Rhapsody in Blue is a 4-bedroom, 3-bath home in the beautiful community of Seacrest, found along scenic highway 30A. Built in 2006, a complete home renovation was completed in February, 2019. The new décor features fresh colors, refinished wood floors throughout all three levels, new kitchen cabinets, Quartz countertops and all new appliances. Immediately past the front door is a large, open den and dining area with a wooden table. The kitchen is fully stocked, next to a large island that offers plenty of bar seating. The main level bedroom includes a king size bed and convenient private full bathroom. The rear bedroom doors open to a spacious wood deck with a private outside shower to wash off sand from a great beach experience! The spacious second floor features a large master bedroom suite with sitting area. Within the master bathroom is a newly-tiled walk-in shower with frameless door and a large free-standing soaking tub.
Close to the master suite is a third bedroom featuring three unique bunks. The fourth bedroom with queen size bedding and full walk-in closet shares that bathroom with the third. All bedrooms have doors to access a nice deck or balcony. Recently added a love seat swing to the back balcony. The third floor is a loft that is perfect for hanging out. There is a large sectional sleeper sofa, television, and gaming system. Another set of doors open to a nice open balcony suited to relaxing and watching the sunset!

As you enter the property through the courtyard gate and begin the ascent up the stairs to the carriage house you will surely notice the serene quietness and beautiful natural green foliage that surrounds the home. You will enter the carriage house from the wrap-around porch which is lined with windows. The windows of the carriage house allow for as much or as little natural lighting as you desire. For your convenience, each of these windows is fixed with blinds to add a level of privacy as you want it. Upon stepping into the space you will undoubtedly be greeted by the warm sunlight peeking through the windows, the loveliness of the decorations that fill the home, and the cozy furnishings for you to rest on. Welcome to "Vitamin Sea" our 30A Coastal Retreat. We are Owners and we self manage all of our vacation rentals, so you will be dealing directly with us! No answering services or messaging centers. We take pride in providing the highest quality in accommodations and Southern hospitality to all of our guests! We purchased this studio condo in January 2022. My husband, being a talented carpenter and contractor spent months turning it into a Coastal Retreat! We are happy to share it with you!

Located in The Village of South Walton directly behind Peddler's Pavilion, this Studio overlooks scenic 30A nestled between Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Alys Beach. Our physical address is listed as Inlet Beach but if you plug that into maps it will map it incorrectly. Our Beach access point is Sunset Beach, directly across the street from Seacrest Beach.
Our condo has been completely remodeled with the latest amenities and brand new furnishings. The Condo sleeps up to 4 adults but could accommodate up to 5 with small kids. There is a cozy King size Bed and one set of custom built bunks with a trundle. The condo features an electric fireplace for ambiance and a mounted 65 inch smart Roku TV. The Kitchenette has all the amenities you need to prepare a quick meal or snack. It is stocked with a 2 burner hot plate, Crock Pot, Rice cooker, Keurig, regular coffee pot, blender, microwave, Toaster Oven/Air fryer, dishes and an apartment size refrigerator. We provide 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, starter sets of shampoo, soap, toilet paper and paper towels.

On the first floor of our building there is an onsite Laundromat with Credit card operated Speed Queen Washers and Dryers for guest use. You will also have access from inside our condo to the shared balcony that overlooks the pool area. Such a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine and listen to the live music at Peddlers Pavillion!

All guests will have access to our Resort Style pools. 2 Heated Pools (when temps are cold) and a Hot Tub on the grounds of the complex. Gas Grills are available for guest's use also located at the pool areas. With plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, beach stores, boutiques, and the onsite Seacrest Sundry grocery mart, there is no reason to leave this Coastal Retreat.

The location couldn't be better! Enjoy live music and easy access for bike rentals at Peddler's Pavillion, as well as all of the amenities Rosemary Beach has to offer, you can park your car and never have to get back in it until it is time to leave. There is plenty to do, see, and eat! Hang out on the beach, take a long run, walk or bike ride along 30A's charming 18-mile sidewalk. There is a fabulous Farmer's Market on the weekend where you can select fresh local fruits, produce, and honey. Nearby beachside communities such as Seagrove, Seaside, WaterColor, and Santa Rosa Beach are just minutes away. The Village is also conveniently located 20 minutes from Panama City Beach. This 30A vacation rental is a great choice for a romantic stay for two, a small family vacation, or a small group of friends looking for a quick getaway!

Beach access is Super easy.... just walk to the front of 30A like you are going towards Alys Beach and once you come up to the white Seacrest Beach Lifeguard chair you cross 30A and walk directly down the pathway about 100 yards and you are at the beach. There is a Tram that can also drive you to the beach entrance or you can take the short walk. The complimentary tram runs regularly on a 20-minute schedule to the beach, pools, and shops. Amenity Wristbands are found inside of the unit. Each guest 13 years of age and older will need to wear a wristband to be able to access the new resort pools as well as the private beach access and the Village tram

*Tram service is available March- October. If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31. It is HIGHLY recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, La Dolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have reserved space on the beach. On their site, select 30A South Walton then select The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs which will be provided in your Booking Confirmation Email. We do provide beach chairs you are welcome to use but we cannot guarantee space on this private beach.

The village complex has a large parking lot and you are welcome to park anywhere in the lot as available. There is no assigned parking. Golf cart parking is not allowed in our parking lot.

*This condo is a smoke free facility and you must be 25 years of age to rent here. Spring Break parties are not welcome here. Absolutely no refunds if your age is misrepresented.

** All guests are required to submit a photo copy of their Drivers License or Governmental ID and sign a rental agreement within 3 days of booking. Guests are required to provide an email address and contact number or cell number for texting. This can be sent by text or email. Your booking will not be complete until you have provided this information.

*** Guests are required to provide credit card information for a security deposit. A $300 security hold will be placed on your credit card. The security hold will be released if there are no damages when you depart

***If you are staying with us during Hurricane Season (June-November) we highly recommend that you purchase Trip Insurance. The Cancellation policy will not change due to hurricanes.

**** There may be times when we or our Homeowners Association needs to do routine maintenance or inspections during your stay. Monthly pest control is part of the maintenance in our building. This is how we keep our property and building in tip top shape. We will notify you should something come up during your stay. You must allow them access should something arise during your stay.

NOTE: Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, it is not guaranteed that it will work to the best of its ability. We do recommend that if you need Wi-Fi for work or pleasure that you bring a hot spot. Limited Tech Support Available. There will be no refund for interruptions in Wi-Fi Service.
