You can search for shells, see fish and other sea life as you wade in ankle deep water. It is truly an amazing experience. If you have had enough of fast paced Florida, be sure to check us out. There is a lot more activity (i.e. construction of new houses as Summer Camp gets bigger) than there was last year but it’s still secluded and slow paced. The windows in the house are great - we hardly heard the construction. If you’re looking for a place with lots of things to do and entertain you and places to eat, this is not for you!! If you want somewhere to just be and enjoy your surroundings, this is for you. 😊"

Bella Carrabelle LLC is a beautiful beachfront two bedroom (both king) 2.5 bath beach home in the world-class fishing area of Carrabelle, FL. Gorgeous views, new appliances, quartz countertops and a well-appointed kitchen await the fresh seafood you’ll catch or buy in the local markets. (The crab cakes just down the road are amazing.) The beds and linens are top quality. Decor is classy and comfortable with an electric fireplace for ambiance. Even a new dock is in to enjoy.

This place is so beautiful there’s really only one name it could have—Bella! You'll have the whole house.

Plenty of outdoor furniture including two hammocks, Adirondack chairs and loveseat with fire-pit coffee table. Mermaid corn hole boards for fun. It’s nice and cool under the house. We do have good AC.

The beach is soft and sandy. It’s not a swimming beach (lots of natural grasses in the shallow water), but the fishing is amazing right out front and we do have a few rods and reels and basic tackle to use during your stay. And we have two kayaks and two SUPs. You’ll have to answer a few questions for us before you can use them, but if you’re sensible and responsible, you’ll enjoy them at no additional charge.

Both bedrooms are KING beds. Two sofas (one in the loft upstairs and the other in the living room) both open up for queen size sofa beds.

TV is BIG and new in the living room and we have smaller TVs in the loft and in the bedroom upstairs. WiFi is good for streaming and we do have streaming services.

A beautiful desk makes an out-of-the-way office area in the loft if you have to work during your stay. WiFi isn’t 5G, but it works for virtual meetings!

We can recommend two charters for fishing excursions: Chip Leavine of FC Charters 850-583-1354 and Joe Bright 850-661-7296. Johnnie Candle in Nov-Dec-Jan. Great fishing also right out front. We have a NEW DOCK (yay!!!) so old pictures might not show it, but it's so nice.

Message us if you have any questions. This home is not managed by one of those management companies that runs everything to the ground before they repair or maintain it. No way! This is our beach house and it’s gorgeous. If you take good care of her, you can enjoy it also.

PS We are dog people so if you travel with a dog we get it. And we can make it work. Dogs must be well behaved, crated when guests are away and not allowed on furniture unless you bring blankets to cover the furniture.

PSS No smoking in the house! We are okay with outside smoking on the property but not indoors.

Our home has a circular drive and is excellent for those trailering a boat or camper. Parking is easy, there is plenty of room for vehicles, and there is also a covered area under the house.

Come and discover the forgotten coast. It's a salty attraction, the panhandles gateway to the gulf.

Bring your boats, or schedule a charter, rent a pontoon, go to private Dog Island, take your bikes to the state parks, kayak to Carrabelle beach or take your paddle board out. (The Beach is a 3-minute drive away too.)

Vacationing at Hooked on Bayou is also a nature lover’s dream: look for the eagles, (binoculars are available for your exploration) owls, ospreys, waterfowl, our neighborly red fox and Cecil the gopher turtle.

My only issue was having to load beach equipment and drive to the beach, which was less than a 5 minute drive, but it was a hassle when we have stayed directly on the beach. - "The location to the Gulf is perfect for offshore trips. The dock is one of the best I have seen in the area. Even fishing off the dock was good. Nice view from screen porch when it’s not too hot. Everything was clean and nice large shower. Even a big covered concrete space. Only issue was the AC could barely keep up with the late August heat wave. Granted my wife and I keep our house at 69 in summer and almost never turn on the heat in the winter so other folks might be fine. Did not matter though we had a great time and plan to comeback. Oh and had no trouble pulling our 22ft offshore boat out of the water when we left at the boat ramp on the property. Just watch tides. Thanks for the nice place!"

The Jungalow’s eclectic ENTRY PARLOR is a cozy reception area with an 1880's canapé and ottomans, a 1960's Scandinavian sideboard, and a mesmerizing Victorian stained-glass window.

The DINING ROOM area has French doors which open onto the East Camellia gardens. A round glass-covered table can accommodate four people, and there are two chests of drawers. There is a separate BREAKFAST NOOK, supplied with both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. Various select coffees are provided as are other breakfast necessities.

The galley KITCHEN is located off the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all the usual appliances but no dishwasher (see listing and photos).

