It was a true disappointment to not be able to use bikes at all. I would never stay at a property managed by this company again. I still have not heard from management. The property management company did text me and email me but it is clear they are not familiar with the property or location. Even finding the unit was hard. The employees in reception are nice but since this is a privately owned unit they cannot help with any issues. They couldnt even help turn off the deafening smoke alarm. Had it been a real fire it would have been a disaster. A true disappointment. "
