A separate private bedroom containing pillow-top king-size bed with upscale bedding, MEDIACOM cable TV in living room and bed room, a beautiful dark wood high dresser; and, full adjoining bathroom with bathtub/shower. There are two decks. A private, covered balcony is off the living area with rocking chairs and a bistro table and chairs. Another slate covered patio with table & chairs, wrought iron bench, and gas barbeque is at the private carraige house entrance. Mustique is a spacious (over 800 feet) luxurious beach escape suitable for a couple. It is located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on the Scenic 30A and a short 5 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the swimming pools.

The carriage house is set on 2 floors with downstairs being an open plan living area with kitchen boasting brand new modern appliances, cooktop and cooking utensils, granite tops, double-door fridge with an ice-maker and water filter. We have both a keurig and drip coffee maker and supply filter papers.

The living area is fully tiled and has a comfortable sofa and large flat screen TV, which leads out to a secluded patio with gas grill and seating area. This is also the perfect setting to wind down with sundowners. The upstairs area has a full bathroom with his and hers vanities. The bedroom has hickory hardwood floors with vaulted ceilings and several windows allowing the natural light to shine in. The bedroom deck overlooks the trees and green area where you will hear the tweeting of birds awakening you each morning.

All linen, soaps, bath, beach towels and amenities for a couple of days are provided. Use of beach chairs and an umbrella are also provided.

Destin and the outlet stores are only a 20 minute drive away. During the Spring and Summer months there are several free outdoor concerts in the area, many within walking distance form the carriage house.

Seacrest Beach boasts a huge recreational area and have 12 000 feet of swimming pools, only 80 yards form your front door. The accommodation is a short 5 minute walk to the beach, or you can catch the free golf tram service directly from your front door to the beach. We supply 2 backpack style beach chairs and an umbrella. After the beach you can rinse off with the hot/cold outdoor shower right outside your front door. Beautiful duplex two bedroom one bath with fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, W/D, grill, outdoor shower, and Back yards. Our cottages are 100 yards from the beach, near the best Panama City Beach attractions. Pier Park is 3.4 miles east and has all the shopping and restaurants that Panama City Beach offers. Easy parking and everything you need to have a great vacation! Don't forget to check out Thomas Donut and Ice Cream shop, two blocks west. Grocery store and fish market around the corner.

Also the shower head leaks when the water is turned off unless you let it hang down, and it gets everything near the outside of the shower wet if you leave the curtain open so it can dry out, like you are supposed to do to prevent mold. 2. Fix the water so that each unit is on their own water. It is not cool to be in the shower and lose pressure and be scalded because your neighbor flushed the commode or is running water over there. They were very prompt to handle an issue with the people staying in the unit next to us. And I also was contacted to let me know the issue was resolved. They were very courteous and professional with the issue. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY Would I recommend it to a friend? ABSOLUTELY"

It was nice being such a short walk from the beach, and within a ten minute drive of several dining options and stores. You are a bit far from the main part of Panama City Beach, but we didn’t consider this a negative. Being out in Laguna Beach meant that the beach was not very crowded, and overall things were very peaceful and quiet at the cottage, which was exactly what we wanted in our vacation."

Welcome to Our Carriage House named Emerald Court! Emerald Court is nestled above a single car garage. The private quarters are well appointed with a living room, a Queen sofa sleeper, 2 TVS, a kitchenette, 1 bedroom with a Queen Bed, and bathroom.
The Living Room features include a sofa which converts into a queen sofa bed, coffee table, ceiling fan, TV, & TV console that folds out into a table and with 2 dining chairs for your use. The kitchenette which is in the living room has a mini frig, sink, microwave, keurig, blender, George Foreman Grill, electric griddle pan, dinnerware/silverware, pots/pans etc. Does NOT have a dishwasher!
The bedroom is well appointed with a closet and dresser drawers under the TV console (does not have a door. It is all one space) and separate full bath which has a private door.
Our Carriage House includes all the amenities one desires:
-2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, and a pack n play
-Living Room and Bedroom TV with HULU for cable, NETFLIX, and DISNEY PLUS.
-high speed wifi internet

I stayed with my husband and 1 year old daughter and it was a wonderful set up for us. Came with nice chairs and beach umbrella. Do bring your own coffee mugs and k cups because there weren’t any. GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $35/vehicle parking fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.

Cottages Christian Retreat is a sprawling campus of 40+ cottages, 3 pools, sand volleyball courts, and basketball courts. If you choose to stay with us, you'll have access to all the amenities! We are also right across the street from the beach which can be accessed via Bay County Public Beach Access 90 and 91. Whether you book a cottage in the back corner of our campus or right up front by Front Beach Road, you will be able to walk to the beach and a pool will be close by. We have a Coin Laundry on-site, compressed air to blow up floats, charcoal grills are available, and maintenance, housekeeping, and office staff is on-site from 8a to 4p. Each cottage has a kitchen stocked with coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, stove, and pots and pans and other cooking utensils for you to use. We provide toilet paper and trash can liners, but you will need to BRING YOUR OWN LINENS (sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels).
