- "My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time at Christie’s place! It was very clean and neat! Just perfect for 2 adults as a last minute getaway before school starts/kid craziness! Condo is located directly on the beach and right next to the elevator, which is fantastic for quick in and out to the pool/beach/garage (never heard the elevator so don’t let that deter you)! We ran to Walmart (1/2 mile away) and got breakfast items to cook then walked to lunch and dinner in and around Pier Park. Such beautiful sunsets - just sit on the balcony and relax! Bed is comfy, linens were great. We didn’t watch tv as we were either sitting on the beach, walking the beach or swimming in the ocean. My advice is take the provided beach chairs/umbrella from the condo so you don’t have to rent the blue loungers. The condo would be great for a family w 1-2 children as well as the couch folds into a bed. Christie was wonderful to communicate with! We already want to go back!!!"

There is a charcoal grill but must be used 10 feet from building at all times and cleaned after each use.

We have currently set our prices much lower than normal to reflect this but please let me know if you have any questions. The master has 1 king bed. the guest bedroom has a king bed. the sofa pulls out into a queen bed. bunk-bed sit in the hallway area.

Please understand that this is not a hotel and we do not have daily housekeeping. we do not give extra linens like towels and washcloths as we provide what the unit sleeps and we also have a washer and dryer inside the unit we provide laundry detergent as well to get you through your stay.

All guests must wear wristbands while on property, particularly when in the pool area and gym. which is provided by us and left in the unit. please leave the wristbands on the counter when checking out.

No glass of any kind is allowed in the pool area. No food allowed in the pool area. Proper bathing suits must be worn in the pool and hot tub, with no cut-offs. Air mattresses, flotation devices, beach balls, scuba, and snorkeling equipment are not to be used in the pool area, except for simple goggles and face masks. All guests must wear wristbands provided by us for pool.