The Jungalow also has a large & fabulous "Jack-n-Jill" BATHROOM, with an extraordinary 1890's six foot-long cast-iron roll-rim TUB (restored), with antique French nickel valves and Art Nouveau English wall tiles that surround the tub.
Sink surround is granite with Kohler fittings. The bathroom also has a separate Walk-In Shower and WC.

The "Narnia" BEDROOM has a Queen size sleigh bed, rare antiques, small desk, armchairs, and a majestic 18thC Danish WARDROBE.
French doors open from the BR onto the private roofed and screened-in brick-floored VERANDA, which faces the beautiful South gardens. There is a Bistro table and various seating for guests on their veranda. The veranda's double screen doors on the east and west make one feel as though one is sitting directly in the midst of the Gardens just beyond…

In the GARDEN PARLOR, which is located between the Den and the BR, one finds a beautiful Arts and Crafts lead glass French door set, which open onto the East Camellia Gardens. In the Parlor, there is a small desk, chair, an antique 1880's Wicker settee and a wardrobe. Antiques, original paintings, unique art works and 19th C stained glass windows adorn the JUNGALOW throughout.

Outdoors, several “Garden Rooms" filled with native and exotic plantings, add beauty, attract butterflies and birds, and bring peace to the stressed-out visitor.
Strolling through the expansive and stunning SOUTH GARDENS, there are timeless LANTERN-LIT paths, and guests can explore and perhaps discover the location of the “secret" MEDITATION GARDEN!

This tiny house is nearly 400 SQ feet and was completely gutted and remodeled in 2017 then updated in 2021. It has a separate alcove bedroom and a spacious living area. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for meal prep and is well equipped. Step out onto the large screened in porch and enjoy your view of the bay. Dine at the built in table and benches on the porch or have a fire outside in the fire pit. This not so tiny tiny home has all you need for a week at the shore and is stylishly decorated. There is plenty of parking and even room enough for your boat. We allow only dogs, one medium sized dog 55lbs. or two small (15 lbs or less each) dogs. Carrabelle is a dog friendly town and beach. Restaurants with outdoor areas allow dogs too. Guests can use the yard to walk their dogs or sit out and star gaze. With little light pollution on a clear night the stars light up the sky. We live on the premises (nextdoor) we are available for any needs but also give our guests complete privacy. Come and forget your cares at the Forgotten Coast.

This coastal paradise is a luxury travel trailer located in the small town of Carrabelle, FL on the Forgotten Coast known for fishing, boating, golfing and relaxing. Whether you’re staying for the weekend or relaxing for a month-long getaway, this is the perfect place for you.
With restraunts, live music, public boat ramps for fishing and boating to Dog Island and St. George Island, charter fishing, air boat rides, War Museums, lighthouse tours & beautiful white sandy beaches.

The space
This is a luxury travel trailer on a private lot with everything that is needed to have an enjoyable and comfortable vacation to include two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, indoor/outdoor dining area, full bathroom inside (sink, shower and toilet) and an additional outdoor shower with hot and cold water. This travel trailer has a porch on the front that is completely covered with plenty of space for grilling, dining or just relaxing.

The Master bedroom has a queen size bed that can sleep two people comfortably and has plenty of storage and clothing space (there is no TV in the master bedroom).

The second room (bunk room) can comfortably sleep three people with two bunk style beds that can sleep children or adults and a sofa that can be converted into an additional bed. The bunk room has a flat screen smart TV and DVD player with a few children’s movies provided.

The kitchen area has everything you will need to enjoy your vacation to include a single-serve Keurig Coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove and oven.

The Living area has a comfortable couch positioned in-front of a large flat screen smart TV and electric fire place.

Dining Area: There are two separate dining areas, one inside that will seat four and a dining area located outside of the travel trailer on the covered porch that will also seat four guests at a glass top table.

Outside: The outside area has a completely covered porch with plenty of space for grilling, dining or just relaxing. You can also cozy up to the outdoor fire pit (must bring your own wood) or take a shower under the stars in the outdoor rustic shower that has hot and cold water.

Guest access
Guests can park to the side of the travel trailer and will be given an access code for self check-in.

Other things to note
There are two flat screen smart TV's that pick-up some local channels. Guest can log-in to their own streaming providers (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Movies, Disney+, Paramount, Peacock, ect.)

Lou's Place is 1 of 7 units at Cole's Lodge. Lou's Place is an upstairs unit that has been completely renovated (Approx. 600 sqft) offering two queen beds, microwave, coffee pot and a mini refrigerator. This unit is on the edge of town and a short distance to a little shopping or dining out. Lou's Place is the perfect retreat for a fishing trip or family stay!
