tops are granite. French Door refrigerator has water dispenser and pull out freezer drawer.
The Dining area features a table that can accommodate up to six for meals and can also function as a computer workspace or game table.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed with two multi-drawer side chests and a easy to access 9ft wide closet.
The full bath can either be entered off the main hallway or through the bedroom's pocket door. The gorgeous bathroom features a large corner shower with glass enclosure and floor to celing marble tile. There is also a furniture piece vanity with extra counter space and a recessed mirrored medicine cabinet for ample storage.

DIRECTIONS to 87 Beach Bike Way:
From the west, if you come in on US-98, travel to the light at the Eastern end of Walton County Road 30-A. Turn right and go through Rosemary Beach. Immediately past, turn right into Seacrest Beach Blvd at the lifeguard stand. At the first stop sign bear right on Seacrest Beach Blvd East. Go two blocks to Beach Bike Way. Turn left and Atlantis is the first house on the left (87 Beach Bike Way).
Guests enjoy a private entry (up a flight of stairs) to the stand-alone Carriage House above the garage of the Main House.
KEYLESS ENTRY
Your keyless entry ACCESS CODE to the side door private entry will be texted to you prior to your arrival. Before attempting to use the ACCESS CODE and open the entry door, push on the door so that it is completely closed tight.
Hit any key on keypad to light up the keypad 1st - you will hear "hello" then enter the 6 digit code followed by the # sign!
The admin will share the code of lock with you in a text prior to arrival. Always keep the code confidential. After entering the ACCESS CODE, the deadbolt will open/retract automatically, then open the door, and enter the home. Once you close the door, please lock it behind you. When locking the door when leaving, simply push the door closed tightly, depress the lock button at the bottom right on the keypad, the deadbolt wil close automatically.

Other things to note
5% TOURIST DEVELOPMENT TAX for Walton County will be collected prior to arrival based on the total of the Rental Rate and Cleaning Fees. There is also a 7% Florida Sales and Use Tax that is included in your AirBnb guest fees.

FURNISHINGS AND LINENS
Furnishings of the CH are subject to change without notice. Furniture, bedding, utensils or any other property supplied with the CH must not be taken out or transferred from one property or another. Loss of these items, as well as damage to the property or furnishings in excess of normal wear will be charged to the Guest. Moving of furnishing inside, outside, the Premises is strictly forbidden. A basic supply of linens is provided. Bed linen and bath towels are not changed during your stay. The startup supply of hand soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, dish soap and trash bags are not replenished.
CLEANING
Each reservation includes a home cleaning fee. Daily housekeeping is not provided and it is the responsibility of the guest to maintain the cleanliness of the home during the term of a stay. At the end of a guest’s stay the home will be cleaned by a professional cleaning staff. This will include washing bed linens, towels, and dishes, as well as vacuuming and sanitizing the kitchen, bathrooms, living room, and bedrooms. While the home will be cleaned after a guest departure, guests are required to leave the home in a comparable condition as it was found and guests are responsible for picking up and bagging all trash in the home.

Entire house sleeps 8 (4 adults, 4 children). 3 bedrooms all ensuite baths. Half bath on main. Comfortable for 2 families. Backs up to nature trail. Great porches for relaxing in the ocean breeze. We are located in the Seacrest Beach neighborhood which is next to the Rosemary Beach neighborhood. We are not in Rosemary.
