This was my first time staying in a B&B and I was not disappointed. The temperature in our room was not as cool as we generally like but the fan that was provided really helped with that. And the temperature was not uncomfortable. We just like it frigid, (and we were sunburned) which may have been too cold for the other guest, who was also lovely. We enjoyed meeting and conversing with her very much too. Don’t miss your chance to stay here if you get the opportunity as it is for sale! Hopefully it will stay a B&B because I am definitely recommending it to all of our family and friends. 😊"

Our huge front porch and back deck is perfect to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of country living. You will have access to a commercial kitchen with a large 3 door refrigerator, commercial stove, convection oven, freezer and a large ice machine to make it easy to prepare meals. The dinning room area with two large tables will seat 20 guest. There is also a large gas grill .You will find all of the cooking utensil needed to prepare meals for a large or small group.

There are 7 bedrooms with a total of 20 beds. The bedrooms are set up to have all the privacy you will need. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The lodge has a washer, dryer and towels, and linens provided.

The Lodge is conveniently nestled 15 miles west of Eufaula Alabama. While visiting historic Eufaula you will find numerous antique and thrift shops. Lake Eufaula is known for one of the best bass fishing lakes in the country. There are also 2 public golf courses in Eufaula.

The lodge is located in the middle of 400 acres of private property. This is a perfect place to relax on the front porch. There is a 20 acre private lake located on the property with a lake house and large decks. It is located only a short walk from the lodge or you can drive your vehicle to the dock. You will have access to swimming, fishing, grilling out or just relaxing on our large decks by the lake. The lake cabin is air conditioned. It has a kitchen, bathroom a gas and charcoal grill. We provide two boats with trolling motors. No motor boats allowed. Some of the deck will provide shade most of the day while some can soak up the rays. A large playground only steps from the lodge front door will keep the children entertained for hours.
There are various animals on the property for viewing pleasure. You will see Buffalo, Camel, Zebra, Goats, Sheep, Cows are just a few animals that you will find on the property.

The facility is a perfect place to hold corporate retreats, family reunion or just a family get away. We can support fishing tournament quest with a safe place to park trucks and boats. Electricity is available for charging batteries for boats. There are activities for everyone to enjoy. There is plenty of safe lighted parking as well.

Rosie’s Peaceful Lake House
Enjoy a peaceful vacation in our guesthouse set in a wooded setting on beautiful Lake Eufaula. Enjoy fishing from the dock located on peaceful White Oak Creek or park your boat at the dock and enjoy the beautiful lake. Our stand alone guesthouse has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a loft area with a futon sofa and 2 chairs that fold down into twin beds. The loft can easily sleep 4 children. There is also a sleeper sofa in the great room which sleeps 2 adults. There are 2 full bathrooms one with a rain shower and the other with a tub/shower. The kitchen has an electric stove, full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and filtered water, a microwave, a dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. Everything you might need is available. There is also a high chair and a pack and play if needed for the littlest family members. The beautiful wrap around porch is equipped with outside seating, 2 porch swings and a dining table for your al fresco dining. There is a small gas grill available on the deck. There is also a small fenced yard for the kiddos or for your small to medium size four legged friends.
Enjoy swimming in the community pool and use the community boat ramp to launch your boat into the water then drive to our dock and dock your boat. Our dock is covered and you may fish to your heart’s content from the dock. If you would rather worship the sun or just enjoy the peaceful nature of the lake, there is an upper deck on the dock, as well.

The guest house is a separate house not connected to our main house on our property. It is not handicapped accessible as it is located on the top portion of our offices. The bottom office portion of the guesthouse does not have interior access to the guesthouse and no guests are allowed in this area. The access to the guesthouse is up an outside flight of stairs. There is also a flight of stairs on the back of the guesthouse that allows access to the backyard.

Parking is available at the guest house.

We are pleased to welcome 1-2 well behaved small to medium sized dogs with a pet deposit. We ask that your dogs be either in the fenced yard or on a leash at all times.

The guesthouse is not on the lake but is accessible by a short walk through the woods to the dock or you may bring your own ATV to make the trip to the lake easier. There is a a community pool available for your use with armbands provided. A lost armband will cost $10 for replacement. The community pool requires all children under the age of 14 to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The boat ramp is available for your use with a visitor pass will be waiting for you upon your arrival in the notebook on the kitchen island. Please return the guest pass to the house when you depart

The community has quiet hours in the evenings beginning at 11:00 pm so you can be assured your sleeping will be quiet and peaceful.

The property itself was renovated with nice features. The kitchen had all the essential tools for everyday cooking, plus added welcoming gifts. As we prepare for your arrival at River Town Rentals, we wish to ensure your experience is seamless and thoroughly enjoyable. Please review the following guidelines designed to enhance your stay:

Early Check-In: To accommodate early arrivals, we kindly request advance notification. An early check-in before 4 PM incurs a $50 fee, which is mandatory and non-negotiable.

Late Check-Out: Please note that late check-out is not available. A fee of $50 will be applied for check-outs between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. For departures after 1:00 PM, a full nightly rate will be charged.

Trip Extension: For guests wishing to extend their stay, we require notification before 9 AM on the day of your scheduled check-out.

Damages: Responsibility for any damages incurred during your stay extends to all members of your party. We will communicate any damages directly, followed by an invoice for the necessary repairs or replacements.

Laundry Service: Our linens are professionally cleaned and prepared for each guest.

Parties/Events: We strictly prohibit parties or events. Should we suspect such activities, we will initiate contact to resolve the matter. Failure to respond may lead to reservation cancellation without a refund.

Security and House Rules: Exterior security cameras are operational at all times for your safety. Adherence to our no pets, occupancy limits, and furniture arrangement policies is essential. Smoking is prohibited inside but is allowed outside the property. Violations of house rules, confirmed through security monitoring or other means, will incur a $50 fee per incident.

Beautiful two bedroom private space in Eufaula, Alabama. Completely furnished. All linens, dishes, silverware supplied. A wooden private back porch. Bring your boat and tie it up at the dock, or fish and relax on the dock. Pets are welcomed here. No indoor smoking. Schedule your stay and relax away. Once you arrive at our property please park beside the white picket fence. Welcome yourself in and you’re home for the night!

We did not see anyone else onsite during our stay. If you plan on cooking in, I would recommend bringing any necessary spices, cooking spray/oil, etc needed, as well as coffee. This home has a screened porch on the front and a porch on the back, full kitchen, coffee bar, washer and dryer, WiFi, and linens provided. Grill and fire pit out back for your enjoyment. Has a huge yard for parking as well as your boat. You will have access to 2 pools, a private boat ramp, and a lake swimming area at the Clubhouse. This is a golf cart community so bring your golf cart, buggies, or ATVs. So much fun to be had.
